Shower hose is broken so all the water is going on floor . Toilet closet is broken . There are more to complain about but I fed up with it . Also staff very rude and arrogant. The place is ok for 1 night. I stayed there around a month and boy it sucked. It was not extremely terrible but 100% never again. The apartments have a kitchen but no kitchen wear only two white mugs. I asked they said they can provide them for an additional service fee when i asked on what will they provide they didn't explain. The showers are moldy a bit. The place is not old but is low key falling apart. Washing machine had no door either. There was strong wind and the balcony door fell off! Glass shattered and it scared me and my partner. The receptionist gent came up then said we need to pay for it. (I rejected for obvious reasons). Asside from this they frequently ignore cleaning requests. You ask for anything at reception e.g. i asked for a broom to borrow as some sugar spilled. And a plate once. I was told yes will bring them up right away then i no longer hear from them. I had to ask for a broom 6 times over 4 days on the last time they said we don't use them in the hotel. Location is good though.

A nice small boutique style hotel located in Ataşehir, this place is both affordable and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly and they know little English as well. There are suites available for up to 4 people. If they work on improving the cafè part and lighting, the place can definitely host more people. It is a bit dark mostly.
