Highly recommended. Service very good. We had some minor issue and the staff fixed them quickly and appropriately. Staff were always very pleased to see us and help us. 6 stars. Room was big, beautiful and clean. Breakfast was a la cart. With a huge selection including eggs cooked your way. Pool was huge for a hotel, Bar was fun with great service and plenty of helpful information. Room service perfect. Gym had enough equipment for a short stay Location is good. About 3 min walk from Lumpini MRT. Soon to be across the road from One Bangkok. We ate, drank, swam and had lots of time to relax. Travel to some amazing Bangkok sites. Just a perfect break

Spacious, new and clean rooms and wonderful staff. Nice pool area. The executive lounge was a wonderful addition which I strongly recommend. There is a lot of constructions in the area but you cannot hear it inside the hotel. The only downside is that the road outside the hotel is extremely trafficked and at least the days we were there it was a strange smell in the area (I believe it to be from the sewer).

This is a great place to stay if you want the luxury life. Great location by subway and Lumpini park. 4 pieces of laundry a day was also awesome. This hotel had amazing breakfast and if you get the club lounge it has great snacks and drinks. We will definitely come back to this hotel, the staff was super friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Definitely recommend!

You get what you pay for- and the prices are fair indeed. The 5 Star rating on the other hand, is basically just achieved by for filling all the necessities for the rating (Room sizes, concierge, certain amenities ect...). A true 5 star rating is earned by excellent quality in every detail of the venue, the interior, the amenities and the feel of the whole place. But parts of the room are not in good shape, the quality of the interior is just ok, no high end amenities in the bathroom, and the gym is a small room with a bike and some weights. The pool looks good on picture, but is quite small and cold, and it is very loud, at all times because of the street noise. I am not saying it is a bad place, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, laundry was perfect and quality of food really good. Given the price we paid i am very satisfied, but its not an 5 Star Hotel by European standard and the location is extremely loud.

Superb hotel. Staff are all competent, tall and have excellent English. Gave us a nicer room since they saw we had a baby. Room had awesome bed, pillows and sheets. Awesome layout and view, great bathroom... even the free fruit were good and the complimentary waters were in glass bottles. Breakfast was decent as well.

The service was great, and the rooms are clean and spacious. However, trust the other reviews you read talking about noise and low water pressure. I originally booked a junior suite which was located at the front of the building on a fairly high floor. The room was incredibly loud from the outside traffic even at 10pm. They kindly moved me to the highest floor to actually a larger suite at the back of the building. It was still so loud from traffic. Additionally, the hot water pressure is extremely low. See the video I attached. Also, the beds are smaller than advertised and not very comfortable at all. I am not sure about the reviews stating otherwise.

The staff were genuinely welcoming, making my stay so memorable. They were always ready to help with anything. The food at their restaurant is just amazing! I tried many dishes, but the 'Croque Madame Sandwich' stole my heart! if you a cheese lover, you've got to try it! And all the desserts were impressively surprising. The location is fantastic, just a quick 2-minute walk to MRT Lumphini super convenient! The room was incredibly comfortable, truly a home away from home. I have to mention the bed and pillows they were so fluffy and comfy! Can't wait to come back in the future!!

I was invited to stay at this hotel during my trial stay and it was my first time staying at AETAS Lumpini. I was impressed by the spacious, comfortable rooms and the smiling reception staff. Excellent service, friendly and fast support. Receiving phone calls quickly and immediately finding a solution I'm very impressed during my stay here I stayed at the Premiere Suite on the 19th floor. The floor's room was in the corner of the building, allowing me to see the view of Bangkok day and night. The atmosphere in the evening is very romantic. The air conditioning works fine. The weather is cool. and during quiet sleep The water pipe system in the bathroom drains quickly without causing noise. There are a lot of facilities and a variety. And this hotel is convenient to travel, only 2 minutes from Lumpini MRT. I really like this place. If I had the opportunity to stay in the city center of Bangkok, I would definitely live in Aetas Lumpini again.

We stayed in a JUNIOR SUITE on level 19. The room was very spacious, modern, clean and really nice with a good view of city. Location of the hotel is great and you have easy access to everywhere. The staff are really polite and helpful. Very quick check in & out. Food in their restaurant was really tasty (I ordered Salmon) and drinks in their bar was great. You can take many beautiful pictures in their bar. You will enjoy staying in this hotel.

This is a fabulous hotel. Great location and views. Lovely clean and fresh smelling rooms. Friendly staff throughout. Mr wittaya in the club lounge is excellent and attentive at all times. The pool does not get much sun so is cold but this is a minor thing. Definitely will stay here again.

Great rooms, views and service. Valet, room service, and club benefits make it an excellent place to stay. Just a few minutes from a lot of attractions as well. Only issue is that the lobby was always packed with loud and rather rude guests. Typically had people smoking right in front of the doors with people trying to get into your taxi before youve got out. That's not necessary the hotels fault, just an observation. A few tweaks to some of the procedures could go a long way in helping keep the lobby experience more enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel quite close to the shopping centers. It has a good breakfast, amazing views, nice pool on the 9th floor and if you are lucky like us a free upgrade. We were upgraded to a suite with skyline view, a jacuzzi and a rotating TV that could be watched either on bed or in the bathroom. Also the room's size is massive, and the bathroom is also super big. This being said, beware, the hotel is at least 30 minutes away from the main sightseeing places, so for sure you will be stuck either taking Grabs, Ubers or taxis. The last ones usually trying to rip you off charging 3 times the normal amount, even when the hotel staff request them to use the taximeter.

This was my first time visiting this hotel and I was quite impressed with every aspect of my overall stay. It’s in a great location if you drive it take public transportation. It has a parking garage for cars, big bikes and scooters. Check in was a breeze and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are a really good value for the money as they are quite large, updated and clean. My room had an excellent view. Checkout was super. They granted a late checkout until 3pm at no extra charge and the staff really were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be going there again soon.

Would definitely recommend!!! The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and the beds and sheets amazing! One of the best beds I ever slept in. From the higher floors you have an astonishing view over the city. On the 9th floor there's a very pretty, heated pool and jacuzzi. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and always smiling. Although it's on a busy road you don't notice that at all. The location is great, easy to access, it's close to the park and there's a subway station right next to it. The best restaurant and breakfast as well!

MRT just a hundred meters away, Lumpini Park easy stroll distance. The staff greeted my family for breakfast with a toddler chair and eating utensils in hand. Food was fresh and tasty with quite a spread for breakfast. Rooms are clean, pool crystal clear. I would absolutely stay here again! Loved it!

Aetas Lumpini Bangkok offered a family-friendly atmosphere that was perfectly tailored to our needs. The wholesome breakfast options provided a good start to our day which was usually packed with sightseeing and shopping. The hotel's location is impressively convenient, close to major shopping centres such as Paragon Siam and Central World simplifying our shopping expeditions. The rooms were not only spacious but also well-insulated against the bustling city noises outside, ensuring undisturbed nights of rest. The separate shower and bathtub provided in the bathroom gave us a sense of opulence. The cherry on top of our marvelous stay was the heated pool, jacuzzi, and sauna area - an instant hit with our children! We'll hold our time at Aetas Lumpini Bangkok close to our hearts for many years to come.
