overrated.. nope.. it's really bad.. cold meats with horrible taste.. aesthetically pleasing tho!

Not bad, very small place Some how the rib was cold and seems heated by microwave....

Surprisingly the Taif branch beats the Makkah and Jeddah branches. I never thought I would be saying that. I went on a couple of occasions and there was no fluctuation in the quality of food or service. To me this helps me trust a place more and choose to visit when I am really cranky and intolerant to mess ups with my food. To be fair though I only had a couple of their burgers and fries. All were freshly made and cooked to perfection. Did not try their brisket as it was all sold out. I gave it 4 stars because the place is quite small. If you do not like heavy oily burgers this will not be your go to place.

Unfortunately an experience not to be repeated. Walked in no welcoming staff Had to pick a table and sit myself Waited 10 minutes for the waiter to attend, so i went to the cashier to know that I need to wait until he finishes with his mobile and order there first then sit Ordered Ribs order not available Brisket order not available So ordered brisket burger came not warm Ribs burger came not warm Real cheese burger was ok Cheesy fries was not warm All of the above came after a 33 minute wait. And when I asked the waiter why he simply gave me his back and said “mafi nafar”! I rated 1 star because I can’t give less The only positive thing about this experience is the Saudi waiter who tried to calm down the situation
