wife
and
I
arrived
on
holiday
and
decided
to
come
this
hotel
to
experience
this
side
of
the
city.
The
room
we
checked
in
was
poorly
cleant
(no
hoover
as
there
were
biscuits
all
around
the
floor,
shower
gels
of
previous
guest,
hairs
all
around
the
floor
and
even
a
broken
chair),
so
we
complained
before
being
relocated
to
another
room
but
in
similar
unacceptable
condition..
After
complaining
again
to
the
reception,
the
staff
kindly
helped
to
go
and
see
different
rooms
this
time.
After
seeing
4
differents
rooms,
we
finally
found
a
room
with
descent
condition,
although
my
wife
found
a
piece
of
plastic
under
her
blanket..
Pros:
the
hotel
looks
nice
from
outside
with
pretty
new
facilities.
It
has
a
restaurant,
cafe,
swimming
pool,
and
wedding
reception
and
a
view
facing
the
sea.
Cons:
the
hotel
and
the
room
service
supervisor
urgently
need
to
review
their
room
cleaning
service
standard.
So
many
rooms
were
in
poor
condition,
and
definitely
not
hoovered
correctly
(hairs,
dust,
biscuits,
other
random
things
on
the
floor).
Also,
after
spending
one
day,
the
room
staff
took
my
used
soap
and
shower
gel
(not
even
finished)
and
did
not
replace
it.
The
hotel
is
about
5
year
old,
but
the
carpets
looks
older
probably
due
to
poor
maintenance.
This
hotel
has
a
lot
of
potential,
but
currently
limited
due
to
poor
maintenance.
