Listed under B&B's. Be aware!! NO BREAKFAST!!!! NONE! Hot tea & coffee in the AM along with granola bars that you can buy at the store. Felt kinda ripped off. Had been there years ago when it was an actual B&B with a delicious breakfast. Breakfast tables still set up with no breakfast. Wierd. Room was so-so. Only nice part was the fireplace. View was of the parking garage acrosss the street. Not planning on coming back. Very disapointed.

This past weekend we were sorely disappointed to find out that Pueblo Bonito is no longer a B&B. Not even a Continental breakfast. They have tea, coffee, energy bars, and biscotti. Being that this has been a go to place for booking a B&B in Santa Fe for us in the past it never occurred to me that I needed to check those credentials. I will do better with that next time! One of the staff members stated that they stopped serving back in December of 2022. In any case, the rooms are still clean (even though our toilet leaked onto the floor in room #17 for the entire stay. The people next door to us in #18 apparently had the same issue.) We heard of room 18's issue while informing management of our issue upon departure. The staff is still friendly but the lack of breakfast will probably have us searching out a new B & B for our bi/tri-annual trips to Santa Fe in the future. We have always had nothing but good things to say about Pueblo Bonito Santa Fe but will no longer recommend it as a B&B, but a decent nights stay. Since they no longer have B&B status it should be removed as such from all advertising sites and searches for B&B's.

Pueblo Bonito made my week in Santa Fe magical! The service was stellar and they made me feel right at home! It's a great location just a few minutes away from the square and easy access to shops and restaurants. The fireplace was my favorite part of the room and we used it every night. I don't know when I'll be back in SF, but I'm definitely staying here again!

We just checked in and this place is gorgeous. The staff (especially Kito and the pups) is so kind and hospitable. The room is incredible, I could live here. Great sized kitchen, beautiful bathroom, comfy bed, amazing AC. I wish we were staying longer!! Highly recommend! The location is also incredible, within walking distance of everything!

We spent two night there on our thankgiving trip to Santa Fe and loved this hotel, super clean and comfortable, with great breakfast. The room was decorated in a pretty artistic style that makes you feel rather homy. The location is also a big plus as it is only a couple of min away by foot from old town and state capital. We stayed in 9 hotels on our trip and this one easily made the top 2 list.

I'm so glad I found this place: my room was beautiful and cozy, the dining room (with breakfast tamales!) is sunny and a great place to just hang out, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the location is convenient and relatively walkable, and the price is excellent for Santa Fe. I'd definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to friends & fam. My only minor "complaint" is that it costs extra to use the fireplace - $15 per use - but it was still *so* nice to have a little fire in my room one night of my stay. Pay no attention to older photos of this place --- their recent renovation/redecorating is gorgeous and modern. See mine of a "Lookout" room and the common area.

Two of my sisters-in-law and I just spent five days at Pueblo Bonito, in one of the rooms with kitchen, fireplace, sofa bed and double-bed room. Pueblo Bonito was a delight, for its comfort, the location (we walked almost everywhere), and most of all, for the kindness and friendliness of the managers and people working there. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was perfect, coffee and tea available from 7am on, and the lounge was the perfect place to rest and get warm after a day exploring the city. Couldn't have wished for more or better! I'm sure I'll go back when possible. Thank you, managers, for being such wonderful people! Domi PS Wonderful little beer place right across the street with food truck in the driveway and many locals to chat with.

Perfect location, walkable to everything but still having easy parking and a quaint setting. The staff is so kind and accommodating. Rooms are perfect and have recently been updated. The perfect spot!

The devil is in the details at Pueblo Bonito. We loved our room and everything downtown was within easy walking distance. It snowed a lot the night before our departure, and one of the owners went around and swept the snow off everyone's windshields. Above and beyond! Thank you!

I don't know where to start. The service and personal touch was that of a bed and breakfast. Great advice on where to go and what to eat. Location was ideal and safe. I honestly won't stay anywhere else.

What a fantastic place to stay! Rooms were very clean. The decor was a very tasteful southwest style, as you'd expect from a Pueblo style Inn. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay!

Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful bedding and interior, quaint neighborhood with good location. Cons: No breakfast (not really a B&B and we ended up getting our own breakfast outside), pillows are too soft, limited shelf space.

Kimo is the BEST! He is part of the whole experience 😃 The suite was absolutely adorable, comfortable and perfect for our little getaway. My Sweetheart and I will be back FOR SURE!! The location was fantastic for our day trip and reservations. Looking forward to our next stay. 10 stars out of 5

My wife & I just stayed at the Inn for our family reunion in Santa Fe. Indeed it was a great experience. We were lucky enough to get one of the beautifully updated rooms, which was impeccably clean as well. Kudos to the architect who balanced modern upgrades, and full respect of history. The only observation/request would be for a better air conditioning experience. We had to depend on a rather old & noisy fan, which was not ideal. And counting on the cool evenings to keep the sleeping experience pleasant - it really did not work. However, we do fully appreciate that the elegantly maintained historical elements preclude some amenities. So overall, a wonderful place to stay, and remarkably friendly and accommodating owners and staff & we highly recommend this B&B!

Within walking distance to the plaza. Very clean rooms (pueblo style), outstanding service and just the nicest staff. If you need help or directions, or ideas for things to do just ask. They were very helpful. Parking is right in the courtyard so your vehicle is safe too.

Very quaint and clean B&B. The proximity to the plaza was walking distance which was perfect. The breakfast was good and very well set up. I gently recommend the shower and hand gels be changed as they don’t lather. My husband and I enjoyed our stay!

Love my stay at Pueblo Bonito. The room was great, clean, well stocked. The breakfast was very good. The outdoor seating was a bonus with all the nice landscaping, a little oasis in Santa Fe.

Very beautiful, cool place to stay. was hoping to have a wooden ceiling like the pictures show but unfortunately it was just plain white ceilings. The shower got cold way too quickly but I managed.. made me feel like it was 1802 😎

It's been a while ago but wanted to follow up with a late review. My gf and I stayed one night here on way to Taos and really enjoyed all of it! Rooms were cozy and the folks running the place were very nice and provided a limited but healthy and delicious breakfast. Great location, safe parking. Walking distance to many galleries and Canyon Road.

If you are staying at Pueblo Bonito because of the ambiance, you should call ahead and ask for current photos of the room you are reserving. They are refurbishing the interiors and the rooms look very different—much less historic—than in the photos they are showing on the web. We stayed in Room #3, the Santa Clara Room. If you look at the most recent photos (August 2022) being posted by people who have stayed there, you will see some of the differences. For example, they painted over the heavy beams in the ceiling in our room, so that the old beams are now a plain white color. They removed an interior wall that contributed character to the room and all decorations as well. If you don’t care about ambiance, then Pueblo Bonito is convenient to the downtown square area, and the bed was comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay here! Perfectly sized rooms (like a small apartment) and walking distance to food & many other things to do. Host was very helpful in getting us set up with our room and recommendations on what to do and see. Would highly recommend for a cozy stay and delcious breakfast.

As of mid-August the hotel (under new management) is undergoing full interior renovation - very loud machinery hums and banging - the renovated rooms look nothing like the old ones on the website. New rooms are modern, very sparsely furnished, all-whitewashed look, comfortable for brief stays only. Staff very friendly. Good onsite parking options. Ground floor rooms have traffic noise and people walking by can look into your windows. New window AC unit works but is very loud. Tiny fridge; no microwave. Hairdryer, iron, soap/shampoo provided. Sheets and bed new and clean. Continental breakfast included of average motel quality. Newly renovated photogenic front lobby and small dining room.

The place is gorgeous and so authentic down to its name, Pueblo Bonito. Even the doors had different quaint names. It is simple and elegant and quite charming. The bed sheets are so soft! We want to move in. I must say, Destiny was our favorite person. She was the manager on site and such a lovely person as was the cleaning woman. If you are looking for a cozy and lovely experience this is the place to stay.
