DON'T BOOK HERE! After we went back to our room after 3/4 hours, we found poo on our toilet seat and in our toilet. And this is not the only thing, our room also smelt of cigarette smell. The hotel also did not want to share the camera footage with us, so we were tempted to call the police. SO THAT MEANS PEOPLE COME INTO YOUR ROOM WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION!!!

The service if far from great! I booked a room for 4 people for 4 nights and specifically messaged the hotel to check how they would like me to pay, they said payment can be taken on arrival. 2 days later they cancelled my reservation without explanation, I messaged them again to check if the reservation was still there or if I can pay online for it and nothing, no response whatsoever. BE CAREFULL AS THIS HOTEL MAY LEAVE YOU WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION LAST MINUTE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING FROM ABROAD.. ABSOLUTELY POOR HANDLING!

I booked room for 7 days and tried to cancel but I was unable to do so all day once I got in touch with someone over the phone. They just refused to cancel it. That’s really bad customer service. I was unable to stay because the hotel it was wrong area. I had to book another hotel. I’ll say, this holiday end up costing me much more they I have expected. Please, be more understanding for you customers at least try to help them or even give them some money back if they unable to stay.

Stay away! Terrible service!!! They gave me a different room than I bought, when I asked why, they told me that rooms names/types differ from website to website! heavy cigarette smell in the rooms! Even when you are sleeping you breathe smoke. They never want to ease your discomfort or accommodate just the opposite they add up on it.

Claims to be a 4 star hotel. Wi-Fi was not working for half of our stay and slow when it was working.

The pictures of this hotel you see are the most misleading you’ll ever see. The rooms are tiny and dirty, there were bugs everywhere, the mattress was lopsided so I had horrible pain in my neck, my room was not cleaned/made up, th wesbsige says there food and drink 24/7 but they have no room service, a few over priced sandwiches and a restaurant on the top floor that is closed on a Monday. They claim to have satellite tv but my room had just 30 Turkish channels, they claim free internet but there were no signals in my room on -1 floor, the cupboard was not wide enough for the hangers so all my clothes were squished. I paid 150 lr for express laundry which reached me at 9pm when it was supposed to come to me at 3pm. Do not stay here

The receptionist is unfriendly and rude by not picking up the phone. On the website they tell other prices as in real. Payed 1500 and that's without breakfast. Although at the evening they told I've got breakfast. In the morning they wanted me to pay for breakfast. They are big scammers! In the room a lot of things are damaged or broken. I wouldn't recommend this place. But If you wanna spend money on a place who doesn't care you should.

Greetings to all visitors to Istanbul, I would recommend the helpful staff from front desk ( Kenna) who’s friendly manor and ability to speak English makes the difficult aspects of traveling a more pleasant experience. The Breakfast spread is excellent and always fresh. The staff in the breakfast area also deserve notice, cleanliness, and smiles, good food, what else can a tired traveler ask for. Hotel City Loft team I’m sending you my selam’s.

The staff were amazing, the environment was great, but it was so far from literally EVERYWHERE in the Istanbul! If this matters for you, reconsider your residency.

Horrible smell of mold in the rooms, we stayed for 5 days and not once did someone come to clean the room, the shower was broken, we were neglected by the staff when we asked to change rooms, overall dirty and would not recommend

Generally fine for me for the price. Good benefit of location that I can use metro and walk couple km to get to used airport, so garanteed solultion again trafic issues was found. Very cheerful personal and couple of minor demands that I have were resolved. Keeping in mind couple last points, they are more important for me than some possible critics. For example initially there were no spoons while kettle present - but it was resolved as I asked. As good will I was also suggested a bit better room (double bed) for no additional price.

highly recommended!!!! We initially intended to stay at the City Loft for a few days but we ended up staying for 2 week because of their great service. The staff were amazing and kind and they were super helpful when needed. The hotel is located on the Asian side of Istanbul but it is surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants which made our stay very enjoyable. Mr Onur and Emircan were amazing, thanks for your great service.

Clean rooms, Nice property; great for business trip accommodation. You can say its similar level to ibis hotels. Great value for the money

It is a nice hotel.The personel was kind and friendly. The next time I visit Istanbul I will choose without doubt the same hotel.

Terrible hotel, genuinely falling apart and smells terrible. Staff couldn't care less. The rooms are falling apart, stains everywhere, windows don't close, shower broke. When we shared our issues with hotel staff they didn't care and pretty much said the room was non refundable.

So quiet area, we had the présidentiel suite it is almost near to main area Asian side, Uber made our stay easy their

I liked hotel concept but the room was not clean this event disturb me but the hotel workers very kind and calm and I liked them Miss Gulsah reception , mr. Sefer, mr.Aykut and Kenan they were very interested us and My wife and me very happy we come back again. Thank you very much!

Very nice hotel, price and quality balance is perfect. You 5 star service in a 4 star hotel. Specially Mr. Aykut at the reception, is very friendly and he help us a lot.

Had a fantastic time at the city loft hotel . Very clean and staff very friendly, specially the breakfast host Onur, always very kind and helpful. Will definitely go back next time I come to Istanbul.

As a young traveler, it is important to stay somewhere safe, and this hotel has met my expectations nicely. Breakfast was fine and satisfying. Recommended 😊.
