We had a wonderful evening starting from the smooth process of booking a table. The waiters were very welcoming and explained the food menu with with passion as if they were the restaurant chefs. The food taste was amazing everything was perfectly ordered . I would like to specially thank Abdulsalam and Eric for their great hospitality and professionalism we are very happy we have such caliber in Saudia.👍🏻

We came here for brunch during our honeymoon and the food was excellent! The servers was very kind and gave us suggestions on what to try first. We got so full from the Dim sum that we didn’t have room for the main course 🤣. Atmosphere is so chill. The only reason i gave 4 starts was because when I reserved a table online there was a question if we were celebrating an occasion, and I had chose Honeymoon. But, we didn’t get anything special.

I've wanted to come visit this restaurant for a long time. Finally got a chance for a late lunch since staying in Shangri-la. All the dishes and the drink are awesome. It's still so difficult to find decent level Chinese & Cantonese cuisine in Saudi but this restaurant is the one. (I used to live in Hong Kong so trust me!) Also, Atmosphere and the decor are outstanding. The highlight here was their amazing hospitality especially Rijesh who took care of our table. His professional hospitality is such a rare gem. How hard to find the restaurant with awesome foods and awesome service here? It's never easy to honest. Would definitely love to come back here and highly recommend. :)

To start the hotel is fancy and valet parking is available with contactless payment the option to request preparing the car via wats app instead of waiting. The palace area is nice and cozy, a bit too dark but nice still. The food varies between average and really good ones. I would not order the wasabi prawn (nothing special about it), the chips appetizer served is too fishy and the sauces are average. Regarding the wagyu in all forms is is a must try. The drinks were so good and tasty.

Came for dinner and had a wonderful experience. Great food , EXCELLENT service. Perfect for a date night or family dinner. Our waiter ABDULSALAM made our experience unforgettable . He was beyond professional and extremely knowledgeable , his food recommendations were perfect. It’s so nice to see local youth having this level of hospitality. Also- don’t skip dessert. The MOLTEN cake was exceptional (it’s caramel based not chocolate). Service & dessert EXCEPTIONAL 5/5 Good 4/5 Giving 5 stars because of Abdulsalams hospitality.

The restaurant itself was nice and the atmosphere inside was nice with positive vibes from the entire team members. Food was so nice and the presentation did helped us to choose our order from the person who did the outstanding service experience to us. Mr “Khadka Rijesh” the kind of delivering our dinner 🍲 was so excited and professional for making us happy. And the places itself is in one of our towers that people are taking pictures from far away. I totally recommend to visit this place with both family members and friends including business meetings. Wish them luck and more of success. My next visit with minor issues but unfortunately the new person we met. Made our visit today With My humble gratitude to Mr Francis. Nice atmosphere with good vibes. The waiters are so professional and kind. We have ordered the following dishes: Sweet corn soup 2/5 Sweet and sour chicken 4/5 Cashew shrimp 4.5/5 Truffle rice (doesn't have the taste of truffle and it need improvement) 2.5/5 The shang forest dessert. 4/5 They also have an outdoor area with a sea view can't wait for the winter to enjoy the place more. Overall, the food was good and definitely will come back.

Great experience We meant to celebrate a late valentines and they made it memorable. They will continue valentines theme until late February. First of all the sunset view is amazing especially with jeddah winter clouds if you’re celebrating a loved one sunset is the time to go. As for the service it was really great out waiter was very helpful, took his time to explain the dishes and the sauces. We ordered the colorful dumplings and puff pastry beef (the ones that come in a mini purse) I promise its flavor is even more artistic than its design. We also ordered(their special duck) tastes really good they cook it in a way that its not as heavy and they add this amazing crunch to it , definitely a must try. For the dessert, the heart shaped one in the pictures didn’t taste good , honestly its filled with cream and has strong rose water flavor I, I think they need to enhance the berry and chocolate flavor to improve it. Anyways they were nice enough to change our desert into creme burlee which tasted good but I heard they have better options. Overall it was great , if there is room for improvement my tip would be to keep an eye on details. In similar classy restaurant the waiters usually would pull the chairs for us to seat us take our purse and hang it . They also didn’t offer to give us the rest of our duck as take away although there was so much left of it.

Lovely place to eat..Food is excellent.. customer service is 5 star…It has cozy atmosphere for singles, couples and families…with lovely music in the back ground…. Finally the Ambience is breathe taking with view over the Red Sea…

The Dim Sum brunch was very good less options than Shang palace Dubai but better quality and taste. The staff was very friendly. Rijesh and Melgarr were very attentive and their service was outstanding. Especially loved the fried rice and steamed bum.

Excellent food and service. All waiters and waitresses were on top of their game, Rijesh in particular took very good care of me and made sure everything was top notch for me.

Second visit, great ambiance, foods and tea selection.. The staffs are caring and super helpful, great hospitality from Rijesh, keep it up, thank you. Worth it!

The food was amazing, the service was very great and the prices were reasonable, Rohan was exceptional, he accommodated all our requests and did more then what we wanted. They offered an amazing cream brule with passion fruit. I highly recommend it.

Great view, atmosphere and terrific service. The food however didn’t impress me as much. The calamari was greasy and chewy. The duck was OK at best and didn’t offer a real pekin duck experience. They cut the flesh with the skin to be wrapped. The flesh is chewy and the skin not that crisp. I would prefer being served the skin only and the flesh turned into another dish like how it should be. The noodles where good but nothing special. One thing that bothered me a lot is the valet service. This is an upscale restaurant in the city’s best hotel and yet they dont offer free valet for some reason.

I had an outstanding experience at this restaurant. Right from the start, Jana’s warm welcome set a positive tone. The menu was extensive and offered a wide variety of choices. Every dish I tried was delicious, generously portioned, and presented beautifully. The service was top-notch throughout, ending in Sari’s heartfelt goodbye as he wished me a pleasant evening. As of now, this is my top choice for dining in Jeddah.

Love the Dim Sum brunch in Shang Palace Jeddah. Rijesh and the team always make it such a grand experience. He is exceptional! Today was my birthday and I was surprised to see a great chocolate cake that was simply very decadent Always love the pepper steak and the dumplings

Great view, great Devore, wonderful service. We had a very relaxing time , so much great food. the Passion fruit Ice tea and the Martini Espresso are must try drinks. The host and the waiter ( miss Jana and Mr. Zain) did everything to make us our experience wonderful.

Went on a Friday for lunch at 3 pm and had the Dim Sum Brunch. It was supposed to be all you can eat dim sum, but because it took at least 15-20 minutes between our first dim sum and the second one, when we came to order an extra dim sum the waiter told us we couldn’t as the brunch time was finished. When the waiter took our main menu order he also took our dessert order, but when we were ready for dessert the waiter told us the one we had ordered was finished so we had to choose from something we didn’t even want. Most of the dim sum were delicious, but the crispy duck was not what I expected. Only the outside of it was crispy as they used kanafa pastry. The chicken fried rice was very basic and the quail dish was very tiny for a main course. It was more like an appetizer in portion. The blue colored tea was delicious though. Not sure I would go there again.
