For a week and a half we went to see them every day for treatment (preliminary diagnosis) and examination. The result is that the cat was gone by the end of treatment. I don’t want to say that the specialists at this clinic are bad. Perhaps they help other animals or are good at giving injections. But, in my opinion, they cannot treat serious diseases.

My husband and I stopped by this establishment to ask if it was possible to purchase anthelmintics from them and get further advice (where we used to live, the veterinary clinic had all the necessary medications). I open the door to the reception area, a girl is sitting at the table, giggling, talking on the phone, and when she sees me, she shows me her index finger, saying, wait, I’m talking. Having finished her cheerful dialogue, she sweetly said goodbye three times to her interlocutor and turned her gaze to me, deigning to find out the essence of the visit. Before I had time to ask: is it possible to buy anthelmintics from you, an irritated male voice was heard from behind the screen that they did not sell any drugs. We closed the door and left. We will not go to this clinic, even though it is located right in the yard. I hope management reads the reviews and teaches their doctors how to communicate politely; it’s not difficult and financially beneficial.

Doctor Belikova A.V. I suspected an allergic reaction, gastroduodenitis. She recommended that the puppy be treated with Polysorb and Enteresgel + a 12 hour diet. The puppy didn't feel any better. After 1.5 days, vomiting changes. We call another doctor from another clinic. He is given an injection to prevent vomiting and foul-smelling diarrhea begins. Suspects parvovirus enteritis. He says that I urgently need to go to the vet and do a test. We arrived again on June 26, 2000, we asked you to urgently do a test, they started asking about the symptoms, etc., etc. The result for parvovirus was confirmed. They prescribe treatment, which, unfortunately, no longer helped. Too much time wasted. On June 28, 2000 at 3 a.m. our pet died. I don’t think that our pet was the only one whose disease began to manifest itself this way. Almost asymptomatic. No fever, no diarrhea. The doctor was unable to correctly diagnose the disease. Therefore, if you contact this clinic, avoid Belekova A.V..
