Food expensive, small portions but at least tastes okay. You can't charge 5 star hotel prices when your venue isn't 5 stars.

Very beautiful view and fresh air. Great hospitality from all staff. Both the inside and outside parts of the bar and restaurant are very nice. Foods and drinks are good.

It's marvelous views and outstanding location for the rooftop. We were there for some happy hours as advertising. However we end up with full courses of dinner there with great taste of food and high quality. The wine selection were amazing matching with food you were ordered by recommended from Zoom staff. He was recommended matched and made our dinner more happier talk over the table. We definitely go back again as great location and views including menus. Recommended for friends.

Was not really impressed. View is nice. We were asked to move, not sure why. After that it still took quite a while before we could get the attention of the staff, they seemed to be actively ignoring us, although I'm sure they weren't. Cocktails were not very impressive and on the expensive side for Thailand? It smelled like there were people smokig weed - which is legal I think now, which has a very distinctive smell Will not bother again I think.

This establishment is truly an exceptional choice for enjoying drinks and snacks with friends or your partner. The option to book without prepayment sets it apart, especially when compared to most other venues in Bangkok that require upfront payment. The happy hour offering, featuring buy one get one free drinks, exceeded our expectations, particularly for a Saturday night. Surprisingly, the place wasn't fully occupied, with plenty of available seating. However, the highlight was undoubtedly the remarkable view, arguably one of the finest in Bangkok. To our delight, we were even fortunate enough to witness distant fireworks adding to the enchanting ambiance.

A pleasant experience. The staff were well trained, and the scenery is superb. Tip: ask to be seated indoors, as there’s an access door to access the view nearby, the rooftop’s not the only place. The beef carpaccio was a very nice surprise, the thai dipping sauce gave a nice spicy and tangy flavours which really complemented the richness of the beef. Drinks were pretty good as well. The signature Secret No. 1 was sophisticated in flavour and aroma profile and was well enjoyed. Nachos were however, rather bland and not crispy - your money is better spent on other dishes/drinks.

The perfect place for a drink or a meal. We had mocktails and cocktails with the family: perfect atmosphere and very friendly staff. Pro tip: the menu has backlight so easy to read, very smart!! Good music, many good seats with panoramic view of Bangkok. Happy place 👍

The view is good. The place was strangely empty on a Saturday night. Maybe because it’s not the most obvious place to get to. I second guessed myself trying to find it. The food and mocktails were just okay, meh. Service is meh.

Just came up for photos, but the views at night are spectacular! Located on the 38th floor of JC Kevin--you'll need to exit the elevator and walk around the right-side of the hallway that leads to rainbow lit stairs for access to the rooftop bar.

View is great and the cocktails too. Happy Hour offer is good (2for1) and you can choose whichever ones you want (don’t have to be the same).

Really good views and a very quiet experience on a weekday evening at 10pm. I am sure that it can get quite packed up there but the few times I went while I stayed at the JC Kevin there were only a couple of other tables with people. So this can be a nice place to just sit and enjoy the city night skyline.

Good views and colourful bar. South of Lumpini park. 50 floors up. Music ok, the other buildings around had some kind of lightshows to look at. My second visit to a rooftop bar in Bangkok.

The set dinner (6-course) with many supplements was very special. I can really recommend this place for a nice evening with a wonderful menu. The cook explains everything what he has done and the food is extrem delicious. I will go there again. The mocktail (covid no alcohol restrictions) were good too. I was very positive surprised from every part of the menu. Even special wishes to the set menu were considered in a very friendly manner.

5 star hotel prices for not 5 star hotel quality 1. Food tastes ok, but we expected much more from such prices 2. The local drink based on coconut water tasted very artificially and was impossible to drink. Changed for old fashioned and it was good 3. The order was messed up at some point - I again received the horrible coconut water based drink 4. The views are very nice but the „ZOOM” logo stickies all over the glass completely destroy the atmosphere. Strongly recommend on getting rid of it

Not sure why this rooftop deserves more stars. The whole set up is a mess. Out of 15+ staff running around only 2 are up to 5*. The rest seem a bad choice of HR hiring. This review is not towards my experience but more so towards the whole organisation that put this bar together. When seated in the separated particians all seem fine. BUT when seated at the bar by own choice you see it all fall apart.

Happy hour till 1930 is great, secret number 1 and sky flower were great, carbonara and chicken wings - very small, not so tasty and wings were lacking meat. Go in happy hour and only buy cocktails 1+1

Great view of Bangkok. Considering it's on top of 5 star hotel the cocktails were awful. No fresh ingredients, only cordial based cocktails. Very poor effort for the price. Music was not encouraging people to stay either. No base African rnb pop is also what drove me out.

The location and view are amazing, but the food quality is something else... they managed to destroy 3 dishes in a row... salmon, chicken and steak someone needs to wake up there quickly

Very nice! A delighted surprise and excellent discovery. Food good and a touch of unique! Definitely with the price which is reasonable for a rooftop in Bangkok. Bangkok rooftop are 90% of the time overpriced for the level of food served. Zoom food is very good and price reasonable in a nice rooftop setting. Well done .. keep the level will come back!

Recommended for sunset lovers and those who love to see city skyline. The bar is on the rooftop of the hotel which there are no other high-rise building nearby to hide out your city view. The staff are very attentive and helpful. They always come to check whether things are okay and if you need anything else. “Attentive but not annoying”, Thats my fair point. They also offer plenty of deals when we went there but better check the updates again for the certain period you will visit. ✔️ plenty of parking space ✔️ view is fantastic ⚠️ lots of stairs to climb up to the bar, ladies be prepared for the comfortable heels
