If you want the true feeling of old Santa Fe, this is your hotel. The pueblo-style architecture, the open shared garden, the decor was just fabulous. I opened my door to classical music being played on the boom box by the bed. The AC kept the room very cool. The best part? I parked my car and never moved it the entire time I was there. I was just a few blocks from the main plaza of Santa Fe. Room was as clean as a whistle. The caretaker was around when I checked in, but he stayed pretty much in the background unless you needed something. Other guests were very friendly. A word of advice is do not just spend your time in the plaza with all the tourists. If you go up the hill just a little way, there is an area with food trucks that you would never find unless you knew they were there. I had the best donut I have ever eaten in my life there. Just start walking and explore.

I have mixed feelings about Casa de Tres Lunas. I booked the "Half Moon". It is the smallest of the rooms and had a queen bed, kitchenette, and decent sized bathroom. The location is AMAZING. You can walk easily to anywhere, shopping, food, sight seeing. All great. The hotel itself is very cute and eclectic. There is a cute courtyard and the Half Moon has a private patio with table and chairs. The decor is nice. The whole place has a real homey authentic Sante Fe vibe. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. All dishware and cookware was provided. There is no front desk. You get a call with a code to your room and walk right on in. There is no maid service, so nobody ever knocks on your door or comes in while you are gone. Not being disturbed was nice. Wifi was good. Very private. The reasons I have mixed feelings: It wasn't as clean as I would like it. The window treatments made it look dingy and outdated. The room needs a refresh. The room was HOT! We had the heat turned off and the window open all night...and it got down into the low 40's at night. It barely made the room comfortable. We could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around, laughing, talking, slamming things. Occasionally a dog was barking. You are expected to recycle, but not given the means to sort. We only had 1 small garbage bag. We were given 1 days worth of towels for a 5 night stay. (We did ask for and receive more.) Interactions with Bernard were awkward. So overall, I would say Casa de Tres Lunas was just ok.

This was just a lovely little casita that we enjoyed tremendously! Located just a couple minutes walk from the the foot of the canyon road gallery walk , the plaza and a couple of my favorite eateries- couldn’t have been nicer. It provided some of my favorite amenities- including lots of towels, bean grinder for fresh coffee, a milk frother, a magnification mirror by the sink, well stocked kitchen , free parking and lots of ambience. An adorable little garden patio to enjoy morning coffee. The overseer of the property, Bernard, is very nice, available and accommodating. We stayed in unit 12 and it was just so old world with so much character. Much nicer than a routine hotel. I’d definitely come again. Thanks Bernard !

The location is fabulous, very short walk to Canyon Road and the center of town. It is a wonderful retreat, so near yet a world away. The room was beautifully decorated and had so many amenities.A quaint and authentic glimpse into the real New Mexico. It felt like home. The bed was very comfortable with lovely linens. Both evenings we were there we cooked dinner on the BBQ and enjoyed the evening by the outdoor fireplace in the courtyard…a must…very romantic.

Charming room and courtyard, as private as you want to be. Close enough to walk to the plaza but very quiet at night. Lovely place and I would definitely stay here again.

A lovely little apartment style hotel. No front desk, so be prepared. Room was excellent, included a fireplace and fridge, coffee maker, etc. I was very pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my stay immensely.

As a solo female traveler, I absolutely enjoyed my stay and felt very safe. The staff was so accommodating and even let me charge up my car. I was able to walk to downtown and there’s even a small hike nearby call Cross of the Martyrs. Will be back!

Casa de Tres Lunes has a number of Pueblo style bungalow’s nestled close to the plaza in Santa Fe. They have been there since the early 20th century. Very quaint and old-school New Mexico. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. There’s a very nice little courtyard. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway this is perfect. It is a little close to the road so there’s a bit of road noise but not too bad. Ours had a full kitchen, coffee pot microwave, etc. One of the benefits is that it’s just a block or two from the main plaza in Santa Fe. A short walk to restaurants, museums, shops, etc. We had a great time. We recommend it!

Our ‘casita’, RisingMoon, was well prepared, clean, with everything we needed, including fire wood. Next time we plan a trip that includes Santa Fe, we will definitely reserve a ‘Moon’! The location is perfect!
