Very beautiful mosque with very beautiful architecture, it has its significance due to the Minaret with the three balconies unlike the other three, also the dome from inside is very nice and well decorated and it’s located in the heart of the old city near all the other important places, i recommend visiting it.

Üç Şerefeli Mosque was built in 1447 by Sultan Murat II and is most noteworthy for its mismatched minarets. Three of these are beautifully ornate with patterns of red and white stone. The largest of these has the three namesake balconies and is absolutely massive. This minaret stands out clearly in the city skyline as the tallest and thickest. The mosque’s domes, both the grand interior domes and smaller exterior ones, are ornately decorated with flowing, colourful patterns. Beautiful and well worth a visit.

Wow. This is a really beautiful and impressive mosque both inside and out. I enjoyed it more than the Selimiye centrepiece. The highly decorative ceilings, Islamic Design patterns and the colours were stunning. Surprised it does not have a name honouring an important person!

Edirne is famous for its mosques. This mosque is known as the Three Balconies Mosque. The shape of the minarets is typical.

It is a nice historical mosque. You can go there by walking roughly in 5 minutes from Selimiye Mosque.

Beautiful medium sized mosque. Great outdoor garden. Adding uplights will highlight the beautiful Islamic art decorations under the dome, it’s very dark even during the day.

Beautiful mosque. There are head scarves (for borrowing) just behind the main (inner) entrance.
