There is one skinny cashier with little bit long hair.. very very rude with customers. He will try to impress you by saying my system is only accepting 2K TL and he will do another receipt !! For for the second try he will raise his voice and say your card is not working declined!! Contact the bank ?? He needs cash money. Be ready to wait 30-40 min in the line.

Great place to shop for your gifts and stuff. They also have tax free policy for foreigners. Only problem is the long queues to pay the bill. Although they have many functional counters but still there is a long queue all the time. Staff is overall friendly but due to large amout of people coming everyday, they get a bit overwhelmed

My visit to the L.C. Waikiki store left me with a shopping experience that I would rather forget. Unfortunately, it was marred by a series of customer service and communication issues that made it the worst shopping experience I've had in a while. One of the most frustrating aspects was the abysmal customer service. It felt like the staff were disinterested and unhelpful. While I was browsing for a T-shirt, one staff member inexplicably chose to rearrange the shelves right in front of me, ignoring my presence and needs. When I tried to ask for assistance regarding the size of the T-shirt, I was met with indifference and claims of not understanding English. In a tourist area, one would expect a basic level of English proficiency to accommodate international customers. The tipping point was when I purchased a travel bag and politely requested a new one as the one I received was damaged. The cashier's response was nothing short of shocking. She raised her voice and claimed she couldn't understand English. When I attempted to use a translation tool to communicate my concern, I was met with further disregard. It was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. In summary, my shopping experience at L.C. Waikiki was marred by unhelpful and indifferent customer service, a lack of English proficiency in a tourist area, and a complete lack of willingness to assist customers with legitimate concerns. It was truly the worst shopping experience I've ever had, and it is my hope that L.C. Good products, friendly staff. Got some good items specially baby clothes as gifts for relatives. They have a very good variety of products.

Although it's a big famous store , with many branches and products . But when I asked for tax free they refuse to support due to system down. They advise to go to other branches , when I go to other branches they all refuse . This was at branch near chavaher mall , and I went to Osmanbea branch and istiklal and they didn't support

Extremely cheap prices on my opinion. Probably the reason is dropped Turkish lira, but the set of 7 man's socks of good quality for 7 usd is impressive offer.

Great store. Most of the stuff is good quality. Prices varies, the discount was over and compared to last year prices have almost doubled (more than doubled, keeping with the inflation in Turkey). Is Turkey's local brand so good option for tourists. Must check it out.

Seasonally products Very jammed

Very bad service, employees not friendly and they don't speak English, we didn't recieve assistance when we asked by using Google translate to check the size. Not available is the easy answer for the employees and after we search deeply found what we asked for but at the end of our shopping the cashier Emre was friendly and helpful while we paying. Over all they have to improve the service with non Turkish peopIe because i felt in descrminated against in this store.

This is my worst shopping experience, very rude and really really bad attitude employees. I shopped with my wife and two children. An ugly employee named Selim (if I'm not mistaken) suddenly accused me of taking pictures without any reason and taking my cell phone, and that was not proven. after I got angry, she just kept quiet without any apology at all. La’natullah alaih!.

at shopping and reaching at the counter at 11:40pm and waiting in line for more than 10 minutes the guy at the counter suddenly said the all the counters will be closed for 10 minutes and we have to wait till 12pm for them to count the cash, if you wanna do this close the shop for 30 mins and then open it later do not waste our time

Sometimes the prices are better than the other local street stores... If its cold outside, its very hot inside...make sure to take that into consideration or else you will get really warm

Some staff on the floor are rude and pretend they don't understand English on purpose not to help you. The girl in changing room very nice and speaks English and helps so much, and so were the guys behind the cashier.

The store in chevair mall is best. The one taksim is not good. The staff in that branch isn't helpful ta all

So so so unbelievably crowded, regretted the decision to shop here the moment we walked in. Reflective of the location, majority of customers are tourists buying up 10-15+ items in one go and I had to queue up for 30min just to make a purchase. Its a large store with a lot of merch but just cannot keep up with the demand so will stick to online or other locations from now on.

Budget friendly store. If you are massive shopper and can't compromise on quantity this place is best for you. Not for choosy amd picky shoppers.

Guyz. You are bound to run into LC Waikiki whether you are strolling at Istaqlal Steeet or roaming around various malls. This is a must visit and you will find yourself buying clothes and accessories in no time. It offers good quality clothing for kids men and women at affordable prices. Definitely recommended from my side.

As a tourist i should say their staff especially one of the females staff was so rude and behaved me so bad and acted so unprofessional. Their staff even don’t know anything about customer service and they can’t communicate even one word in english. She imitated my act instead of knowing how to speak english. Worst experience ever!
