Very nice, super clean, and breafast was good. The only problem is that there is no parking. You literally have to park your rental 4 blocks down, in a nice cheap secure garage. So if you arrive at 2am, like we did.. It could be a little bit scary, but honestly it was okay. You have to wait for the hot water to come out for a bit, but you do have plenty of it. Staff is pretty awesome, kind, and friendly!! The location is perfect, the price is great....can't beat it!!

Great location. Safe. Clean. AC Rooms. Bring your own soap as they have "shampoo" which in DR in some strange way = soap. Get a room with a balcony, the others are nice but without windows depressing. Worth $40 extra...trust me.

I had a wonderful time. The room was good and very clean. Breakfast was perfect , very delicious. The employees were pleasant and helpful. The building is old and beautiful but has very narrow stairs without Elevator but no complain was very nice time.

The best place to stay in the colonial district... it's my second time here at this hotel.. first time I had the standard suite... but spend the extra money for the Junior Suite. More room with a balcony to enjoy the night... the hotel is nestled amongst great shoping... parking is close. But the fact this place is super quite at night.... trust me you will want that...!!!! The staff is very helpful and friendly! I definitely give this place a 5 star

Rooms are cramped and uncomfortable, breakfast is mediocre. Customer service is generally atrocious and the hot water doesn't work. I can't find anything I actually liked about this place. Also, they recommended a parking lot that ripped us off after scaring us into not parking in street.

Great location and staff. I’ve stayed there in November 2017 for three nights and liked a lot of things about my choice. Very secure place inside: you have to buzz in to get through the front door. However, beware that walls are very thin and you can hear everything that’s happening in the hallway. I was unfortunate to stay there the same weekend some loud American crowd was there. Girls were quite ghetto and had all sort of personal drama they were dealing with outside of their rooms. Location of the hotel couldn’t be better. Right across from Paco’s cafe, on Calle Conde - walking street mall. Was a bit annoyed that hookers were waiting for right outside of the hotel door and approaching as soon as you walk out at night. Women and men. But i guess if you’re looking for that sort of thing - that’s the best area lol I’d stay there again as everything was within walking distance.

For the price it's a great one. On business, just need a bed and a warm breakfast and I got exactly that. Great staff and they have upkept the whole place. For tourism it is also amazing because of location.

The rooms are good and quiet. the hotel is beautiful and have good staff always here to help you if you need.

For an affordable price, a very clean, nice hotel with helpful staff. No auto traffic on its street, with bars and restaurants nearby. I'm likely to stay there again.

Nice hotel, well located. Jr suite 301 is perfect. Near everything in Paseo Conde. Fast Check In. Good maid service. Hot water and nice air conditioning.
