    Very nice and clean hotel. Food for meals delicious and with lots of choice. Furthermore, the staff is very kind and fluent in languages, making you feel at home. The hotel also has an excellent bus service that takes you wherever you want in the city (I managed to visit "The Galata Tower", visiting numerous shops in the area and also stopping for refreshments) and the time available to you is wide to do many laps. (maximum seats in the bus 15 people, excellent price per person)

    Hello I'm from Ireland and Noel O'Hara . Than I really like about service and I met someone in the hotel the name of Sahin this guy. He's really helpful and good also high quality service he's amazing I can say and I want to really thanks for the him . Thanks titanic hotels next time I'll absolutely come here.

    For an International business traveller this is simply not a 5 star hotel. I reckon it is more geared up to local (Turkish) business custom judging by the large number of large conference rooms. Rooms have been smoked in so smell awful to a non-smoker. Mini-bar very limited and not replaced when stuff used. No glasses provided in the rooms which was weird. Room was dated and dingy. Resturant menu was pretty limited. Asked for a glass of wine; when I tasted it, it was terrible - asked how long the bottle had been open "only 2 weeks" which was exactly what it tasted like! Brought me a glass from a new bottle no problem. Staff were helpful and generally pleasant although service was slow sometimes e.g. ordering a bucket of ice to come to the room, I gave up after 15 minutes and went and got it myself from the bar. Not the worst experience but far from the best either.

    I stayed at the Titanic Business Kartal hotel while undergoing a week of dental treatments nearby. The hotel is definitely worthy of its 5* status and I cannot fault the facilities or the staff at all. The room is a good size, very clean and with all the amenities you would want. I especially like the large ensuite with both wet shower room and large freestanding bath. Food is good. But where they really shine is in their service. The staff in the lounge / coffee bar have looked after me well. With special thanks to Kardelen and Yaprak who’s smiling faces have made my stay enjoyable despite the dental work. The reception and door staff always greet you and are there to help with anything. The spa is also a very high standard and an absolute must when visiting.

    Service is great. Rooms are nice and big. On the 11th floor it can be noisy due to traffic and the windows were not perfectly clean but it is probably expensive to clean so far up. Breakfast is great. There is everything you would expect and might need. Also room service is worth it’s money. Decent portions and tasty food. Overall a very pleasant and welcoming experience. Would recommend.

    aesthetically it is not bad but there are many like this that are absolutely not excitable for a 5 star! The staff speaks English only at the reception, and the long-haired guy wants to cheat us by asking 170 euros for the shuttle to the center, saying that the taxi will take 2 hours due to the traffic and the shuttle was convenient for us, then laughing he said to his colleague in Turkish who costs less but he takes the rest! this is already a bad start. The buffet is good but when you ask for a drink they tell you random numbers and then I ask for more money, it's not much but if you don't know the numbers in English bring me the menu, if you don't remember the same price just the menu! unpleasant experience

    This is my first time to come in Istanbul also the titanic hotel. I was wondered about the hotel. But when I come and when I see the these beautiful and helpfully people. I don’t have any questions about this hotel. Specially the weiter Sahin and Captain Toygar. These people are really help me and to be feel comfortable like my home. I want to thanks to every people who work in this hotel. THANKS TITANIC

    Not a 5 star hotel -toilet lock in room broken. Furnishings and carpet dated+worn. Nobody apart from the hotel manager spoke English. Staff very unhelpful! Standard reply to any question 'Not Understand'. On day of departure I asked for a packed breakfast (since I had paid €13 for breakfast+was leaving at 6am -well before breakfast was served). All I got was 3 small bread rolls+1 apple-not worth even €1! I would stay here again!

    The challenge is the expectation from a 5 stars hotel, which I believe they are not up to it. The location is also not the best option. Good for a business trip.

    The hotel states it has AC but its not AC, they have just a hot air outake and fresh air comes back in, the rooms are too hot on the night. C

    Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Cards dont work for the lifts or the room. Service is terrible by receptionist staff. Wouldn’t let us have a drink downstairs because we didn’t buy it from the hotel but the bar was closed, how does make sense. Pool area was dead, breakfast was awful and dirty rooms.

    Clean and nice hotel. The rooms are well furnished We had an issue with the AC but the staff took care of it. Lunch buffet Food: 6/10 Breakfast buffet food: 8/10 Coffee 5/10 Location: unless you want to stay at this part of Istanbul is far from key attractions Gym: excellent with excellent equipment

    🤔🤔🤔Hotel 5 stars, Coffee Bar 0 stars ! The hotel is clean, the food is good and the service is courteous. The 5 stars are justified. Unfortunately 0 stars for the cofee bar. We just wanted to have a coffee and a tea after a long day. The service staff (2-3 persons) were not in a hurry now, but served the other 2 tables around us. Wordlessly and ignorantly always walked past us. When asked, we wordlessly received a menu and then nothing happened. We got up after 25 minutes without being served. Luckily the hotel has a kettle, tea bags and coffee powder in the rooms.

    I traveled to turkey for the first time I had wonderful service from a young man named sahin service was quick and on time made me feel very welcome I couldn't have asked for a better server and the service I received him if u come to titanic sahin is your waiter

    The room was exceptional, nice & quiet. There's a spa and gym which are free of charge. Room service was good price and large portions. There's local shops within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

    Rooms are excellent Service....well it's alright, though because of limited English speaking by some of the workers communication over the intercom can be a challenge, the food was great. The location is outside the hustle and bustle of Instabul so it quiet and suburbia like...so it's costly commuting back and forth to and from the European side....except if you enjoy long commutes at the end of the day

    Great staying in this hotel everything is ok and gentle nice people work in the hotel. The location is far from the europe side .If you have your own car no problem.

    All Staff were absolutely amazing. Well accommodating and friendly. From the reception to the waiters, to the cleaners, everyone was just amazing. Felt comfortable, safe and like we were home. Would definitely recommend!

    Average hotel with a very good price. The recipients wouldn't be able to help much as they have very poor English. However, there was a concierge guy who was very helpful, professional and assisted us with all our needs.

    Be aware, check your bill. After leaving the hotel, I noticed I was charged for things I never asked for. I had breakfast included but was charged additional for it. Receptionists don’t speak well english, the girls at the front aren’t helpful. I wish I has checked my bill before leaving.

    Not bad. Everything seems well organized and staff is good. Food served is fairly good too. The only reason it lost a star is my room air conditioning sucked big time. Called reception who sent me a technician almost immediately who fixed it only for it to break down again half’n’hour later. After spending a night in warm room, reported reception of the same issue who assured to get it fixed. Let’s see if they fix it or shift me to another room where AC actually works. (Update-2) They shifted me to another room where the Air-conditioning was even worse. They sure have some serious cooling issues there.
