Today we had Iftar, super service and perfect place. What surprised us the most was the professionalism of the Le Reve staff especially miss Rawan! Everyone was so nice and we were kindly greeted by everyone we passed. We will definitely come again!

● Over-priced, the quality of furniture doesn't represent a 5-star hotel !! ● the late night reception male worker was unprofessional with an unpleasant attitude ! ● Very stingy with room service: 1 small shampoo per bathroom !! I reserved a 2-bedroom suite enough for 4 adults, they put only 1 green tea & 1 black tea !! When I asked them to bring extra black tea & water, they refused ! Then a "supervisor" came to my room to explain that because we are checking out today, they can not give me black tea & water !! Imagine having to debate over a bottle of water and black tea !! How stingy ! Shame on you ! This is not what 5-star hotel guests deserve. I will never come back to this hotel and I will recommend all my friends & family against coming here. .
