Straight up theft. I stayed there a few weeks ago and the hotel took money that they said was a safety deposit for the room. After having spoken to other guests that stayed at the same time I found out I was the only one who had to make such a deposit. I have messaged the company twice and still haven't had the money returned to me. This is disgusting behaviour and clearly u acceptable from a hotel. Be very aware if you have already booked with them that this may be something they try when you arrive.

If something has been requested from housekeeping, then will come after hours, and open the door without knocking it. Refrigerator can't be used because it is full with hotel items, and they will ask for fee if it has been asked to take these items. Always room needs to be maintained, guest has to follow the staff to do it, which means guest can't enjoy with their vacation, because they need to follow up with the staff. Parking in the second floor of basement, but stairs need to be claimed for two floors, until reach to the elevator. No valet، no help with luggage. No Attractions around the hotel.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my wife and daughter. The hotel is quite nice and they gave us a sea facing room with a beautiful view of the coastline. The hotel is very near to the excellent Hilltown mall which has almost all major brands available. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The elevators had access restrictions so only guests could come up. The spa is excellent with multiple kinds of steam, adventure, sauna and other facilities free of charge. The indoor pool is great and well maintained. The outdoor pool is fantastic. The breakfast is quite decent and we were very happy with the check in and check out.

Elite World deserves every five-star rating that makes a hotel special. The staff at the hotel is very successful, you feel like a truly valued guest. Open buffet breakfast was delicious. The sunset view from the Roof restaurant is worth watching. The food is successful. There is a huge, new shopping center very nearby where you can find everything. Underground subway Station is very nearby to the mall.

My wife and I arrived on holiday and decided to come this hotel to experience this side of the city. The room we checked in was poorly cleant (no hoover as there were biscuits all around the floor, shower gels of previous guest, hairs all around the floor and even a broken chair), so we complained before being relocated to another room but in similar unacceptable condition.. After complaining again to the reception, the staff kindly helped to go and see different rooms this time. After seeing 4 differents rooms, we finally found a room with descent condition, although my wife found a piece of plastic under her blanket.. Pros: the hotel looks nice from outside with pretty new facilities. It has a restaurant, cafe, swimming pool, and wedding reception and a view facing the sea. Cons: the hotel and the room service supervisor urgently need to review their room cleaning service standard. So many rooms were in poor condition, and definitely not hoovered correctly (hairs, dust, biscuits, other random things on the floor). Also, after spending one day, the room staff took my used soap and shower gel (not even finished) and did not replace it. The hotel is about 5 year old, but the carpets looks older probably due to poor maintenance. This hotel has a lot of potential, but currently limited due to poor maintenance.

I absolutely loved this hotel, I never felt so comfortable and relaxed .. The breakfast service just too good.. It's a open buffet with fresh hot served food eggs served however you want it, oatmeal, delicious breads, meats, and more! The outdoor view by the pool is amazing too .. Bedrooms are awesome, clean and with a very nice view. The service was impeccable, especially a young girl who greeted me every morning with a big smile and so kind manners, I want to thank Ecesu, you’ve been so nice 🥰 hope to see you soon!

My boyfriend stayed here twice, both times he’s loved it. This time in particular I had the absolute pleasure of having the most amazing guest relations representative named Sevgi assist me in leaving my boyfriend a surprise in his room following his surgery. She went above and beyond for me to make sure I was able to leave a little love in his room for him for when he returned back and that type of hospitality is RARE. You can’t find hospitality like that in the states and I am still in awe of how kind and patient she was with me! She deserves to be mentioned and acknowledged, and Elite World needs to know what an asset they have by employing her! Thank you so much Sevgi you are a gem!! Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to Turkey for whatever reason.

Turkish hospitality at its best. This was my fifth time to Turkey and stayed here as part of a hair transplant package. Staff were incredibly welcoming, 15th floor restaurant was perfect and the room was just right with a good air conditioning system. Thanks for making my short trip a pleasant one. England ❤️

As soon as you step into the hotel you're greeted with a clean and fresh lobby filled with helpful employees. Had a chance to use the Hotels own gym which was clean inside out and had 2 friendly and knowledgeable trainers to accompany you. Fresh towels and water jugs were placed for convenience which was great. Really enjoyed my time would recommend.

This place was great! I was staying here for a week which was booked by Vera Clinic for my hair transplant surgery. While I was here I noticed there was quite a few people staying at this hotel for various different procedures but in particular it was quite evident that there were a lot of people doing the same hair transplant surgery as I would see them every morning at breakfast time. As for the hotel itself, it was well maintained, staff were very helpful and informative, most if not all people spoke English well. The morning included breakfast was great! Excellent amenities though I didn't use most of them due to the surgery I had done. Room service food was great! Club sandwich is nice, chicken wrap is great. Really all the things we got from the menu were great, with only 1 particularly annoying thing. For the last 4 days I tried to order the Snickers brownie and every day I was told that it was not available. Lol not much of a complaint really. The gift shop downstairs helped me out slot, so thank you to the beautiful lady in the shop, I'm sorry I didnt get your name, but everyone loved their gifts so thank you. Just a big thank you to everyone that made our stay so pleasant. I'd happily stay here again, thank you!

The hotel overall is nice. The staff are nice also. I was surprised that some even speak Arabic which is nice. The morning breakfast is nice however the pastries are dull sorry to say. The croissant is tasteless and heavy. The bedroom does not have a good mattress or good bed sheets or a surplus sheet. Everything is nice with the hotel and I give it 8-9 on 10. I came for Vera clinic which was excellent in terms of customer service.

The hotel looks very nice! Our room was a little small but we didn't pay as much for it. The service was amazing, my luggage was stuck in the previous airport and they did everything to help me to get it. The breakfast is very worth it and it's amazing. The spa and the special shower section is very nice! It's a little far from Downtown Istanbul and there's a big mall beside it but otherwise I didn't find that much around it.

The stay was nice all around. The facilities at the hotel are great. Above all, the staff is extremely helpful and polite. At breakfast, Ecesu beams at you. It's a great way to start the day. I can recommend the hotel at any time.

I loved the suite was given to me (too bad was not with the sea view). Great room, great hall and great breakfast. WiFi kind of slow. I had trouble using my tablet, because the WiFi was very slow. Great breakfast! I loved the variety served during breakfast, but the stuff sometimes was kind of rude without know they were being rude. I forgive them, because they could not speak English at all or spoke very little. Now, the restaurants are great but I noticed that every day I went to eat the same dish was a different price (I mean it price was higher). First day I ate the same dish was 200, second day 240 and the last day they want to charge 300. 240 I think is a good price for the dish. One last comment: the hotel manager should teach the stuff to not ask inappropriate questions to the guests and also be careful with approaching the guests. The hotel is wonderful, but needs few improvements. Thank you for your hospitality!

I stayed here for a few days for an operation. Very helpful and friendly staff. Always polite and attentive. Needed extra pillows or water and reception arranged it very quickly and were happy to help. Good lunch menu downstairs and good evening menu on the top floor in the grill. Good prices too nothing expensive. Very clean hotel and nice rooms and nice showers. Would definitely recommend anyone staying here. Gym and pool area looked fantastic too and they offer massages etc

Bedrooms are awesome, they have a fitness center also.. The front desk were attentive, despite how busy they get sometimes. A young lady named Nebal was so kind to help with a order we had made one evening .. She went out of her way to describe what Turkish food was like around the area as she helped us order out something one evening. As a tourist you value these small things, I enjoyed my stay and will be returning one day...

The hotel is on top of the game in terms of service and hospitality. The staff members went above and beyond to find my lost luggage by the Turkish Airlines. Restaurant on the 15th floor has an amazing view over the sea with stylish interior. Room service was quick and 24hrs. Breakfast is included with verity of cuisines. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for business or upscale experience while visiting Istanbul.

Would highly recommend this hotel! The staff are really helpful and the rooms are really spacious. Would like to say a special thank you to the lovely member of staff named SevGi who helped me find vegan friendly lunch options. She even helped contact a restaurant to find out if they catered for vegans which was really nice of her, 5* service! Thank you! 🙂

Alper was the duty Manager when I arrived. He was nothing short of great. He is your guy. If you have any issue. He will take of it. He is the best manager. I am very grateful to him. That said the hotel is amazing and very classy. It was the view for me. Was in Turkey for my follow up Dental procedure. So didn’t have any out door fun. But I love the experience in the hotel. They had this bar in the top floor. I was always up there I the evening just sipping my drink and enjoying my French fires.

From start to finish, this hotel was great. It’s very impressive from the outside and when you get in, it only gets better. Pillars and fountains and chandeliers, and more! The rooms are great, spacious and have working heating (as well as a minibar!), food is really good and the staff are all lovely. Special shout out to YUSUF from Room Service! He was friendly, funny, super handsome (always a bonus! 😂) and was very nice to reassure me that I didn’t need to be shy to go to the restaurant post-hair transplant. He was fun to chat too, too! Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed 5 nights a month ago for work. Overall good experience. The gym is of decent size with good options. Didn’t try the swimming pool but it was open and available. Didn’t try the restaurant. Mall close by. Indoor parking space under the hotel.

It's a great hotel. The interior is well designed and the suite was very fancy and clean. It had two pools, the indoors pool was way less crowded which I loved. Room service was nice and I got to order food even after the closing time which I appreciate. There wasn't that much option on the menu but the food was quite good! One thing I didn't like was that the internet was terrible and it also limited the amount of devices you could connnect which was around 2-3 devices I think.

At first I wasn’t happy when I came to this hotel after I experienced three 5* hotels on European side of Istanbul, but since I stayed here for two weeks, it grew on me. In the beginning, our room wasn’t aired out at all, and we could feel cigarette smell. The A/C didn’t work well. It’s far away from Ataşehir where the good malls are. We had so many cancellations from taxis when we said we needed to go back to Maltepe. But all in all, I had a lovely time here. The staff was kind and unpretentious. I suggest to everyone to visit nearby shopping mall Hilltown during their stay in this hotel. Since we stayed for two weeks from December to January, on the New Year’s Eve we got small gingerbread cookies as presents. And the views from our room were magical during sunrise and sunset.

Nice and comfy place to stay. Hotel interior is fancy.I was here for 5days, hotel staff was amazing. Breakfast buffet is wholesome with a pool view. Close to shopping mall with varies options for Turkish and international eateries. I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks guys.
