    Expensive, bad reception and customer service and above all inexperienced staff. I reckon it might be suitable for old folks not youths who are into styling.

    One of the best barbershop in Jeddah, super clean, and the stuffing is very professional. I highly recommend the place and the customer service is excellent. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and the prices are very reasonable.

    The place is expensive and the experience is bad. My husband had a Moroccan bath and a massage. He came back with skinned and bruised shoulders. The specialist is not experienced at all and does not know how to work in the bath, except that we booked a Turkish bath online and when it turned up it was not available. How do you provide a service that is not actually available in the spa!! I called them and filed a complaint within four or five days, but there was no response or interest!! I wanted the experience to be comfortable and pleasant, as I expected and as they marketed the place, but unfortunately I was disappointed in them.
