Nice hotel. Located along streets selling pastry, fruits and some restaurants. Hotel servers are friendly. They serve breakfast buffet but will dish it out for you and serve you. Rooms are clean and cosy. Definitely clean bedsheets and towels.

Housekeeping was started to clean other rooms at 8 am early morning and there was no way to sleep after this. Many other guest compliant and asked them to stop work as they’re not sleeping but it couldn’t help. I personally shared my concern with receptionist but zero respect, he didn’t even take a note. Definitely not recommended if you want to have a good sleep. Thanks

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are very clean, the staff is very kind, and the room service was delicious. The only small complaint I have is regarding the breakfast, there were not a lot of choices to choose from.

Amazing hotel with the most amazing staff. Thank you in particular to Mr. Mustafa for all the help and to make me feel so welcome. I have been in many hotels but i will not forget the kindness that was given. Must mention the rooms and all the hotel are spotless clean and great breakfast.

Business hotel in Kartal, Asian side of Istanbul. The hotel itself is quite new and hence the interior is also according to European Standards. The metro station Kartal is approximately 10 min away by foot or 4 min by bus. The hotel is situated on one of the bigger streets of Kartal in a residential building area. There are some restaurants and shops in the vicinity of the hotel. If you want to visit Kartal city centre, you better take a bus, which will need approximately 10 min to go there. The hotel was never fully booked when I was there, so it was quiet and very "familiar". The hotel is approximately 20 min away from SAW airport. The metro line directly goes there. The price - performance ratio is very good, as I couldn't find a cheaper hotel in the whole area with comparable standard.

I had very bad experience with this place, after my flight from turkish airlines was cancelled. We came around 2 am and wait for more then one hour for rooms. The receptionist assured us that the morning shift would help us. However, in the morning the shift was not willing to help and annoyed by our questions, the receptionist refused to provide a phone and gave wrong information. Almost through him we were unable to get replacement flights. The rooms are not bad, but the service is very poor.

Brilliant service and the room is OK but the road is very busy and loud 24hr a day so it's difficult to get a good night sleep.

Very clean, tidy and the staff were so friendly especially Mustafa who went above and beyond to cater for our needs. Locally are a couple of small supermarkets and a bakery. There's an outdoor undercover smoking area. The restaurant food is delicious and good value for money. My only down point is that it was 40 mins into the centre of Istanbul but taxis are not expensive.

Its quite, near transportation, 20 min away to the airport Saff is really nice and helpful I really enjoy my stay

Clean , nice location, no parking for SUV but you could park on the street, Very strict policies for checking in/out. Highly recommended.

Very good hotel with good services, but the parking is very bad and the gate is narrow and it hurt my car, anyway I recommend it and it is very convenient and the staff is very friendly

Location: supermarket next to the hotel. Many Restaurants 1min walk. Staff: excellent with good english speaking Helpful, kind and NEVER RUDE. BREAKFAST: Decent and enough varieties. No complains. RoomsDepends on size you choose. Housekeeping does daily cleaning.

They don’t have allocated parking space, no bellboy, nothing. Only one unfriendly employee at the reception. The room was facing against a wall which then ceiled with a glass, so no fresh air in the room. Room was small, without sun light and the bathroom was primitive. I will never stay here again.

Nice hotel with kind staff and nice restaurant .The value for money is quite fair.

Its ok place but beds are too soft. Does not sleep comfortable. Staff is kind also. But somehow...I would not want to stay here again.

The only hotel we can go as the rooms are clean and new. Bed is so comfy. Reception is welcoming. Only 10-15 minutes to drive to sabiha gokcen Airport.
