    Excellent hotel, very comfortable and the breakfast is adequate, but there are white reception staff who are not good at dealing with customers and are disrespectful when talking to them. They say thank you, or bye, or do you want something else along the way, and when you call to order something, he takes the request and turns off the phone immediately without anything. Thank you

    I've not written a review for a while but need to do so for this hotel. We arrived at the hotel and there was no luggage service but receptionist was OK. Only breakfast is complimentary and lunch and dinner cost 100 lira. You are better off eating at one of the many local restaurants. Food quality is OK and meals are repetitive. On the second day, one of the receptionist was extremely rude, as I browsed the lunch buffet she shouted across the communal area that meals were 100 lira (£9.50) I can only guess that she thought this was a lot of money for me. I explained I have been here for 2 days and aware of the costs as I had eating here before. She seemed angry and did not have a mask on as she shouted. The chief spoke to her in turkish and she walked away. Very unprofessional, unpleasant and rude. It was not called for at all and she could have had an adult conversation with me in a private and professional manner. Overall, staff service quality varies from rude to indifferent with only one or two professionally behaved staff and food was not what I expected Personally, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to friends and family especially when I compare it to other Hilton hotels across the world. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE.

    Expensive hotel. They can even kick you out to sell your room for 3K lira.(01.09.2021-one room is only available and they kick out our friend to make free room for expensive price. It was 400 liras .

    I booked to stay at this hotel and they were not meant to charge my card but they did and now they wont refund my money...I have been chasing this refund for so long and no one is refunding me. COVID was not my fault but yet i am being punished for it. All i want is my £269.42. I am not a complainer but i will continue to do this until someone handles me with the respect i am due.

    This place was a nightmare because we went to eat breakfast and came back upstairs, the room had been made without us wanting it to and i had left my money in the room. I was shocked to see that $200 and 20,000 lira was gone. If this was done by the staff i’m never going to be coming back If not sorry.

    HORRIBLE experience for me. You wouldn't expect much going into a hampton inn, to begin with, but my experience with them was grossly bad. Besides being close to Sabiha, I see zero positives. I repeatedly requested for a non-smoker room, and they gave it to me, but my neighbors were smoking so badly that hallways smelled disgusting and my room smelled like cigarettes as well. Spent a night throwing up at the hotel. Also requested to have breakfast a bit earlier so that I could catch my next flight. They refused service in a bold manner. Will never be back, would not recommend!

    Pathetic treatment by unprofessional staff, specially Ms Fatoush. Rude, unpleasant and unhelpful. I went inside to book and check in after a very very long drive but was welcomed by her with snide remarks and downright disrespectful tone. This is NOT Hilton standard, sad to say. DONT BOOK - STAY AWAY!

    Traveller hotel with tiny rooms. Insufficient facilities, yet closes the gap via location and facilities around. Kind, always smiling and most importantly helpful reception staff. Housekeeper lady Eda is one of the best i’ve ever met. Always clean and tidy rooms on her floors. 5 stars for staff, 4 for facilities.

    Horrible experience! Rude and unprofessional staff. I don't know why they're working there if they have an attitude all day long. They also had the audacity to charge me 60 TLR for breakfast, which I had ordered to my room when we agreed beforehand that this would be free of charge. Disrespectful people, please find yourself another hotel and forget the brand and reptutation, all pointless if the staff can't uphold basic principles.

    Spacious clean room with a good shower (good pressure, no leaking from the booth to the floor). Complimentary breakfast is also good.

    I stayed here for BT. The room are ok. The breakfast was also ok. Nearby you can find many Restaurant. The distance to air Port is 10 min. Very good.

    The room was very nice and well equipped, but unfortunately the air conditioning switched off at night and could not be switched on again, so it was very warm and humid in the room. The breakfast was really only average, something I was not used to from Hilton. At my request a taxi was ordered to the airport, price about 80Lira. At my destination, the taxi driver nevertheless tried to demand 160Lira, then 120Lira. I find this extremely unpleasant! How can the hotel cooperate with such drivers?

    The room is quite small for 2 adults and a child. When the sofa is stretched out, you practically have no room left in the room. Also, if a fairly large balcony is still available, I think a table and two chairs would be necessary on this balcony. Breakfast was quite good.

    Instead of Hampton 4 stars you get an average 2-3 stars hotel service and products: unfriendly behavior of receptionist at check-in, cheapest products in the room and at the breakfast, partly broken furniture. P.S.: you need to pay extra for using the gym which is very strange; at 08:25 a.m. cleaning services come to my room and ask if I'm going to check out now.

    This hotel is a Hampton by Hilton. But the quality of the hotel and the services are above the requirements of Hampton very similar to 5 star. Located nicely in the midst of shopping places and restaurants.

    Very basic breakfast Staff not oriented with airline crew requirements. No laundry inside hotel so there was no laundry on weekends. Rooms clean and housekeeping staff were very tidy and polite.

    Good choice for a short stay near SAW airport. Amazing breakfast, and great location. Rooms were compact yet comfortable! Would recommend for a short stay!

    Extremely rude, unproffessional, and RACIST staff !! Avoid this hotel at all cost of you are east asian or south-east asian !! The front desk officer denied us to check-in, he even said that we were not allowed to leave our bags at the reception. And at the end he kicked us out of the hotel even though we already have a booking and fully paid for our rooms !! DO NOT!! I REPEAT DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IF YOU ARE EAST OR SOUTH-EAST ASIAN !!

    Lovley place great choices of breakfast buffet. Unfortunately no one advised us of our check out time and even we came back in to the hotel no one approached us that our key cards was turned off. That ment we was stuck in the lift untill someone called the basement untill someone called the lift and there was no phone signal or any way of contacting Reception to let them know of the situation

    If I could give this hotel less than one star i would. worst hotel ever the air conditioning is so hot. their employees don’t know what they’re doing. they act like they’re helping you but in reality you’re the one who’s fixing the issue not the employee. i travel a lot & by far this hotel is the worst hotel i’ve stayed at. i didn’t enjoy or felt comfortable in my stay. i would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel even if it was the last option don’t think about staying in this hotel

    Good hotel, desk called quickly to remove our car even though it was there for 4 minutes. Breakfast was okay. Starbucks closely which was nice. To airport is 30TL and about 7 minutes.

    Comfortable place to stay for those who need quick access to Sabiha Gökçen airport which is a 5 minute drive away. Rooms are well kept & comfortable. Staff is friendly & accommodating. Couple of hundred meters away from some excellent food courts & a couple of small malls. Great choice for those in for a very long haul between flights or a short business trip to Istanbul. The Starbucks on their premises is a definite plus too.

    A decent hotel with good warm staff and relaxing atmosphere. Close to the roads so expect a bit of traffic noise till late but positive thing is you are not far from shops and transport system. Throw in a free spa and you get 5 stars. 😉

    Received some great service by the reception staff last night. Had just arrived at the airport when we got scammed by a rather aggressive taxi driver who kicked us out on the roundabout in front of this Hampton. Slightly rushed by adrenaline we went into the hotel for help and to request a new taxi, as we were staying in a diff hotel on the European side, and were warmly welcomed by your staff with help, a smile and some drinks. Our rather unpleasant initial encounter with the city got turned around rather quick and were soon enough back on our way. With a legit taxi this time. Top service for sure! Please thank the the staff on our behalf. Really saved our evening.

    Very unhelpful staff. Checked in for surgery and booked another separate room for my brother in law. When it came time to extend the stay, Female staffer was unwilling to assist at the desk and told me to book online. She assured me it would be available. No availability online. Asked for additional help and was dismissed again. Also Processed laundry - same woman at the counter REFUSED to call to check where the laundry was when I asked to pick it up. Told me to check the holding closets? A/C does not go below 23 - very uncomfortable when you're unwell. Hotel was clean and room was small but nice. Staff overall needs some re-training.

    Nice, basic, and clean hotel, perfect for an over night to catch a flight or for a few days in town. The hotel and room were clean and housekeeping did a terrific job. There's a Starbucks at the base of the hotel which was great. The location of the hotel would not be well suited for daily visits to the old city part of Istanbul and there are plenty of other closer options. Two things could have made this stay even better; first, a higher level of English spoken by the front desk staff. Second, the breakfast seemed to have a lot of items that were repurposed from one day to the next. I don't view either of those issues enough to detract a star.

    Not so bad, but be ready that it's not typical Hampton / Hilton as you may get used to... Separate topic is breakfast which are monotonous and not tasty to be honest.
