The last of Homestyle locally owned restaurants in Santa Cruz. If you crave an authentic Jamaican meal cooked to your delight I recommend them. They've mastered soups. Dining may not be available due to the covid restrictions. Customers service declines based on the of customers but overall very swift and respectful. The facilities and decor are not necessarily state of the art but are comfortable. The management deals with criticism and queries well . They also deliver in around Santa Cruz.

Let me start with the good things. The customer service is okay, the quantity of the food is worth the money. Lastly, the quality preparation of the food is the worst. It is tasteless, the worst tasting food.

Nice food

If you don't yell at somebody you will never get served at this place. They come from the back and just look at you like a goat that wants the banana peel in your hand. And then they turn away and start fiddling around with things on the counter and you literally have to shout your order at them or ask them what they have available before they pay any attention to you. It's as if you have to force them to take your money.

Customer service need a little improvement. Environment is nice,food taste good. Last time I went they gave my bake chicken gravy on my fried chicken without me asking.😡I hate bake chicken.
