Voici ma dernière expérience et ce qui m'a fait prendre cette décision : Début décembre et avec beaucoup d'anticipation, j'ai pris rdv pour une coloration et un vernis semi permanent pour le 22 Décembre à 11 heures. A 12h15 j'avais fini la coloration et on me dit qu'il faut que j'attende jusqu’à 13 h pour la manucure. Je ne comprends pas trop car prévoir 2h pour une coloration je le trouve excessif, mais bon . A 13 h une personne était déjà en manucure et une autre attendait avant moi. On m'a dit qu'une cliente était venue en retard et avait fait décaler les autres rdv's. A 13h45 et vu mon mécontentement on me propose que ce soit une coiffeuse qui commence ma manucure en attendant. J'accepte et le travail est fini « à l'arrache » . Un semi_permanent à 35€ qui a duré 3 jours !!!! Arrivée en caisse, a 14H30(3h et demi plus tard!!!!) un forfait coloration avec une coupe que je n'avais pas faite et la très mauvaise manucure = 100€ et un tout petit « désolées pour le retard ». Je me suis sentie trahie et je suis arrivée à la conclusion qu'on est mieux traités quand on arrive en retard que quand on prend rdv. Depuis le confinement, je soutiens énormément le commerce local. La librairie de la mairie, les restaurants qui continuent à faire à emporter, le marché … Et c'était mon intention avec ce nouveau salon dont les prestations sont très satisfaisantes. Dommage !!!
