Budget hotel with nice rooms ...also king side beds available in suits. New building construction has just started in the next lot..some dirty and noise distirbance cam be occured for next several months. Breakfast nothing to mention even it is included for the hotel prize. Money exchange rooms can be paid in usd dollars or Dominican pesos. Only several parkings availaible front of the hotel, which are not fully secured. Anyhow nice restaurant/ minimarket close by in walking distanse where to get everything fresh coffee breakfast with natural tropical drinks buffee lunch and dinner.

The building is under construction, the day I was there very loud and noisy until about 7:30 to 8 pm. The front desk did offer to move to another room, but since the noise stopped I was good after that...over all a nice hotel

Love this place Pro:clean, comfy, a lil bit price. Breakfast included (they can bring it to your room free of charge.wifi works good. Small restaurant. Parking that is being watched by a watch man the whole night Cons: not much to say me and my husband loved it.

Advertisement was better on the eyes than the actual way the rooms looked in person.. I found a few bugs in my chicken soup from the cafeteria/ restaurant which I was told to look at as "extra meat" which wasn't what I was expecting to hear. They didn't do anything to make up for that but I figured it's a poor country so just let it go. The service over all is very cold and the people are very judgemental with their guest, but one of the workers did his best to help me out which I'm grateful for. Stood for over a week so had to make the best out of it. Sometimes it's best not to expect the best from people.

Great hotel. Very clean. Staff is very friendly. Just completed a 14nt stay there. I stay here everytime Im in Santo Domingo (that review was 8 months ago) I stay at this hotel every visit..which is usually once a month. This hotel has went downhill quickly. The staff is not near as friendly as before (new staff) several maintenance issues. Showers leak causing entire bathroom floor to be wet. Air condition broke in the last room I was in.. moved to another room. Next day was told by front desk I need to move again because the room I am in costs more. I'm supposed to be here for 15 nights, but I am going to be checking out and going to another property as I have only paid through the 8th. Probably will never stay here again and will not recommended it.

A pretty decent hotel. It's relatively new (less than a year) so it still has some redeeming qualities. It's close to El Malecon, within walking distance to a decent restaurant (Hermanos Villar), close to El Conde and w/in walking distance to pharmacies, money exchange, local eateries. Unfortunately some of the little things are lacking, you have to call to request an iron, some of the rooms lack window shades so when the sun comes up, be ready to wake up. The mini fridge is convenient but doesn't work all that well. But the staff is quite helpful and always accommodating. They have a hard time retaining their workers as the owners don't pay them too well though. Overall it's a quaint little hotel, nice price and great location.
