You can tell that this Mother's location is high traffic since it's in the town and sells the best spicy chicken. The cashier does her best at quickly taking orders but the staff to serve is so slow. I was grateful for the help of the security who collected my order having already waited 20 minutes on 2 patties.

The costumer service is terrible a little word of advice don't use the drive true its best you go inside you mite get through in half and hour if you are second in line. Oh! And don't forget to check your order before you leave I ordered a breakfast and they didn't even have the decency to tell me they only had fried dumplings which I found out about when I was way gone smh the staff need to do better hope management pay close attention before....

The hot and spicy chicken was amazing

The best for the time been with fry chicken but the drive through, man it's the worst, nobody spoke at the order machine and i was there for 30 minutes, first window have nobody and the last window was another waiting period

Mother's Santa Cruz is an OK place to get great food and great value for your money. Mother's was originally known for making patties but they have evolved as all successful businesses must do, and now offer a wide range of meals. Along with all the various patties and loaves you can now get; burgers, burger meals, chicken, chicken meals, chicken buckets, sandwiches, and ice-cream. While all the food is great and definitely worth the money and the wait. Mother's falls short when it comes to the drive-thru . The drive-thru serves as more of an additional cashier than a convenient way to pick up and pay for a meal. It often times takes longer to get your order at the drive-thru than if you had went inside and ordered at the counter. The ordering device doesn't always work so you have to drive up, place your order, pay for the meal, and then then sit there and wait all at the same window. They have 2 windows but they only ever use one. Besides the subpar drive-thru experience and the cashiers at the counter sometimes not acknowledging you when you greet them, I'd say give it a try. The food is great and you get good value for your money.

Mother's Spicy Chicken is the best spicy chicken there is unapologetically. The chicken pieces are most time so big I have to wonder 🤣🤣🤣 The sweet Chilli is next to best 💯

This branch is in a good location in the town; however, if they want to keep customers coming back, they need to retrain the staff on how to give proper customer service in every sense of the word. The food is good as always, and I like the new varieties they added; that's wonderful. They take both cash and cards, and they have a drive-through as well. Their prices are very competitive. The portions are way more in terms of the size of their chicken. Wheelchair access is available. Parking is very limited, but not much can be done about it.

Always bought food here when I went to high school. Didn't go to here for months but I'm back home and decided to purchase my fav meal. Customer service was slow and the workers do not seem to care. Monitors not working and the machine that shows the order of the food isn't working so there is no "first come first served".

It was fairly good food is nice except not so much a fan of their chicken patty, their porridge is awesome though. Sorry to say but Jucci Beef is better and next issue for one scoop of ice cream for $500 is extremely small I've bought one scoop of ice cream elsewhere for $600 and it's so much that it's hard to eat off, they need to share out more ice cream. But overall it was good.

Custom service was good at the cashier, need more servers, waiting time for meal on a normal day 30-45 minutes but during rush hour it can take 30 minutes to an hour unless you use drive through which is a little faster, food is really good tho was recommended it.

Poor customer service the meals are on a average each time I go there it's a different meal experience however i brought a 3 pcs meal and the fries was warm not hot chicken completely cold and you have one person working as server and a occupation health and safety again staff wiping during over crowded not a safe approach especially during busy times if it has to be done I would recommend dry wipe or wipe with less moist I really love the atmosphere in mother's and I would recommend other if you have the waiting patience I waited also an hour and there was only 9 person a head of me waiting to be served. Mothers I would recommend two approach to this 1...create a online meal order app so you preorder and pay online or cash on pick up to avoid the long wait also ensure you have adequate servers that are knowledgeable and effective I see most time while waiting in servers have to be searching to identify which burger is what and such. 2... install a order and server lane instead of the congestion at the server lane....a server lane would allow the server to focus better than having everyone gather at counter shouting and clammering.
