If you are a tourist who loves to go where locals eat, this is one of their favorites. When you enter, you feel like eating in front of the sea, even that is one block ago from the beach, but the floor here is sand and if you want, you can take your shoes off and feel it. The food is excellent. Try the grilled octopus or a ceviche first, then go for a marinera pasta or a fish. Great to come with family, friends or alone to enjoy the different tastes of Santa Marta cuisine.

One of my favorite restaurants with typical food of this region. I grew up coming here once in a while for lunch. They usually had a guy selling avocados in the entrance but the man was not here today. I got the traditional cup of fish soup appetizer, 2 patacones, salad, and red snapper fried. My mother ordered the salmon in garlic sauce, which was good. And my sister ordered the shrimp rice. My favorite today.

The pictures look so good and I was so excited to go and get the main dish advertised all over the menu with the main fillet of fish. The waitress said that wasn’t available and I asked for a fillet and something that was equivalent… what came was three little portions containing small amounts of squid and prawns and not even half a single octopus tentical - no actual fish fillet. And it was drowned in butter and garlic with cheese on. I could even eat it because of the garlic and it’s all you could taste. The rice was also really sweet. 51,000 for a dish that I couldn’t really eat and that didn’t contain anything but shell fish really. There is another fish restaurant a few doors down that might be better

Cazuela de Mariscos might be my favorite Colombian dish, and I keep hunting for the best one. No doubt it’s fresh seafood here, but overcooked. What a shame. I’d give this restaurant another chance, and if I do, I’ll get one of the grilled seafood instead. Love the bold, vinegary hot sauce though.

Nice place, typical food, amazing taste. The orders are faster, and the service is 10 in mood. Only mens here in service I don’t know why they don’t include women in the service to the table !!!! The price is very good vs place, service and quantity

I had the most delicious soup here, and the fish fingers weren't oily as in other places. The soup was more than enough, could be shared between two people. The prices are reasonable. Will return again.

Great fried fish, octopus and casola, the service was slow and the food all came at once though we ordered plates to share. I’d come back but plan a 2 hour lunch.

Excellent food! Totally recommended place! Best place for seafood in Santa Marta! It is a fancy place but is rustic at the same time because floor is made of sand Place's atmosphere is great and refreshing, ot has conditionated air. Staff is efficient and polite! Menu is variated and you have beer and cocktail options! Fish sides are typical colombian food. Place is wide so you don't have to wait at lunch moment. Place has its own parking watched by a person. Prices are good regarding the Quality of the food! You can pay un cash or with credit card

I really lived this place, good food, prices are fair enough. The service is really good and the taste of the food is really good. So far one of the best restaurants in Santa Marta and the Rodadero area.

Fresh well prepared dishes, local market priced competitively, good service. Everything is cooked to order, not fast food but good food with an anticipated wait. Near the water/beach

Friendly and fast service. Octopus was very tender and juicy, fish filet was a bit dry and overcooked. Ceviche was spot on. Recommended for authentic experience. Would definitely go back again.

I would give it a 3.5 rating. This is our second time over a period of few years. In this time, there practically have been no changes. Very rustic atmosphere. If you come in peak hours, you have to wait to be called at the entrance. Prices are affordable and food is quite good but would prefer noticeable improvements in the place.

Mañe Cayon is a must when coming to Santa Marta. The atmosphere is unique and very welcoming, so you can feel comfortable at this plate. Food is good portions and prices can be between 40-45k. Service can be better but is not that bad.

Excellent food, really tasty and full of flavours. If you want to try this type of cousine this is the place to visit. The jugos (juice) is outstanding I recon lemonada de coco. It's not the cheapest, but it does worth the money. A place to return

Best, Colombian seafood I've had on my third visit people Columbia. Rustic atmosphere but I really enjoyed it many locals eat there and tourists.
