    Good modern business hotel. Check in and out was easy and uncomplicated. Service was helpful and friendly. Breakfast is recommended. Bath was in detail not clean enough.

    The hotel was immaculate and really well presented, kept and maintained. The staff are extremely welcoming and professional, from the valets, housekeeping, front desk and waiting staff. They’re a true credit to the hotel. The rooms are clean and fresh. With everything you might require. Water re-stocked daily. The mini bar holds an additional charge. There are tea and coffee making facilities, alongside a nespresso machine. Plenty of towels, dressing gowns and hairdryer, toiletries and safe. The breakfast selection was surprisingly large with so much to choose from you’ll not leave hungry. Everything you’d want they could cater to. The spa, visited the indoor pool which was very cold, strange the water was so cold yet the pool room itself had underfloor heating. The steam and sauna rooms were lovely. The changing facilities were nice and came with towels and slippers and a wrap. The massage was very relaxing and the whole spa experience on the whole was really good. I’d definitely recommend it and would return again.

    Very old hotel however, it is clean. I have stayed 5 nights in 4th floor with connected rooms with my family. Curtains were jammed, the floor is hardly scratched with clear stains. The connecting door is jammed and I had to slam it loudly to ensure it is locked. The gym was located in the B3. It was dark and ventilation was bad. No AC of course. Radisson blu is a well know hotelier chain and they have more than 4 hotels in Istanbul in different areas. I am sure that they are looking after their guests. I have used the laundry service and they have delivered my washed clothes after two days when I have asked for them!! I found it the same. the dirts were not removed. I complained about that when I checked out, yet they have charged me for the service! their manager came to me when I was leaving and asked me about my name and confirmation of payment. I confirmed that and waited a comment from him. He just waved and walked away!!

    I came from USA not knowing what to expect the service here is amazing! Very polite staff & respectful, all very helpful. Worker named Ege was a superstar this weekend for me helped me feel at ease and happy with anything I asked for he gave the most above and beyond customer service ever ! Delicious food at the restaurant down stairs & breakfast was phenomenal they had so many options I felt in heaven. This place is luxurious and the man Ege deserves a raise he definitely puts in the time to do an amazing job.

    Solo traveller, business trip. Could recommend this hotel. Was very pleased with the service and food, had room on one of the top floors, amazing view. There are not many sights around, but it's positive if one doesn't want to be distracted. Nearby restaurants close at 10 p.m. No easy public transport access, use Taxi.

    Bizarrely I’m writing this on day one of my stay. I arrived from a not very nice hotel on the European side, and when I was politely asked for my passport at check-in…I found it wasn’t where it should have been! My wallet, with passport, cash, license and credit cards was missing. This wasn’t ideal, and I wondered how the hell I was going to get home via two other countries the following week. Stressful. While I went up to my room to consider my fate, Volkan on reception diligently chased-up both my previous hotel and the taxi I arrived in, and 25 minutes later knocked on my door with wallet in hand! I think a lot of staff in a busy hotel would have said all of the right things, but I’m not sure how many would have made so much effort. Thank you so much, you are a credit to the hotel.

    Very good option, big rooms, excellent breakfast, WiFi is maybe one of the best speed ever experienced as business traveller, one comment that needs attention is to change rooms towels and linens, getting a bit old but still clean 😁

    Nice hotel, pleasant stay and nice staff. Good food in the restaurant and buffet breakfast. Cleanliness of the room could be better. Large shower cabin, but water drips under the door when showering as in most hotels.

    Loved the hotel. Very nice and modern rooms. Extremely friendly staff. Great breakfast and delicious room service with so many vegetarian options 😍. Beautiful location. The only minor issue would be walls are thin. But thankfully I had quiet neighbours most of my 10 day stay at a standard room. Thank you.

    The reception staff was amazing, spoke very good English and made sure all my orders were taking care off. Very friendly and well mannered. Glad to have met him. We love you voluan!! Made our experience so much better and easier as he would go above and beyond to help us! Great man, excellent work.

    Core bar manager mustafa and core bar captain enes were the absolute best ! Thier service and accommodation was the best I've had ! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel because of these 2 fine gentlemen.

    It is a city hotel located in Ataşehir with comfortable rooms despite their small size. Food and beverage quality is satisfactory. The warm colors used in the design of the rooms should be integrated into the public areas. Restaurant service should be improved…

    The building is quite impressive. The standard of cleaning was good. Staff were generally helpful and polite, all those I came across spoke English. Room service was average and quite expensive. There was an issue with my room when I first arrived, which I reported to reception and they kindly helped me move to a different one. Unfortunately one of the main reasons I wouldn't stay here again is something outside of the hotel's control but nonetheless an important factor. At any time of day but mostly at night there were stray dogs barking outside, making it very difficult to get a good sleep. I was on the tenth floor and could hear them clearly with the windows closed. Aside from the external noise issue, I think the experience would be improved if they paid more attention to the small details. The screen in the lift showed a Windows error the whole time I was there. The bathroom light flickered. A panel on the bathroom floor was loose, as was a power outlet on the bathroom wall. The nail file in the vanity kit had already been used. These things you wouldn't expect in a 5-star hotel. I wouldn't stay here again. It was nice but not 5-star quality.

    The Radisson Blu Asia was a great stay for me and the family. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was not huge, but comfortable. I didn't find the bed super comfortable, but I have an expensive bed at home. I don't expect that when traveling. Buffet breakfast was nice especially when included. I marked the location down (4/5) because the Asia side is more of a business/shopping sector. A lot of the things we were interested in were on the European side. That meant money spent on taxis and time spent in traffic. This is not the fault of the hotel necessarily. It was close to shopping which the wife loved. I just wish it were closer to the European side. Take that into consideration when booking. If you are in Istanbul on business this is a great place. If you are on vacation this is a very serviceable hotel if you are willing to deal with commuting for sites. We would defintiely consider staying here again despite the commute. The staff was amazing, and distance to good shopping was great.

    Very charming hotel with much attention to customer satisfaction. Manager Mr. Atik and Fatih at the front desk are always open to guests and ready to accomodate any special request. Surely recommended for a stay in Istanbul.

    We stayed on the 13th floor of this hotel, which is a non smoking floor. Unfortunately quite regularly a faint waft of cigarette smoke was detected in the room, presumably rising from another floor, or somone doing something they shouldn't. Not nice. The sound insulation to the corridor was pretty awful too, I'm a light sleeper, but every open or close of a door within 3 or so of our room would wake me. Aside from this the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and modern. There were international plug sockets, along with USB A outlets, running at 5v. Extremely helpful. The bathroom was small, but perfectly formed with an excellent hot shower. The staff all over the hotel were polite and helpful, probably this hotels best feature. Some of the best I've had in fact. The spa was decent, but the swimming pool was too cold I'm afraid (January visit).

    Must say this is one of the best hotel experiences my family has had. We are incredibly satisfied with the staff, the service and not least how Ozlem, who served us breakfast, took care of us and our boy Yusuf. He always looked forward to ordering pancakes from her. I have to say that Radisson Blu is lucky to have such a skilled staff at the forefront of excellence. Many thanks to you Ozlem and your team. You were all great ❤️ The hotel was generally clean and nice. We enjoyed ourselves here for seven days. Thank you to all of you who made our days extra nice. We will fore sure come here again ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    The staff are amazing and so friendly! They will do anything to make your stay better and they are very welcoming. The hotel is amazing and everyhing is clean and looks brand new! Would 100% recommend , my favourite staff member is berfin she is so lovely and friendly and helped make me feel at ease during my stay… all staff are friendly and will go above and beyond to help you with anything!

    Radisson Blue Asia was fantastic to stay at. My room was always clean, got an excellent view. The bed was comfortable my suite was large with a seating area and a modern bathroom. Staff who worked at the reception Can, Kadir, Taha, Volkan and the beautiful female team at the restaurant and housekeeping Semra were completely professional yet were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again because I felt welcome and most importantly I felt safe. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of five is the hotel’s spa was a complete fail by all means. I have mentioned this to the reception and I’m sure they will fix it. I highly recommend this place. Thank you all. Atlantis

    I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. Second morning there was no water in the room so no shower. Fortunately I had some mineral water that I used for washing. The worst is when I came back at the end of the day there was nothing like a paper in the room to apologize. Of course, in the check out I asked what’s the compensation for the water incident ? Answer: you want a discount? I said yes. He said no sir !!! I can understand a techno issue might happen however I don’t understand how a 5* hotels deal with such issues

    booked this hotel for the weekend, one night. here’s what was really bad: 1) they gave us the wrong room, instead of 1 huge bed it was 2 single beds, you can’t put them together 2) the shower didn’t work properly, it was only hot water. the technical guy couldn’t help and we moved to another room at night 01:00 am 3) when we arrived, it was trash in the trash bin in the bathroom 4) the room was booked for 2 people, but it had only 1 shampoo, 1 body lotion, 1 conditioner etc. everything for 1 person 5) empty minibar and poorly working fridge 6) no coffee machine in the room (it was on the pictures) 7) no bathrobe. weird for a 5 star hotel with pools and gym 8) the security said we couldn’t take pics with our camera and we need the permission for it. is it a joke? after we asked the manager of the lobby, he said “ofc you can take pics” what was good: 1) staff, everyone is extremely polite 2) restaurant is amazing, breakfast is exceptional 3) comfortable beds 4) nice that it’s okay to bring pets 5) good indoor and outdoor pools and gym
