One of the worst experiences ever strongly advice you not to go there. Check out the photos you will see the Environment Health and Safety at it's worst, the overall environment was giving me the vibe of negative the lights, arrangements I meant the process flow, the colours used the smell of smoke as their is no smoking area, the direct disposal of medical and nonmedical garbage straight on the ground the maintenance works in the hospital the blinking lights in the hospital all. The staff are obviously not happy for what they get vs the load of work they do. God all and all it an unpleasant experience that will not ever happen again.

The doctors and nurses are acceptable in term of knowledge, skill and customer service. But the receptionist (local saudi) and call center are really bad. I have problem with stomach but they appointed me to the internal medicine and later the dermatology! They send me to the wrong department, poor English, poor knowledge despite working in a big hospital. Please train them up sufficiently so they don't shame your hospital reputation.

Awesome hospital. Doctors are very competent. Very well managed. Very neat and clean environment. I have visited there multiple times and my experience had always been good. One thing bothered me there were 2 or 3 Radiologists that were on leave in one time which is not a professional attitude.

Its a good hospital , My kid was admitted here for 1 week , he was diagnosed pneumonia Here's my review -Positive points * Doctor Ahmed oqelan is a very good doctor His course of action was good. He explained us every thing in a very calm way. * Parking is suitable * Food for attendee is good. - Negative points *Very rude nurses / staff, seems as if they are working without salary. They delayed for 15 to 20 minutes after every call. *Pharmacy is very very slow * Nursing staff and Pharmacy staff to be increased, less staff. *Cleaning isn’t frequent. *Reception staff is very rude. All the staff needs good counseling and training for well behavior. Hope this helps.

Very sorry to say but you have the most horrible service when it comes to in patients. Very disappointed! My mother is here getting treated for pneumonia. The nursing staff is rude. If you call someone for cleanup, no one picks. The patient literally had to wait 2 hours to get her dinner. I asked the nurse to get the bed cleaned. She came in and started throwing the sheets down badly. She then said, Can you wait 30 minutes? This is not my duty, she said. I said sorry we can't wait." The patient needs to be in bed. She then proceeded by putting news sheets on the dirty bed. Without wiping or anything. Upon asking, she again said it's not my duty. I said Ill do it. Give it to me.I helped her with everythin. I mean, what is this attitude? I understand it's not her duty, but is this our problem? We paid! We should get full service!! Very very disappointed!!

I had such a bad experience at Dallah nakheel with Pain management department with Dr. Abdul Aziz Alkheriji, such a bad experience with supervisors and complain department. Very very rude doctor with such an attitude which doesn’t suit his job at alllll, I never prefer anyone to visit this doctor, he misbehaved with patient and never look his patient on time and they never give preference to appointment patients. In short I had very very very bad experience. They are taking our money but not dealing patiently which I believe is Haram.

(Translated by Google) One of the oldest, oldest, strongest, most beautiful and noble hospitals in the Riyadh region We've had it for many years It includes among its flanks a fleet of the most experienced and qualified doctors Especially in the fields of pediatrics, orthopedics and surgery There is a separate building for children And a separate building for women and childbirth For emergencies, highly qualified doctors are available around the clock for children and adults. Most hospitals, except for the mercy of my Lord, take advantage of the patient, and their direction is purely material, looking only for the material And in this hospital, you find the opposite This hospital is characterized by honesty and non-exploitation of the patient I am talking here about myself and my experiences with this hospital (Nakhil Branch) I hope that the hospital will maintain this distinction and that it will not change with the passage of time. In conclusion, I ask God to protect me and you, and not to need us in this hospital and other hospitals, and to protect us from our hands, from behind us, from our faith and from our merits, and we seek refuge in His greatness from being assassinated from under us..

When it comes to emergency Dallah is not prepared even for seasonal virals. It has very limited capacity in ER only 2 triage rooms and limited number of emergency doctors with limited beds. Usual time in busy seasons may go up to 2 hours in ER. Non peak season usual time is 1 hour due to capacity limitations.

I’ve been living with pain all my life and the past couple of years have been a horror show with flat feet angled at 43 degrees, damaged tendons, friction, and tensed muscles. It wasn’t until I met Dr. Orfan Arafah that I learned about the reconstructive surgery. 3 months into my surgery, I started walking in orthopedic shoes, and trust me when I say I feel the difference! In my physiotherapy sessions, I’m in more pain stepping and exercising on my flat foot than my newly reconstructed foot. Dr. Orfan isn’t only an amazing surgeon, he’s also supportive, replies to WhatsApp messages when he’s on vacation, and very friendly! Along with that, I really recommend Dr. Qamar (physiotherapist) to help you with recovery. She’s attentive, she spends time with you on the ground, and she takes her time! On a different note, I started physiotherapy with Dr. Suha Mustafa, who wasted my first 5 physiotherapy sessions and as a result I’m now paying the additional sessions with Dr. Qamar from my pocket. Dr. Suha doesn’t know what she’s doing. She leaves me in the room/the pool alone to do my own thing as if I know what I’m supposed to do. She didn’t train me to walk and when I told her I remember the doctor telling me not to walk barefoot, she said I’m not courageous enough! She has a bad attitude, lack of knowledge, and I really don’t know why a reputable hospital such as Dallah still has her as an employee.

Nursing staff are nice. However, the doctors at the emergency 🚨 seems to be tired and sick of their jobs. I saw a fight between a doctor and patient because they took some type of picture. I’m shocked why there is no water to drink ! Even they ask the patient to do for ultrasound scans! I had to spend time looking for change to get water. I’m doubting to give two or three stars

One of the worst experience i had with doctor Hesham Ahmed Abdulwahed from E.N.T department. The doctor wasn't comunicating with me, no explanation of my condition or medicine he gave me, silence only. Once i ask about any information he replies rudely and with no interest. I'm really disappointed in this hospital i don't know if it's because i'm foreign or non arabic speaker so i'm not taken seriously but this is not ok. I had feeling like he just wanted to finish quickly, examination lasted maybe 3 minutes total. The appointment he finished with literally these words:" Medical reports 1st floor, pharmacy ground floor, yalla sister" ( referring to nurse). And that's it , i mean very unprofessional and disappointing, i'm never coming back to this hospital again.

STAY AWAY! The worst experience. Severely understaffed. Waited 12 hours to hear my child is ok. The nurses are tired and overworked. They have 1 doctor for several floors full of patients. This hospital is supposed to have a good pediatrics department. When you have children at home and they make you stay this long is unacceptable. The hospital needs to put people before profit. I will never return here for any of my children in the future.

A standard multi speciality private hospital. As its an old hospital, new wings are built and that makes you to walk a little bit. Ample parking space. Staffs at most of the places were quite good and respectful.

Doctors are unprofessional and not honest. I have visited few of them now to judge the hospital. All of the doctors are there to make as much as possible from insurance. They don’t really care about your time or health. My advice is go to SMC instead, I found them professional and honest.

    - customer service is fast and helpful. - hospital is clean and nice. - some clinics are full and no waiting, however, they have only 2 patients, so I had to get a permission from the doctor first. - nurses need to have more training specifically in terms of dealing with patients. - parking is underground and wide. - pharmacy is the worst experience.

Booking and patient management is worst. Dentist check means just visual inspection which is completely useless. We booked for hygienist and they sent for checkup which too is a complete waste of time. Registration took 45 minutes and the check up 45 seconds. Don't recommend at all.

Visited once for an emergency. They were very professional and caring. Unlike greedy hospitals, they did not ask for information or money until my daughter was checked by the doctor. The price was reasonable too (compared to other big hospitals). It will be my go to hospital.

I visited the emergency department of Dallah hospital in alNakheel. I consulted the doctor after paying the fees. After the consultation, I was made to make a payment which I thought was for the pharmacy. But when I had to pay in the pharmacy again, I checked and found that they have charged unnecessarily for two items: Observation room charges and nursing care charges, both of which I did not avail. When I complained they told me that these items are automatically put in the system. This is cheating and charging for services not provided.

One of the best hospitals in Riyadh. The medical staff is top notch. The admins are very helpful and professional. Facilities are sophisticated and updated regularly. You can book an appointment through their app as well as monitoring and reviewing any labs/radiology services and find the results. It is split into three main buildings which can be a bit cumbersome to navigate through but you find your way pretty quickly.

Happy with the doctors, nurses in general, but this hospital need work more for better staff working shift areangement. visited 11am for medical report to submit to the goverment office, but there was nobody working. I did check with another staff in the cashier desk and he said medical report PIC will be back after 1 hour. I beleive it's not OK to have this much gap during working hours.....
