انا من جده وكان عندي زواج اخويا واخترت صالون كاندل على تخوف وانا انسانه بطبيعتي قلقه وخوافه من النتيجه بسبب تجارب سابقه في صوالين الطائف الله يسامحهم وخايفه انه نتنكد في يومنا السعيد المهم اتصلنا نحجز موعد من الصالون وكان الحجز عن طريق الواتس اخذوا عددنا واسماءنا ومواقيت حضورنا وانصرافنا .. وقبل الزواج بيوم اتصلوا علينا يأكدوا على مواعيدنا .. وجا يوم الزواج وجينا على الوقت وبدو فينا فورا وطلعونا على الوقت ما تأخرنا دقيقه الصالون نظيييييف مهتمين جدا بالنظافة والأدوات كل عميله لها ادواتها براندات المكياج كلها فخمه وواضح انهم فاهمين لشغلهم والأجواء رايقه والاضائه مريحه النتيجه كانت فوق المتوقع خرجنا ونحن راضين تماما على اشكالنا والكل مدح فينا الصراحه انصح بشده في الصالون وخصوصا الهيرستايلست منى جدا شغلها متقن ورائع واخلاقها حلوه وتسريحتها مبتكره والميكب ارتست حصه فنانه وتعمل لك على طلبك واللي يناسبك واحلى شي انه المرايه قدامك وهي واثقه من نفسها مو زي بعض الصالونات حتى ما ترضى توريكي اللون الين تخلص اما هنا قدامي المرايه ما انصدم من شي الصراحه اعطيهم ٥ نجوم وأنصح فيهم واكيد لو عندي مناسبه مهمه بيكونو من اول اختياراتي الله يوفقهم جميعا كانت من اجمل التجارب اسماء الارتستات اللي جربناهم انا واخواتي بالمكياج حصه ولطيفه وحليمه وزكيه وفي الشعر فجر ومنى وفاطمه شغلهم ممتاز ويدهم خفيفه والحمدلله توفقنا في الاختيار بالرغم انو جينا على مدح وحده بس ماذكرت لنا اسماء الارتستات واحترنا من نطلب تسوينا لكن اقولها بأمانه كلهم شغلهم حلو ومميز والكل مدح في اشكالنا بالتوفيق للجميع والى الامام كاندل 💕💕

اول زياره لكن مادري اذا الوضع كذا دائمًا او لا لكن الوضع الي صاير اليوم الخميس 6 July/ ١٢/١٨ مأساه بكل ماتعنيه الكلمه اسلوب وقح وسيئ غير انهم مستقبلين فوق الطاقه الاستيعابيه بكثييير لدرجة الواحد مايلقى مكان يمشي مو يجلس ويقولون يمشون بالوقت ولا احد طلع بوقته اصلًا الصالون هذا لازم تتم اعادة النظر فيه من جميع النواحي الكل متذمر لكن انحط بالامر الواقع صدقًا مافي شي اقول يغطي عالوضع الي صاير! غير ان الدور الثاني ريحته دخان تكتم مادري كيف مسموح غير البجاحة والتأخير وقلة الذوق كل وحده من الاستقبال حرفيًا تدخل الي تيغا وبغير وقتها طيب وين الي يقولون يمشون بالوقت!!

اعطيهم نجمتين لانه شغلهم في المكياج حلو وكمان التساريح، دخلنا عندهم اهل عروسة نفسيا غير مريح لانه يستقبلون فوق فوق طاقتهم وكمان فيه عاملة اسمها زيزي تعتبر بيرفكت في التساريح تركت العروسة مالبستها التاج ولا الطرحة لانه في عميلة عندها صبغة صراحة مرة رحمت العاملة شغالة من 10 صباح والساعة 7 تركت شغل التساريح وراحت تشتغل صبغات العاملات سواء ميكب او شعر متذمرات يشتغلون من دون نفس وماتسمع لطلبك عليهم ضغط مرة اللي سوت ميكب للعروسة وأخواتها راحت بعد المغرب جينا بنسوي تعديلات الميكب مافي مافي تنظيم أبدا أبدا الوضع حايس على بعضه المشرفات يحاولوا ينظموا لكن مافي وحدة تدير الشغل مافي إدارة المكان متععععب غير مريح مكياج فوق تساريح تحت وهاتك طلوع نزول طلوع نزول والدرج ضيق وحاد ومتعب لامهات العرايس غااااااالي لو قلتي لها بتنفس هوى قالت لك بخمسين شوي الحساب 120 ليش طيب تقول مع الضريبة مارح أكرر الزرياة لهم نهائيا وفيه بدايل بنفس مستواهم وأريح نفسيا وتعاملا .

ماااانصح فيه مررره خااصه العريس نصيحه من ام انقهرت يوم زواج بنتها 😭 بنتي كانت عندهم عروس طلعت بمكياج وتسريحه اقل من الحضور وبدون اتقان وشغل اي كلام بس رجعنا عدلنا لهاا قسم بالله . وفوق ذلك تأخير فوق ماتتخيلون مع ان بنتي راحت لهم من الساعه احد عشر الصباح وماطلعت من عندهم إلا ٩ بعد العشاء وزحمممممه مررررره ماخذين اعداد فوق طاقتهم وعشان يمشون الناس يشتغلون اي كلام المهم يخلصون . وكمان تلاعب في الحجز حجزت قبل الزواج بسنه وحاجزين ع اساس الهام تسوي لها الميكب وطووووول السنه طيب وان شاء الله وقبل الزواج بيوم بلغونا ماراح تمسكهاا الهام … اول واخر مررره اتعامل معهم حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

نجمه وحده علشان خاطر ارتست منال و كوافيره فيروز كانوا في قمة التعاون و الاحترام اما كوافيره ميمي كانت سيئه فالاخلاق و التعامل و شغلها اللي سوته لي قسم بالله اسوي احسن منه فالبيت و تتعامل معاك كأنها متكرمه عليك ما كأنه بفلوسك و طبعاً وقفتها عند حدها و خليت العسل فيروز تكمل لي اما كوافيره زهور طنقرت علشان ما خليتها تركب لي اكستنشن ب ١٥٠😂 و طنقرررت اكثر علشاني ركبته بنفسي متخيلين؟؟؟؟ و اكثر شي لفت انتباهي تعاملهم الزفت و السيء مع الاطفال شي يخوف صراحه و ابتسام المهدي اللي تنادي الاسماء اخلاقها تجيب الهم و اذا سألتي متى دورك كأنك تسبينها وش ذااا😅 وتأخرت عن الموعد ساعه بس و اقولها متى اطلع لاني جلست اربع ساعات من حضوري محد سوالي شي قالت اللي يتأخر ساعه نأخره ثلاث ساعات شغل مذله و قررف لكن حلفت بالله اقيمهم ب كل امانه علشان فلوسنا اللي ندفعها عليهم ما تروح بلاش، احنا جايين نتضبط و نطلع مروقين و دافعين مو تكرماً منكم تخدمونا و الاحترام مو نطلبه منكم الاحترام واجب عليكم لان رزقكم بعد الله احنا سببه.

خمس نجوم عشان لطافة الموظفات اللي بالرسبشن او اللوبي سوا اللي بالدور حق الميكب ارتست او اللي تحت حقين الهير ستايل "فقطططط"يجننوننننن ولطيفات لأبعد حد صدق عرفو يختارونهم والهير ستايلز كلهم كانو اخلاققققق مره ويهبلون بالنسبه للميكب ارتست ماراح اذكر اسمها ولا اقولكم اسمها فوز تعبتني معاها!!!! وتناقشني بحواجبي ورموشي وانا اسوي ميكبي يومياً للجامعه ويجنن لكن اسلوبها زفت مع احترامي لها وياريت تقرا تعليقي وتترقى شوي عيب عيبببب هالاسلوب انا كاستمر موب عدوتك اكسبيني بدل ماتنفريني ويشهد الله علي رجعت ومسحت حواجبي وسويتها ورميت الرموش اللي اوجعت عيوني بسببهم والبودره عدمت عيني ماقدرت ارجع واقول ثبتي الرموش كويس كنت ابي افارقها فقط واخيرا حابه اشكر الموظفات حقين الرسبشن كلههههمممم يحلوكم لو تصيرون ميكب ارتست بسوي عندكم كل يوووومممم عسولات
