In the Rodarero district of Santa Marta this was by far the best bang for your buck. Small menu that changed daily and offered both alcarte and pre fixed options. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner that goes for around $4usd which includes a soup, salad, rice, beans, yucca, a protein, and drink. One can choose the add side dishes which range from .33 to .75 cents usd. They take credit card which gave the best conversion of usd to pesos which at time was 3200 to 1. Everything was prepared in semi open air kitchen, which let's people see that its liked eating a home cooked meal.

When in Santa Marta this is a regular lunch place for us. It’s a great price for a typical Colombian menu in a humble environment ,but always great quality. No frills just good.

Me and family spent 2weeks in that town . That restaurant is excellent and cheap. If you go to ElRodadero visit that restaurant. You will not be disappointed.
