    MIXED EXPERENCE. THE FRONT DESK STAFF NEEDS TO BE TRAINED TO BETTER UNDERTSNAD AND PRACTICE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SEEM TO IGNORE THE WAITING CUSTOMER AS PART OF "IA M BUSY NOW" KINF OF ATTITUDE NURSES WERE ALSO NOT VERY GOOD The doctors and the insurance office are very good. 4 stars at least. **** The management of this medical center need to look at reviews of their center and take then seriously. unless they DO NOT CARE !

    Me and my friend came to Magrabi Madinah Al munawaroh Mishrifah Jeddah. And one staff named Mohammed Kassarah was the one who assisted us, my honest review for him he is not professional at all even if we gave a specification of the glasses we need with the price range he directly mentioned there is no eye glasses with that price which when we checked yes there was a lot of model within those price range as we wished for. He is not helpful and his customer service is so poor. Just because we came by using the insurance, his treatment is really disappointing and so contempt without any respect, no attitude and not helpful. Not happy with The ophthalmologist (Dr Gerald) in how is he doing his customer service as well, But fortunately Mr Ahmad Alsharief he is the only one who is helpful and explained about the procedure by taking the eye glasses with the insurance and listening to our problems. Overall not satisfied at all with the customer service in this branch.

    Very bad service at hospital….had to wait hours even after appointment…. I don’t think taking appointment is of any use it’s just for show…🤢🤢🤢🤢

    Horrible experience, never visiting again. No doubt the nurses were great, but the doctor was not at all professional, they lacked basic communication manners, particularly, the Consultant. If a doctor can't speak properly and how will he treat his patients, right? Disrespecting and rolling your eyes ain't going to bring you patients. For sure, never visiting again.

    I was just seen by Dr Muhammad Mortada today. I had a very good experience, he is very professional and I highly recommend him. I came in a lot of pain after visiting 5+ hospitals. The accompanying nurse- I don’t know her name was very competent and equally professional. Thank you!

    My daughter’s appointment was at 1:45 pm. We were told be here by 1:30 pm. It’s 3:00 pm now but we’re still being told to wait. The receptionist told us the secretary would talk to us. She came and said I’m calling security!!! Absurd level of customer service!!! In the end they said if you have time to wait you can wait otherwise go and take another appointment!!! No consideration whatsoever!!!

    Although that Magrabi talking about years of experiences but the reviews can’t show this at all. This is what Magrabi missing until now, and they should hire a Professional customer satisfaction and happiness refer to the level of contentment that customers experience when interacting with a company or organization. It involves meeting or exceeding customer expectations, providing high-quality products or services, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and effective manner. To achieve professional customer satisfaction and happiness, businesses should focus on building positive relationships with their customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and consistently delivering excellent customer service. This includes: 1. Providing prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and concerns. 2. Offering high-quality products and services that meet customer expectations. 3. Making it easy for customers to purchase and use products or services. 4. Building trust and credibility with customers by being transparent and honest in all interactions. 5. Continuously seeking feedback from customers to improve products, services, and overall customer experience. 6. Recognizing and rewarding loyal customers. 7.     Magrabi is the best eyes hospital very caring and loving staff administration and management is good cooperative person eyes and teeth specialist doctor's also eyes consultant is good but it's expensive treatment you have the Health card system is well no any issue everything is good very nice place god is safe all the people is my pray 👍🏻👌

    After my last visit, I really wished that the receptionist on the first floor would treat her better and be more professional. This is not the first time that I have noticed that the receptionist’s behavior needs to match a Moroccan name. As for the doctors and nurses, through my dealings with them, they were professional and grateful.

    Dental services quality and scheduling are horrible. Doctor does not show up on time, keeps rescheduling for any excuse (insurance approval , any delay ) and new times are few weeks / months ahead and sometimes get cancelled too for no reason

    very bad system at all, even if you have an appointment and even you are too early on your appointment time they will not care.. nurses in nurses station are not helping the patient query.. please improve your service and communication with your patient

    I never write reviews but this time I have to - because the bad experience I have faced here , First the nurse which is Egyptian in eye section , ( I will not write a name of her or a doctor since the propose of this review is only to work on your service ) , has an anger issue , she will reply in anger , I was confused and I did ask some questions , she got me out and sent me to the reception, and then after a while i remembered that i have forget my extra glasses inside that room , I went back to look for it and I asked that nurse again , she again showed some angriness and then she said go inside and see , Since I forget the door so I asked is this is the door , I was going to an other door , her reply was like this “ is someone inside here working huh ? Then she opened the door told me look all the glasses you already take .. never helped me to look for my glasses and got me to go out . I may be took my glasess and forget somewhere else but … I wonder how can a nurse having anger issue can can work as a nurse where a patient being confused and not being helped ….… Second thing , The reception takes too much of the time , for processing , means half hours from them to the doctor .. I hope my review is for only to work for a better service Thanks

    Not a very pleasant visit. Our daughter had pain in her eye so we called them and they asked to come at 5 for walk-in. After taking token, it took a whole 1 hour to reach the reception where we were told that we need to go to first floor and take token again. The reception staff was extremely slow. Also if there would have been any guidance on which floor to go, it would have saved our time. We always visit Maghrabi centre on Prince Sultan road and never had such bad experience.

    - I tried to get an appointment via phone for an Eye General Doctor for an eye examination, but customer service reported that there is no appointment for the general doctor and we must come without an appointment and wait, which been told same by the reception department and the director of the outpatient department. - Dealing without an appointment is unprofessional, especially since there are already appointments in other branches, such as the Khobar branch in the eastern region. - We must take care of the patients' time, as we cannot wait without setting an appointment, as the receptionist told us that we must come very early to obtain the possibility of booking an appointment. - I inform you that we were not able to book an appointment on that day, because the receptionist reported that all the clinic's time was booked by patients who came early before us. - Finally, we would like to inform you that the patient’s file in another branch cannot be accessible in another branch, so they told is that we should make request to transfer the file to branch, and so on, and this is unprofessional, as any hospital has branches, the patient’s file must be accessible in all branches without the need to submit a transfer request because there must be unified electronic system for all branches.

    After more than a week since my eyeglass was process and paid everything. The salesman told me they're going to send message once it is ready. Unfortunately until now I didnt received any. There is a contact number provided, but cant be reached. I wonder what happen to my order. Magrabi is changing for worse.

    This is one of the worst and time wasting hospital. There Operation is just to waste the time of the people. Even with having am appointment. We wait for two hours. No apologies from the staff. Never ever will visit this hospital again.

    If you go there using your insurance they treat you with contempt.Very insulting behaviour from customer agent Mr Mohammed kassarah and ophthalmologist MR Gerald. Very disappointed. Mr Ahmad Alsherif thank you for treating us as human being.

    I had an appointment with the best doctor, Dr Awad Algarni, one of our young well educated well mannared generation for a routine eye exam, He was very polite and knowledgeable. The center in itself is very nice and organized, I finished my checks in less than 20 minutes. Thanks to all.

    Very disappointed with the behavior and illogical comments Dr Mustafa Saleh دكتور مصطفى صلاح He checked my son eyes in 15 seconds and said he is ok, i insisted please check again he is no need. My son has eyesight weak.

    To be honest, it is one of the best eye hospitals I have visited. The reception staff are very nice, and there is an appointment coordinator unit called Ms. Mona. She is very helpful, and Dr. Maher and Dr. Walid, to be honest, are very smart in the network. Congratulations to you, Moroccan.

    A perfect example for poor process to manage patients. There was only one receptionist who was handeling new in coming patients, already checked in patients, and patients without appointments. In order to just get an exam to see potential for vision correction surgery, i spent 3 hours there. I had to come back to the receptionist after every paper work step. Besides all of this, the doctor came into the exam room smelling like a cigarette ashtray. He provided me with very vague information, and everytime i ask him to explain to me, his answer was "the test suggest this" without any explanation. Either he is not very knowledgeable or he assumed that i was stupid. Definitely not coming back to this hospital again. "Sorry for the negativity, but such a place and customers treatment does not reflect Magrabi level of quality"

    I came here as recommended by a family friend and I have to say I’m surprised at how well I was treated. I came as a walk in and didn’t have to wait too long. Their nurses and reception is extremely professional. I had the pleasure to have Dr. Mohammed Mehi as my doctor and he was very attentive to answer my questions and keep me informed about the process. The price is extremely reasonable for the service and treatment provided. I absolutely recommend anyone who is hesitant because of the other reviews.
