    WHAT A POOR SERVICE!!! That clinic is worse than a small town hospital, because in the towns I think people are more decent in hospitals, everyone who attends is bitter, one arrives at the appointment and there is no one to attend, the desk alone and the printer throwing away the patients' documents alone, people have to take their document on their own because there is no one to deliver it, there is no one to guide in which office one's appointment is due, and incidentally the doctor has the great face to get upset because one arrives ten minutes late for the appointment... but if one spends almost 20 minutes looking for someone to help them because everyone is either chatting or socializing who knows where because there is no one to ask nothing... I took my niece, the beneficiary of her mother who is a teacher, with gastroenteritis for more than two weeks and the only thing they sent her was MILANTA... THEY ARE THE THOSE WHO PAY THE MOST AND THE THOSE WHO RECEIVE HEALTH SERVICE THE WORST... HOW AWFUL

    Very bad organization. Especially in the pharmacy area. They make you take turns and in the end they serve as they please. They never have the medications. It takes months for them to be delivered to you. Most of their staff are rude people with little idea of ​​what customer service is.

    Always very full, they never answer calls to make appointments, I recommend going there early as the congestion is quite a lot at all hours.

    Their attention is not in line with the advancement of society; obsolete methods to make an appointment and not to mention the time lost for each procedure, especially in the delivery of medications. Their facilities are becoming increasingly uncomfortable for the staff they serve.

    Can you tell me what is happening with line 4366111? Since yesterday I have been calling to make an appointment and only the answering machine answers: dial 1 for a teaching appointment and dial 2 for a passive appointment. My ear is sick from hearing the same thing and nothing I can communicate.

    The delivery of medicines is disastrous, it is inconsiderate to have to wait 3-4 hours for the arrival of medicines. The system they use for this is either obsolete or they do not know how to use it.
