An amazing 5 star hotel with a friendly staff, swimming pool, spa, exercise room and sauna. The restaurant serves amazing food as well with a huge variety of dishes. Also, it is very fairly priced for everything that it offers.

Great price to the Value of 5 star ⭐️ hotel. Very clean Staff friendly Bucura in the reception having nice smile and helpful. Breakfast is moderate ( need to be improved) Swimming pool is very clean with warm water you will liked. Big rooms So close to the shopping mall. I don’t like: - the elevator was so crowded “on the weekends” and events time, i wait around 15 minutes from B1 to find empty elevator. But every thing is great and I will visit them again for the third time. First time I spent 14 days 👍🏻 Second time I spent 5 days 👍🏻

I don't know what to mention as good in this hotel except for the room cleaning. However, once you get through the gate you'll feel people working there aren't welcoming you. Receptionists should be working in police department not in a hotel, not a single smile not to mention their nagging when you order something. When arrived I asked to get to my room they told it'd be ready in 30 mins but Turkish people were immediately getting to their rooms. هذا الفندق سيء للغاية خاصة الاستقبال، طلبت انهم يدخلونني الغرفة وقالوا بأنها ليست جاهزة وجاء بعدي أتراك وأدخلوهم مباشرة لغرفهم. أي شعور قد يصيبك حينما تشعر بأنك تدفع مالا ومع ذلك تعامل بعنصرية!

Das Hotel ist schön und die Zimmer sind sauber. Man kann den 5 Sterne Standart leider nicht mit Deutschland vergleichen. Das Personal wirkt bis auf wenige Mitarbeiter unmotiviert. Am Ende guter Durchschnitt. Preis-Leistung aber absolut in Ordnung.

Angeblich 5 Sterne aber das Hotel ist eher ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Anfangen mit geschnittenen Fingernägel vom Gast zuvor im Zimmer, Ablauf in der Dusche lief nicht richtig ab, hatten ein Doppelzimmer aber nur einen Bademantel ( auch nach Anruf in der Lobby kam bis zum Schluss kein Bademantel), Mitarbeiter unfreundlich, das „Buffet“ ist ein Witz und geschmacklich auch nicht das wahre. Insgesamt ein schlechtes Hotel und weit von 5 Sternen entfernt.

I definitely felt like the service was horrible. When we got to the room, it definitely looked like it needed remodeling. We found a dirty spoon and we had to call housekeeping. Later that night i called housekeeping for coffee. I waited for housekeeping for over 3 hrs, I called them at 11am and finally got my coffee at 2am. When I did receive my coffee the housekeeper was upset and had a face. The buffet had a brighter side of the hotel for which I added the two stars for, it was definitely filling and loved the honey display. The pool was also enjoyable since I had it all to myself. I would not go back to this hotel but definitely was an experience.

Very nice hotel but needs faster Wi-Fi to stream channels or add some American channels to the list. Besides that it's excellent

5 Sterne, finde ich viel zu viel- Das Einchecken hat 1,5 Stunden gedauert- Ich durfte die ganze Zeit dort warten- Personal am Frontdesk überfordert. Das Zimmer was ich hatte war mega Laut durch dir Lüftung aussen eines Einkaufscenters, trotz geschlossenen Fensters. Ein anderes Zimmer war nicht möglich, angeblich ausgebucht. Bin dann mal mit dem Fahrstuhl hoch und die oberen Etagen waren alle Zimmer offen und nicht vergeben. Sehr sehr strange !!! Die Lage ist sehr schlecht um die Stadt zu erkunden, man muss ein Taxi nehmen. Ansonsten ist es halbwegs sauber und Frühstück war ok.

The whole hotel needed to be refurbished ,stained carpets and stained bed sheets! Limited breakfast option available and needless to say it isn’t topped up. Not a single person who speaks an understandable level of English , upon the place being filthy we had a fridge that was warm! Our last 3 days we have no source of internet as there was no WiFi running throughout the hotel. Room service didn’t come unless called for and when called for they only check for things that are damaged so they can withhold your deposit. Lovely lady from housekeeping named Selma! Absolute legend.

Currently staying here with a friend. This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are very friendly and the food is AMAZING. They have a pool, spa, fitness center, and so much more. When I come back to Istanbul this is definitely where I will stay

Certainly not a 5 star hotel. Amazing breakfast option. Most of the staffs don't speak English. Customer Service need to be improved

The dirtiest hotel from the room to the staff i don’t recommend it at all. They made us wait for 4 hours for a room we booked a week ago. The staff are very rude and I’m not exaggerating
