Food quality is good Service is the WORST Ordered online and then was told at the register that I can only pay in cash for no reason, nearest ATM is 1 km away Portions are smaller than Al Mathar branch, way smaller No point of ordering any extra ingredient, you will never know if you get it Cashier has zero customer service skills

I work for hunger station company and I have never seen anyone as rude as his manager because I told him to befriend me on this parcel so that the customer wouldn't complain again. Saying that let the customer know what I do, I do it of my own free will, then his morals are not right at all
