    Péssimo, Doutora Psiquiatra Eveny Machado horrível fui fazer a consulta não olhou pra minha cara e ainda fez 5 minutos de consulta passou remédio e mandou eu sair de uma forma grosseira. Fui marcar com um outro Psiquiatra, Doutor Daniel B.Figueiredo muito pior, grosso mau- educado estúpido, além de fazer terapia de 5 minutos ficou reclamando que tinha mais paciente para atender. Talvez esse doutor precisa de um Psiquiatra.

    1 star is still a lot! The problem isn't even the clinic, it's the NotreDame Intermedica service itself. I had two appointments scheduled some time ago for the ENT, me and my 2 year old son. When I got there, I discovered that they CANCELED his appointment. And they even had the nerve to say that it had been canceled yesterday by the app. I don't even use the app logged into my son's username. I didn't even touch their app yesterday. I pay a lot for health insurance to be angry in a public place. Speaks seriously. Not to mention that it takes a while to make an appointment or try to speak to an attendant, because everything is automatic. I will never use their own network again! I go to the accredited one further away, but I no longer set foot in any Intermedica unit.

    A nota baixa não é nem pro centro clínico. A clínica em si é bem localizada, e o atendimento foi ágil na recepção. A experiência na consulta, porém, foi muito ruim. Se eu tivesse ido até a clínica passar no particular com a médica Deborah Benedita Contieri (dermatologista), talvez a atenção e o atendimento tivessem sido diferentes. Assim que entrei pra consulta, a médica perguntou o que estava acontecendo, e eu disse que tinha um cistinho atrás da orelha. Ela olhou de relance e sequer encostou, dizendo que não era nada. Também mostrei algumas verruguinhas que tenho nas costas e o procedimento foi o mesmo. Olhou por cima e disse que nao era nada. No final da consulta decidiu olhar (bem superficialmente) o cistinho atrás da orelha, e mandou eu curtir a vida, que não valia a pena ficar com cicatriz por conta disso. Se eu fiquei 5 minutos na consulta foi muito. Achei horrível e desumano esse tipo de atendimento. Se a pessoa se dispõe a atender convênio, tem que ter o mínimo de decência e atenção. Ou então fica só no particular que é da onde vem mais dinheiro.

    O local é o atendimento inicial através do auto-atendimento é ok. Funciona. No entanto, todos os médicos pelos quais eu já passei nesta unidade são ruins ou péssimos. A última foi a dermatologista Lesly Anne Bastista Tavares ou @draleslytavares no Instagram. A profissional prestou um atendimento medíocre, não chegou nem perto de mim pra olhar a minha pele, não me fez nenhuma pergunta sobre hábitos de saúde, idade, estilo de vida, se eu já uso ou cuido da minha pele, nada. Uma verdadeira preguiçosa, sem coragem de fazer uma anamnese básica. Se era pra ser atendida por um bot era só me avisar que eu ficava em casa.

I even understand unforeseen events, however, they only informed us after we arrived at the appointment location. Lack of respect and commitment.     A consulta pela qual eu passei nessa clínica realmente foi a coisa mais inacreditável em termos de medicina que eu já vi na minha vida. A médica ouviu meu longo relato, o IGNOROU completamente, e me perguntou "que remédio você quer tomar? vc quer receita?". Eu disse que há QUATRO ANOS eu havia tomado tal remédio, em tal dose. Ela assinou a receita com os dados que eu falei. Não encostou em mim. Não fez nenhuma pergunta sobre NADA. Depois de assinar a receita ela ainda disse que os sintomas que relatei não tinham relação nenhuma com o remédio =) Eu fiquei tão desestabilizada que eu não consegui fazer nada além de me despedir. Eu não vou expor o nome e CRM da médica aqui, esperando que a Clínica se manifeste e peça estes dados em particular.

    FUJAM DA REDE PRÓPRIA, a maioria atende com pressa pela alta demanda. Meu filho teve a primeira consulta aos 12 dias de vida com a Dra MARIA DULCINEA, essa grossa, estupida, nos atendeu com muita pressa e cheia de deboche… uma delas, foi que eu informei sobre meu leite, que demorou para descer e por isso estava produzindo pouco, porém meu filho nasceu com baixo peso, então continuei com a fórmula após sair da maternidade, dito isso, a grossa deu um sorrisinho de lado e disse que era pra dar só peito (e ponto)??? A consulta durou menos de 10 minutos, essa senhora precisa aprender a realizar um atendimento mais humanizado, principalmente com uma mãe de primeira viagem.

Foram exatas 1 hora e 30 minutos para chegar na Unidade, pagou estacionamento e entrando lá foi informada que não poderia realizar o exame pois não tinha ido com acompanhante maior de idade! Sendo que nenhuma das vezes avisaram sobre esta Obrigatoriedade! E pela segunda vez, pedeu tempo, dinheiro gasolina e estacionamento estando grávida de 8 meses e passar por todo esse stress para realizar apenas 1 exame! Que depois de tantos contratempos optamos por pagar pelo exame por fora no particular em outro laboratório! Sendo que oque gastamos na NotreDame, entre idas e vindas e estacionamento e tempo de atestado no serviço já daria para tem pago 4 ou 5 exames deste por fora! Frustração Pura!
