Worst experience i have ever seen! The staff are stealing from the rooms! We we re 83 people and while all the group was outside somebody checked our rooms and took money from the rooms. 11 people have been in this situation and manager didn t wanted to call the police, telling us he will sort the problem. Next day the owner come and didn t checked the video camera. We have called the police and now we are waiting to sort this issue. PS: they have left kids without money in this trip so this is the worst thing ever!

Since the beginning of the process it was the worse hotel ever . The check in was long and unfriendly. Staff don't speak English at all apart a nice who was very friendly and polite. The food is just disgraceful and almost inedible. It took almost one hour to arrive and the communication was impossible. We had to go and eat outside. We went to have a massage at the spa which was nice and enjoyable (the only good thing in here). The room is dated but overall clean enough. The mini bar fridge was not working, the TV was 20 years old, the bed was comfortable and quite big. I couldn't sleep until 4am as I could hear loud music from somewhere and when I went at the reception to complain they didn't do anything to sort that out . I liked the bathroom and the shower. When we came back from town around 11pm at the entrance of the hotel it was a big fight with several people involved like it was the far west. We asked what's happened a guy who could speak good English and apparently there was a brawl at the 11th floor bar between some doggy people who had guns and knives . I saw a couple of staff members with broken uniform and one of them did quit his job as he has a family and couldn't risk his life for a 250 monthly euro job. Ambulance and police arrived after a few minutes. I had the breakfast which was included in the price but the only thing I was happy to eat were eggs and croissants with jam. The overall experience was really bad . I don't understand how this is classified as 5 stars hotel which is a 2 stars at his best . I didn't feel comfortable and secure at all and if i had seen the reviews i would have gone to another hotel for sure. Luckily I booked it only for one night and I'm going back to the Cevahir Hotel in Maltepe which is just a different world.

Horrible hotel, The Green Park Bostancı!!! The rooms smell very bad, smells like old and tarsh!!! ‏I had booked the hotel for 9 days but I left on the fifth days and booked another hotel!!! They had the worst service, and their staff was very rude and unprofessional!!! They didn't clean my room two different days when they have to clean it every day! The hotel didn't deserve a single star!!! ‏I want to complain about how you advertise a bad hotel when it doesn't deserve 1 star!!!

No no no. Just no. that would be acceptable in 2 or 3* place, not in 5*. Rooms were simple and clean... and thats is all I can say nice about this hotel. Industrial, dirty neighborhood. Terrible quality, cold food for a breakfast, very poor choice. In 3 nights stay we experienced lack of towels in the room, leaking fridge, faulty AC. And on a top of that we had been waiting 30 minutes during a checkout to receive invoice... not to get it after all. Whatever is causing all this problems I dont care, Im expecting a decent standard in 5* hotel for money I'm paying. Not in this case. please everyone avoid it.

Worst hotel I ever seen dirty, disrespectful staff, changed our room for no reason and gave us a room with a broken door handle and didn’t fix it just bad overall

The only good thing about the hotel is the man and woman in charge of cleaning and the man in charge of checking the breakfast list, they were sweet, other than that everything is not worth it in that hotel. The rooms' wall are filled with damp spots, toilets and beds are old! Needs to be changed same with the doors. The reception is hard to reach and has no communication w each other nor w clients. The wifi loses its connection once you get in the upper floors. I gave 1 star for the available parking that's all. Idk how this hotel is a 5 stars. It's nowhere close to being 2 stars.

The reception was good, and the bags were carried. As for the departure, it was bad. They refused to carry the bags, despite the presence of the employee in charge of carrying and the presence of all the hotel staff. We were a group. We took more than one room in the hotel, but the stupid behavior on the last day will not make me return to it. Many hotels are of its level.

Very poor service very dated hotel not 5 star i would say 2 star at a push. Breakfast OK something for everyone. Queen on reception very rude . Very few staff polite. Housekeeping well what can I say . Room had awful smell. The hotel is not what it looks like advertised.

Dirty rooms, beds are very uncomfortable and old and front desk lying to us, saying they cleaned the rooms but it was not the case. This hotel focus more on weddings and parties, very loud music til 3 a.m. which you hear in every room. Just check the pictures, avoid this hotel as best as you can.

The WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms are a mess, the customer service is horrible. They took my money for 3 guest room but I was stuck with a 2 guest room and they just added an extra folding bed. It was broken and making noise, the most uncomfortable night ever. They promised to change into the 3 guest room the next day due to full booking for that night. I was understanding but when I can the next day they were saying it’s full again and talking to me as if it’s my fault. The first night I was here there were unhappy customers yelling at the reception. I should’ve known then.

something seriously wrong with the management of this hotel. Its a nice hotel with regard to reception , Lobby , restaurant . However maintenance is a BIG ZERO. No light in the room passage .Even after complaint it was not fixed . Room AC control completely Faulty . ( Check room 1111 ) . housekeeping is closed till 9am so even after asking water in the morning , no one responded. Door lock was faulty. Thankfully it was fixed when reported. So for sure it does not fit into a 5 star category. At best 3 star

The worst hotel i have ever been in my life , They force me to pay something I did not do it , they told me that i make a phone call in my room at 10 to 5 Pm , and the number is ( 02000 ) . They deserve 0- STAR really . The room was awful old and dirty. Run away . I went to 2 stars hotel was better than this .

Not up to the standard. Several items in our room needed to be fixed by a mechanic and the washroom started stinking horribly the last day. Staff behavior was good. Overall not a very good experience

Unfortunately they cannot speak English. In turkey they have a different type of outlet, I asked them to give me a converter, though many people must have had the same problem before, they didn’t have any and I had to go out buy some to charge my stuff. Overall not bad but I don’t suggest.

It was the worst place I ever been. Dirty, old room, horrible food, got poison 2 times in 6 days, very unfriendly, ignorant stuff. Don't advise anyone to stay there.

Nice hotel in the exact location wee needed. Stayed here 2 times. Unfortunately Rooms are not sound-proofed so can hear TV and voices in adjacent rooms. But overall, would stay here again.

Very Nice rooms. Big beds. Aircon is noisy. Breakfast is boring. Male staff just like most of Turkish men is rude and aloof. But female staff just like women of Turkey is polite and friendly. Swimming pool was closed. Gym opens ar 8Am which is too late.. overall nothing to do.

I give 3 stars to rooms and service as I never got either. I felt this way the daya wouldn't be skewed. The location however is unbeatable.

I was in Istanbul for medical tourism and stayed at the Green Park. The stay was comfortable, the restaurant and room service were really good. Merdan was very welcoming and made a lot of effort to make me feel at home at the hotel.

The location is very good, hotel looks old. even though it says 5 star hotel, it looks 2 or 3 star. in my case, i went there last week and the staff in front desk was horrible. 3 ladies, and they were rude plus unprofessional. I hope the hotel management watches their staff more often.

It is good so far. The room is a little dusty and the staff are pretty nice. The included breakfast is pretty good. They had a few different things every day. Room is old and wall is peeling a little. Some of the food is pretty bad but some things are pretty good. Overall would recommend.

Very very very bad hotal i never give it a 1 stare. Air condition is very hote rooms are not clean. (staff is good) but the manager is bad she refused to refund my 6 days payment. And i left the hotel i lose my money. Don't get in her. Never (water was leaking frome the roof

The hairdresser who has a shop in the hotel is a thief. I had to pay 550TL for a cut and shampoo. He exploited the situation that I was a foreign. Cut was neither so good.. Reception people are nice, especially Burcu. Room is ok and swimming pool and gym are good.

Stay away at all costs. This place is absolutely horrendous. It is the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. The staff are terrible. They are not helpful at all. They are just looking to scam people. They do’t want to really help people with their issues.
