350tl (20$) is the price for the ticket and dinner “ONLY” the dinner downstairs and it was fine, but please be careful when you go upstairs everything you order you will pay for it in an exaggerated prices! No one tells you that so be careful! there is no menu and even if you ask they tell u its not exists so Always always ask for the price before ordering anything Nargella was 500 tl ,, çay 25tl, coffee 40tl , fruit and nuts 700tl and 500tl … the ship moved after one hour and 45min from the exact time. There was singers and nice dance themes and some people seems to have fun and enjoy it.. Basically the ship moves in the middle of the sea and stops and everything around you is pitch black! Personally I would like if they put menu and they lower the prices and they inform people that here you pay yourself and they move on time!

One of the rare tourist boats in Istanbul is known for its filth. Poor design and mistreatment of unskilled employees . Total rip off . Completely unrecommended . We are very shocked and disappointed with this tour for the rip off and fraud they did . the guy placed fruits plate, sweets and desert on our table which we did not ask for and he did not tell us it was not included until we received the bill 825 tl. total rip off!! I asked to speak to the manager and he promised to come to speak to me but he ran away and disappeared. Apparently, they did the same scheme to multiple people . I am surprised any tour agency recommend them despite their very low ethics and manners .

Theft and scam, the ticket price excludes all food with prices higher than the top resteraunts in Istanbul. Charged 450 TL for a plate of fruits and three smoothies and a small plates of snacks.

Food is bad quality and any thing you order is extra charge woth higher price don't go with kids and even in my opinion this is one of the worst trip its noisy and smoke every where. The worst experience ever, quality of food is low, if you are from Syria, Jordan, Palestine it is ok, you can go because all the singers and shows are from their culture. However if you are from the rest of the world it is totally not for you. Mainly songs related to politics which will switch your mood of if you wanted to have fun. Total rip off, second floor is like ghost house, food is mainly 4 different types of rice and drumsticks ( they will give you one drumstick only) orange juice us extra 100 TL :)

Don't even think about making this mistake. A total ripoff, staff plays it nice but when it comes to honesty they become scammers. Promise you'll be shocked after only ordering two cups of tea and see the final bill, not to talk about fruit plate which will probably cause you double the whole experience. Stay away of this!!!

The worst experience ever!! You get nothing of what is promised. The food is horrible no variety and very cold. Moreover the price paid includes only food which is 3 dishes only. All the rest you need to pay for from water to fruits to anything you want to order..... they are really cheap!!!

This was the worst trip I ever experienced. First, you have to pay approximately 250 TL. for two (just the entrance-ticket) At 6pm food was served and with all due respect: It was awful. Not delicious at all. The Hummus, which is not that hard to prepare, was not eatable. After the first bad impression, me and husband made our way to the real show. The waiters showed us our seats which were literally sticked to the other tables and other couples. After that, we resisted and accepted the fact that we will sit so close next to another table. I had the feeling they tried to bring as many people as possible to the ship. Anyways, the show began. The singer began to sing, people were dancing and had fun. Out of the sudden, next to us a group of people began to argue because of the seats and they were about to beat each other up. Because every chair was stick to the other, I was forced to stand up because I didn’t want to be a part of this fight. After 10 minutes, the argument was kind of solved and then the show continued. After 30 minutes they asked if we would like to have some fruits, some nuts and arabic sweets. We nodded. And unfortunately, we also realized that the arabic sweets were aged, especially the حلاوة الجبن. The whole show was okay. People had fun, but unfortunately one item of the programme was not showed. Disappointing. Before the ship arrived to its original station, the waiters brought us our hesap. I was shocked. We were asked to pay 360 TL!!! For some fruits, water, some arabic sweets and nuts. I cannot recommend this ship and the show at all. If you’re looking for a nice tour, choose another ship.

STAY AWAY! Don't even think about stepping on this dirty Boat. The food included is basically just rice chicken and beans. No water is included and no drinks or fruits. You have to pay 200 or 10 dollars for a cup of juice. Not worth your money!

So disappointed by the service of our own people in a foreign country. Came with family to this specific cruise so we could enjoy our time, but they lacked time management and at LEAST 5 of their employees were rude and one insulted us for not “being used to being treated like this”. On top of the delay, they didn’t want to give us our money back to leave before the boat departed the dock.

Be careful You must pay for everything you order! It's not included in the package. Also, the food and music are very bad. Don't waste your time and your money!!
