This place is literally from another planet. I love everything about this hotel. The design is extraordinary, the lighting are also just perfect. Every details are superb. You can just visit here and take photos anywhere and I guarantee you all of them will be stunning. Staffs are the pro they will surely take care of you perfectly superb 10 stars service. All the restaurants here are great and unique and you can just order any foods here and all of them will make your day. You can order foods and beverages from the main lobby and sit anywhere down to the side of the river. It's just so convenient and perfect. I have never been to this kind of place before even I have been visiting a lot of heart taking places in SG or Dubai the feelings aren't the same. This is where you can feel the differences and be yourself not just the image or another boutique hotel. I love this place so much! I just couldn't help myself taking a lot of photos here, my camera ends up finishing all the batteries at the end of the day. I will definitely come again, this will be definitely one my regular place in the future. Great location next to the river with access to ferries and trains. We had buffet breakfast which was excellent. Plenty of excellent dining options also, we tried the Italian and Thai and were spoilt with extras. Very attentive to our special food requirements. The rooms were luxurious and clean. Would definitely stay again.

We arrived late and room service team was efficient by getting the food ready. Preparing written card, balloons, snacks and toiletries with hearts. It's wonderful! Kids were delighted especially the eggs cracking design. At check in counter, a lady staff who served us slow in verification even though we were coming with kids and elderly in late night. We take a while to complete check in process. Kind concierge lady who was helpful enough by telling us how to make our trip to Chinatown. Thank you so much as you are really warm our heart especially we are situated in a new places. You are truly amazing as your patient make us feel home Another incident is at Riva del... Although we get the outdoor seats but we are giving a not so happy face by the staff. Even we said thank you to him and he don't even have eyes contact. The incident is we requested to have outdoor seats and staff told us is full. But I noticed that the guest already left and I had mentioned to a lady staff 2-3times we would like to have the outdoor seats and she told me that there is still guest sitting. Unfortunately, due to her carelessness there is another 2 staffs just came and refilling the seats in front of me with others guests and I was truly upset. She told me if there is any seats again will informed us. And when I mentioned how about the seats behind it and she told me the seats are for table of 5 and we only have 4 person. It just make the scenario worst. In the end, a blue coat guy came to us to solved the issue. However, the body language speaks louder than words......totally spoiled the dinning experience The instructor for Muay Thai kids was a great trainer and kids really enjoyed it! Thank you for performing his best efforts. Really appreciate it For the room actually we heard loud noise coming from the wall... Not sure is the pipeline from bathtub? We do enjoyed ourselves at BKK Social Club. Nice cocktails and good service. Bravo! Overall experience is excellent, the team doing their best efforts and the hotel is elegant to stay with!

A Wow experience. The high design, architecture, art, delicious food, great service, beautiful room, fantastic spa... all at a very reasonable price point, make this a must stay. The spa, work out facilities and lap swimming pool are a wonderful places to relax. The rooms are bright, modern, classy and the design is a feast for the senses. The breakfast buffet is exciting and fun. And of course the service; everyone was very eager to help me with any questions I had, and I was always greeted with a genuine smile. I appreciate that when I asked for directions to a place in the hotel, that if it wasn't obvious, a staff member would walk me to the place so that I wouldn't get lost. Thanks for an amazing experience. Even though there are many great hotels in Bangkok, the Four Seasons has got to be one of the best! Don't give it a second thought, book now.

This is truly a 7⭐️ Hotel. Absolutely AMAZING property, staff, Spa, food and luscious orchids everywhere!!! Our room was new, spacious and had Byredo products – my favorite. It is in a great location for site seeing temples & the Royal Grand palace. We can’t wait to return!!!

This hotel is absolutely phenomenal. I have stayed at many world class accommodations in my lifetime but it’s rare to have this combination of beauty, class, amenities and service. Of note, a fitness employee named Boy, was such a delight. He was polite, attentive, kind and took care of me amazingly well. He went above and beyond his duties in order to assist me. 5 star service experiences from reception, restaurant, in-room dining. Hotel highlights are Chinese, French restaurant, modern, green architecture with walkway & stairs, large swimming pool facing the river. The price is definitely higher than others but worth to try once. Room 901 is recommend to get river front view with large living room.

Lovely service and nice ambiance! Service staff is very attentive. The staff named Khun Took recommended us the signature dishes and drinks as well as clearly explained each afternoon tea items.

One word: Exceptional. I’ve stayed at many luxury/5-star places around the world, but the FS remains the best of the best. Everything here makes the stay great. From the staff welcoming you at the entrance, check up etc. It’s this kind of discreet way of taking care and providing service which you don’t find often. You don’t feel like you’re in busy Bangkok here, a real oasis.

Extremely well design hotel with art pieces by Chao Phraya Rover. Come for quick bite, fine dining, or even staycation would worth a visit. Advance reservation is recommended for any of the food outlets; French, Italian, or Cantonese. Service is definitely Four Seasons standard, and of course, with the touch of Thai.

Four Seasons Bangkok is a 5 star luxurious hotel with amazing breakfast and great service. It was an amazing experience. Pricey but the service and hotel amenities are incredible. We had a river view and a very good sunset view. It’s special!

Perfect hotel. The staff here are incredible. Many thanks to Tawan for making our stay special. Boy in the gym did an amazing job helping us stretch and keeping us fit. Definitely check out the fitness classes. The selection of available tours is incredible and we had a fun time with our tour guides Tea and Bird.

Great facility and amenities. Convenient location to Iconsiam. NOT on the best neighborhood to walk around at night. Also, the rooms have very thin walls so you can hear any disruptive neighbors and the hotel does NOT respond swiftly. Their customer service isn’t like other high end hotels. Perhaps the franchise culture does not transcend throughout the different locations.

(I hardly put review, think this is my first review for hotel) A wonderful experience was all the special arrangement from the Four Seasons Hotel team! My daughter was super surprised with the flower arrangement complimentary by the hotel-very tasteful mixture of pink hydrangea.. I would like to say thank you: the florist “you are such a great artist!!” Also I enjoyed aqua flow and muay thai classes so much, super friendly +professional personal trainers (haha, I was too lucky, booked into 1-1 quiet class) I would like to join your class again next visit in bkk: Meow and Boy (hope I spelled your name correctly)

Absolutely phenomenal in every way. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. I left my prescription sunglasses in a taxi heading back to hotel and it was found by the staff the next day and handed to me at breakfast (also honest BKK taxi drivers too). Concierge and whole team at hotel just amazing people. The rooms are spacious and modern. I had a east facing room with morning sun and the blinds completely shut out any light if needed. Comes with a bar and dedicated bathtub and separate shower. Just luxury. The hotel itself is beautiful and upscale with high ceilings. There is a running art gallery from local artists. The in-room dining dinners are top notch. The breakfast at Riva is first rate. So beautiful I hated to leave!

Had the opportunity to spend two wonderful days at the Four Seasons Bangkok. The service was perfection. The staff was amazing. My review is because while at the Fitness facility one of the trainers,Boy, took that little extra in helping me with my workout routine. Boy then offered me the opportunity to take one of his Muay Thai classes which ended in several two minute rounds. That extra which he extended resulted in hard work filled with laughter a memory I will not forget. Thank you Boy 🙏🏻

Fantastic Hotel, amazing service, top team - the best hotel I´ve ever been. You can be sure you will get the best of the best when you are there. Nothing will be lost (I missed my 2x quite expensive rings which I forgot in the toilet at the reception & they both where found after 2 days). I can only recommend it.

The hotel management and owners seem not to understand the gist of what makes Four Seasons Four Seasons. The low number of staff are trying their best to keep the operation running but are obviously completely overwhelmed by the demand. If management can't provide for their employees, obviously the employees aren't going to provide based on what one would expect of a Four Seasons experience. HQ should take notice and review GM and HoD's.

New hotel. Chinese restaurant is excellent but costly. High standard of services and sanitation practices. Comfortable to dine at any of this hotel restaurants.

- The hotel is beautiful and stylish. - The restaurants are very good. - The price matches the quality. - Beautiful terrace in the room. - Most of the staff are professional and helpful. But our manager, one of the worst in my life, which spoiled the overall impression. We had to leave the deposit and she said no one could do anything( use my debit card or qr code for example, or at least coming back to pick up the money later, when I would’ve had relaxed after my flight. So instead of enjoying my first minutes at the hotel I had to run to ATM The cafe in the Hall that I wanted to visit was not let in. Because the manager said that all the tables are occupied. As a result, I was sitting next to each other, two tables were occupied, and why the rest?

For those who fancy the riverside place would definitely enjoy this place, especially during the winter in BKK. Staff were always attentive although the place was packed when I stayed. Hotel is however not without flaws as the welcome amenities were missing and dining reservation issues, and relatively a little less food variety for the breakfast. Overall is great anyway.

What a beautiful hotel with such attentive and friendly staff. We have a lovely bedroom with inner court view, which felt peaceful. Gym facilities were amazing and I made great use of it. And the lap pool. The hotel have a boat service to Icon Siam which is so useful. I just loved our stay here.

The hotel has a great view of river and the city It has wide and clean room and extra bad in the room. So, my whole family could rest on their each bed. The service was quick but friendly. It has really nice dim sum restaurant and it was incredible. It's better than the hotel called Capella hotel next to it.

Rarely do you visit a hotel that transforms the whole trip—the Four Seasons in Bangkok exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment you enter the gate, you have entered a new realm of luxury and peace. You are welcomed by friendly faces that make you feel you belong. It’s easy to build a friendly, luxurious hotel, but having the right staff that are attentive to every needs of your guest is the hard part. As the check-in journey unfolds, I’m constantly being impressed with every step of the way. The way to the room, the floor lobby, and finally, the awe of the High ceiling of our room. Waking up the following day and having breakfast on the river and a dip in the pool as a mid-day break are just moments to remember. This brings me to the worst thing about this hotel: it makes it very hard to leave and spend your day out in the city, and we just wanted to stay in the hotel and spend our day there. I should recommend staying gear to every type of traveler coming to Bangkok.

One of the kind, wonderful experiences specially when I was starting on executive floor with so special service unbelievable the room was incredible and a lot of tropical 🌴 fruits 🍉 and dry fruits 🍎 at room also the breakfast was amazing I never experienced such a luxury service so far at any other country also the food in general was so testy and delicious 🤤 wish to go there soon and get more experience, trying the message was so good and the staff is amazing really friendly also the hotel location is very convenient because it’s near everything Love it and wish to be there again very soon

We stayed here for 3nights it was amazing! Customer service is just amazing, Wi-Fi work great for people who needs to work in the room! Bed is so comfortable, shower is amazing. Spa is great as well, went there 2days in the row!!! Really want to stay there for a month but they don’t have loyalty programs. This is so much better than mandarin oriental, the services is so much better!!!

One of the Best By the River, the room is so big and contemporary. Large window overlooking the River. Double vanity; large walk in shower and soak in tub. Bed is very comfortable. Not to mention the bar downstairs is super cool decor. Breakfast was excellent;

Their Signature chicken noodle is good! however a bit pricey compared to the small portion. Good atmosphere, great for families.

Our stay at Four Seasons hotel was comfortable, but the service was a far cry from what we have experienced at other Four Seasons hotels around the world. Here are a few of the issues we experienced (nothing major - but when added up they lack the professionalism most people expect from FS). 1) I had to follow-up not once, but twice, when making the initial reservation. 2) When I asked to speak with the general manager to find out what was going on, someone called me pretending to be the general manager (I had to push for clarification which was very strange). I did finally get a call from the general manager a few days later. 3) When we checked in, no one offered to take my bag. 4) In dining room service was very slow, even though the hotel was empty (we had to follow up on 2 occasions for food and wine glasses). 5) The tables around the pool were not cleaned or cleared regularly when guests left (again this is not a big issue but you’d never see this at any other Four Seasons hotel). 6) While at breakfast the lady at the front desk kind of hid in her books when we left (not a single goodbye for the kids) With this all said, the hotel is beautiful. The room, pools, breakfast and most of the staff were all flawless. Final verdict is it would be a shame for someone new to the FS brand to experience the Bangkok property first, as it’s a far cry from the quality they would experience at other locations in the region. Next time I will stay at the Mandarin Oriental instead (we stayed there a month ago and the service is vastly different).

We tried BRASSERIE PALMIER restaurant at Fourseasn hotel Bangkok. Very Very disappointed!!! Service and food wasn’t like 5 star!!! Waiting for a drink more than 15 minutes! We ordered more than 7 dishes and all was average!!!

Amazing hotel. We went there to eat at the Chinese restaurant, we ate the lunch set which was 1600 per person. The food was amazing, kind of a fine dining style. The hotel was elegant and modern with many angles you can take photos with. I’d definitely recommend going here.

Everything about our stay at Four Seasons was perfect. Service was beyond exceptional and staff were extremely polite. There was a minor incident where the bellboy accidentally broke an attachment to our stroller. They identified it before we noticed and within an hour their sales manager was at a shop buying a replacement. A replacement was in our room within hours without us having to even file a complaint. Impeccable service. Thank you Four Seasons, we can’t wait to come back 😊

This hotel is phenomenal! Finding an accomodation with this level of refinement is uncommon. The room was spacious with a very nice view of the Chaophraya River. The Italian, French and Chinese cuisine were all excellent, and the service was extremely courteous and efficient. If you get the chance to visit Bangkok, I highly recommend staying in this lovely place!

The service at the hotel was 💯💯💯! One night i was trying my luck at the concierge if there’s a microwave that i could use to heat up my food (a box of rice bought in the day). They do not provide microwave usage for guests but offered to heat up my take away. It came with a full in room dining set-up 😳. We enjoyed the warm food so much and greatly appreciate the extra mile taken by the team!!! Needless to say but i still want to point out that the room is always clean and well-kept by the housekeeping team. Also, the Concierge responds to the text messages promptly and has been very helpful! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here and feeling so thankful to all the staff at Four Seasons in making the stay here such a pleasant one! 🙏

The world has now reopened. Stay only at one of the best hotels in Bangkok. Immaculate suites. Restaurants and function rooms that can't be faulted. The spa resort is divine. Highly skilled masseuse. Great service from the staff.

The service was perfect, specially in the gym! 🥰 the hotel is beautiful! I liked the art space, the hotel should keep it! At the pool they are always giving complementary drinks and water what we were not expecting but it was good. The social bar is good as well.

Even if i left the best review in the world it wouldn’t be enough to describe how wonderful this hotel is. The experience was perfect. Food was wonderful , service was out of this world. Atmosphere was warm and lovely. Definitely Will come back here!

Bangkok would not have been the same had we not stayed at this hotel. We loved it out here. Such a beautiful hotel with outstanding staff and great food options. We dined at the Michelin-starred restaurant, never having been to one before, and we don't have enough good things to say about it. We still can't get over the pork! The Italian spot was amazing as well and we especially liked the desserts and complementary breakfast options. The Social Club had some of the best drinks. The water taxi was fun, getting us out to the city area and to the mall. It has a really nice aquarium out there. We will be coming back in the future!

Stellar stellar hotel and experience. Breathtaking architecture and amazing service. Beautiful pool and solid location to go to a lot of places like ICONSIAM. The room was very nice as well. Only thing is I lost somethjng and called lost and found maybe about 5 times. Kept saying they would get back to me but never did. I ended up just giving up. But other than that 👌
