Highly mismanaged and they don't seem to care about it either. We booked a dinner cruise 2 days in advance via their online website, they confirmed via whatsapp. On the day of the cruise, nobody showed up to pick us up from the hotel. When I messaged, the guy kept saying that the driver is on his way. After making us wait for two hours, he said that they thought that the booking was for another day and that nobody is coming to pick us up today. They said that it was due to miscommunication at their end. However, I had confirmed the booking twice with them earlier. So I still don't understand how despite confirming the correct details twice on WhatsApp they can make an incorrect booking. Completely wasted our last evening in Istanbul.

The Bosphoros can be done either during the day, which consists of a hop on hop off around different quays and the one by Night includes dinner & animations. I found both very interesting as you get to enjoy really beautiful scenes around the coastline!

As a tourist we walked to the harbour and see what the boats looked like and we ended up taking a tour with no audio guide for 2 hours. We paid 40L each for the tour. We had a great time on the boat.

Very nice experience and relaxing morning to book a private cruise. Cruise sting the costal of east and west of Istanbul. Enjoyable then breeze and beautiful scenery of the coast. Served some simple team and cookies made the trip wonderful!!

Definitely a must do in Istanbul. It's a very pleasant trip. The crew in the yacht was totally awesome. We got some drinks, snacks and fruit to go along with the journey and the sunset. Totally worth it and the views throughout the whole trip were incomparable. Our guide explained all the highlight along the route and told a bit of history and a few jokes to keep us all entertained. Everybody on board were pretty friendly. I liked that it's not crowded, so you totally have a perfect spot to take all the pics you want and enjoy. Don't worry about getting the perfect spot, pretty much anywhere you sit is a good place. It's a bit windy, so you might want to bring a jacket and something to tie your hair (if you have long hair) anyway they provide some blankets so not to worry if you feel cold. They got you! The guys from the crew ... Barn and Habib made our trip even more enjoyable really nice people.

One of tour that you should do and try while you traveling to Istanbul. 100 TL per person and it is really worth. Take the depart hours at 18.00 to have the best Sunset experience (July & August). The trip is 1 hour + 5 or 10 minutes.

We took the sunset tour. It is really worth it. You get a nice view of both sides of the town, as well as a great guided tour which gives you some historical background. The view is very beautiful. Staff is kind and snacks are good.

With the tour you get a trip over the Bosphorus, and it also had an audio guide available. Before entering on the ship you get offered some fruit, and also on the boat itself you can get something to drink and/or eat. We had an 1,5hrs long tour, which eventually for us was a bit too long. But you have nice views and see a lot in a short time. Also wasn’t expensive.

We visited Istanbul in end of March start of April. We took the sunset tour but was really dark on the way back so the tour guide didn't even talk about the important sightseeing locations. The start was good, we found out lots of great information about Istanbul. The stop on the Asian side is nothing special.

It is basically a boat ride on the Bosphorus. In the daytime, you just get to see some of the city landmarks. At least in the night there are the lights. Very strong smell of diesel fumes in the boat we traveled in. Not really worth it.

Beautiful cruise, amazing sites, friendly crew, and good complimentary snacks and drinks. Super happy we did this! It was a bit windy and they even passed out some blankets which was perfect. They provided transport from our hotel (however none back, so just make sure have arrangements for getting back and can book an uber or something). Me and my family did the “Bosphorus Yacht Cruise with Stopover on the Asian Side” and it was so lovely to hear about all the historical sites and getting to stop on the asian side for a little bit. Would definitely recommend for a relaxed refreshing excursion. ☺️

Great windy experience, from pick up to drop off the Hotel. Everything was in Tine and we got was promised.

We initially wanted to experience the famous dinner cruise / show, but after reading all the horror stories of those tourist traps with mediocre food, decided instead to try the morning 3 hour cruise (from 11-14) with 30 min stopover in the Asian side. What an incredible surprise! The yacht was luxurious and we felt like millionaires (and were treated like one as well). The service was awesome, and our guide Josef was great guiding us with bits of history of the landmarks, and he also gave us some privacy to enjoy the views. There were some small snacks and non alcoholic drinks included for free, and the alcoholic drinks were not too expensive either. We missed or breakfast that morning and were expecting a little bit more snacks, but it was all good and not their fault. I would recommend having early breakfast before the cruise, or else there is also a chance to grab something warm in the 30 min Asia stopover - we decided to just try the famous yoghurt over there. Overall this was a super good deal, much much more than we expected, and can't recommend this enough.

Great boat tours and very affordable.

It was great! We paid 40€ pp for a 2,5 evening tour + snacks and drinks, and transfer from the hotel and back, and it was worth every cent! Seriously, I recommend it to everyone. The yacht was quite new and clean. The staff was friendly and the service was good, plus a very helpful guide. They served the snacks throughout the cruise and also offered some drinks additionally to the home made Limonade and water that was included. The views and the route are beautiful, especially when the sun goes down! Take warm jackets, it gets chilly and the blanket doesn’t help, there was a closed area on the yacht to hide from the wind but the best spot is on the top.

We did the sunset tour, it was absolutely amazing. It was chilly on the water so make sure you take a jacket if you want to sit on deck, but absolutely worth it. Wow wow wow.

Despite the biting wind, our hosts made up for it with a warm welcome. This is a perfect way to see the sites from the Bosphorous. Our guide Brahathir ( or sounds something like Brother) was perfect,. Extremely knowledgeable about any topic, he encouraged us all to ask lots of questions. Great trip. The guide, Karem, is very good and knowledgeable. It can get very wind, although they offer you blankets, I suggest u to bring a sweater or else. Enjoy

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! These people are amazing, I sent my request at 12:00 am for same day yacht tour, they reached out to me before 9:00 am and sent the driver to hotel to pick us up before 11:00 am. All staff (driver, guide, yacht drivers,…) were very very nice and friendly. We were able to extend our tour one more hour for less price. The tour guide Yusuf was really nice and Tugrul helped us with organizing our tour super fast. We will definitely use their service in our next trip and will recommend them to our friends visiting Istanbul.

Wonderful tour. The host was very kind and the service at the boat is really great. There is a guy that serves as the waiter that helps you a lot, even when you want to take some good photos. I recommend it without doubt. Just as an advice if you are traveling with your couple I recommend you to take the sunset tour for 10 people. The big cruise at night is really crowded.
