joined
in
the
beginning
of
the
year
under
Carlswald,
but
I
was
told
I
could
use
any
gym.
I
added
my
children,
too.
The
first
time
I
went
to
Waterfall,
they
gave
me
a
lot
of
issues
with
my
kids,
saying
I
need
to
fill
in
multiple
papers
every
time
I
bring
them.
When
I
asked
for
contract
documents
stating
this
requirement
because
it
seems
they
made
up
the
rules
on
the
fly,
they
told
me
the
manager
would
call
me.
The
manager
called
and
after
a
long
conversation
said
btw
the
special
is
ending
in
July
so
I
can't
use
the
club.
I
upgraded
to
premier
for
me
and
my
kids,
who
are
linked
to
my
account.
Again,
I
went
back
to
Waterfall
and
got
the
same
snooty
responses
of
my
kids
not
having
rights
to
the
gym
play
area
until
I
showed
them
my
membership
on
my
app
and
showed
the
deduction
I
get
monthly.
They
then
picked
up
it
is
an
administrative
issue
on
their
side.
It's
been
weeks
since,
and
the
administrative
issue
has
not
been
resolved,
giving
me
issues
when
I
go
to
Waterfall
and
Vodaworld,
but
not
Kyalami
and
Carlswald.
Every
time,
they
just
take
my
details
and
say
they
update
it,
but
nothing.
I
still
get
charged
monthly.
Same
thing
with
my
app.
It
doesn't
show
the
rewards,
I
report
it
multiple
times,
and
they
take
down
my
details,
but
nothing
changes.
I
gym
4
times
a
week,
but
the
admin
is
horrible.
