This is a true 5 star hotel. From the service to it’s location, everything was impeccable. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with everything we needed. One point that did stand out to me was the immediate care from the staff upon our arrival and departure. When arriving the staff helped my fiancé and I off the taxi and they made sure we didn’t leave anything behind. Upon our departure, one of the staff repeated to the driver our destination and moved the front seat for us so we could have more leg room. These small details have pushed up my standards of a 5 star hotel. I hope soon they add a restaurant.

We were here for 8 nights. The hotel located on the business district therefore it is quite busy area. If you drive yourself, it is quite taking sometime to getting to the hotel especially on the rush hours, but if you take a BTS, it might not be the problem (unfortunately, we drive!). Regardless the traffic jam in Bangkok, the hotel provides a great service, nice view (on my 32F room), and good pool. The room (at least our room) equip with small kitchen and washing machine, quite convenient for us. One problem in the room that we found is the room is not pretty kid-friendly as the corners are sharp, and bath room is quite dangerous for small kid. In addition, some facilities in the bath room requires some maintain such as drain switch (we found it was broken when we arrived and during out stay). Also, the kid room is quite need some update. The cushion floor is too thin for kid to not get injury and some of them were off. The small slider is not quite stable (but were fun for small kid). Overall, excepted the kid things, which we really concern when choose the hotel, it is quite nice hotel and we all enjoy to stay here.

The hotel's prime location in the heart of Bangkok made it convenient for exploring the city, and the amenities provided were top-notch. One of the highlights of my stay was the inclusion of a washer-dryer in the room. This feature proved to be incredibly convenient, especially for longer trips or when traveling with a family. Being able to do laundry in the comfort of my own room meant I could pack lighter and have fresh clothes throughout my stay. Furthermore, the room itself was spacious, well-designed, and exuded a sense of luxury. The furniture and decor were stylish and comfortable, creating a welcoming ambiance. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the bustling city.

Fantastic hotel & experience, you really feel like you're stepping into a 5 star hotel. The clientele would be perfect for families as well as business travellers. The residents lounge was also nice with tea/coffee throughout the day Breakfast was also another highlight, I just wished I didn't have an enormous dinner the night before! Would stay again

Solid new & modern five-star hotel. Rooms are spacious and the 9th floor lounge is great. Otherwise the property is nothing out of the ordinary. Location is ok, you can walk an overpass to get past the road to the nearby shopping and restaurant areas. Perhaps still a bit far from public transport.

A very pleasant hotel: a warm welcome, spacious and comfortable rooms, top bedding, impeccable cleanliness and excellent breakfast. The pool is amazing with a Bangkok view. Hotel facilities are completed ! Located close to one of the most popular shopping area in Bangkok. Everything is perfect !

Great hotel - good customer service, lovely room and great facilities. Hotel staff were helpful in taking our bags to and from the room, organising taxi’s for us and making our experience a pleasant one. The outdoor pool was amazing with nice views of the city, definitely welcomed in 40 degree heat. We found it difficult to get Grab Taxi’s from this hotel into old town Bangkok due to the location so something to be aware of if you want easy accessibility into the city but otherwise great hotel :)

Was staying in this hotel over Songkran 2023! It is well located in Silom and facilities (pool and gym) are great. They provide complimentary towels for both pool and gym. The staff is top notch! Always cheerful with a smile and happy to help, this goes from receptionists, porters (special mention to Lek who was a delight to talk to and help me with local inquiries) all the way to housekeeping that never skip a greeting with great smiles. I can only recommend this hotel and for sure will come back again on my next visit to Bangkok.

Stayed at this new hotel over 2022/23 New Years period. We arranged a hotel car to collect us from the airport. They were waiting at the arrival hall ready to go. Although they had spelled my name wrong on the arrival plaquard. Not a big deal, though. Check-in (and out) was uneventful, and I asked to be charged the full amount owing at this time. So far, the customer experience was great. After this, we didn't have much interaction with the staff as we came and went about our vacation. The 1 bedroom unit room was awesome. Spacious and had everything we needed. I absolutely loved the bathroom space and water pressure. They have a handy cart shuttle service that will drop you off in Silom every hour. Very handy indeed. Having spent much time in the Sathorn / Silom area, everything was in relative walking distance. There is The Coffee Project cafe, a short distance away on Convent Road, and a couple of Starbucks, 6 minutes walk. All-in-all, we really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again.

Kids clubs is just too small with no toys. No room service available in this hotel cause it is new. Breakfast is not good, only Thai food available or eggs and waffles. Lots of staff does not speak English. Rooms are very nice and clean, staff are lovely, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel in general.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this Ascott hotel during our stay in Bangkok for a few days. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was convenient since it was within walking distance to the Chong Nonsi station and there was free shuttle service to lumphini station in the morning. The staff was very kind and helpful. We would recommend :)

Top hotel, interesting location (max 10 walk from bts and metro). Attention was paid to our special anniversary. We had a 1 bedroom appartment on level 34 with a fantastic view on Bangkok. Very clean and modern (it is a very recent hotel), good kitchen with all practical items available. Restaurants in close proximity. They offer an airport shuttle service (see website). Highly recommended if you want to explore Bangkok and have a nice stay

We came here as part of our first honeymoon stop and we are thankful for the surprise they did in our room as a welcome gift. We enjoyed our stay here, the staff was super friendly and helpful when calling taxis and transports for us. We will repeat !

Beautiful rooms. Had myself the One Bedroom Premiere. Asked for the corner room and got the best sunrise view every morning. Sound insulation was great, given there’s a construction right next door but we heard nothing over the whole stay. Pool is small but have good view. Also have steam room for free. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. Staffs are friendly, except for one bellman who tried to put us up to his taxi friends, much more expensive than Grab prices. Gladly we turned him down.

Room and service were both good and fulfilled the expectations. However, other close neighborhoods have many other hotels of similar (or better) quality which are significantly cheaper
