    I came in to the studio after a relative of mine recomended it, i wasnt sure what to expect as this was my first yoga expeirence in Saudi Arabia, and let me just say I LOVED IT ! Our instructor Ghada is a beautiful soul with very good energy, the studio is spacious, smells great, very relaxing space. I highly recommend it.

    After a full year of attending this place, it is by far my favorite place for yoga.. The atmosphere is comfortable, the performance is professional and fun at the same time, the classes are diverse and fresh, and the prices are very excellent compared to many other places.. just wonderful.

    The studio has a high level of professionalism, both in the design of the place and the competence of the trainers. I am very enjoying them, I started about 4 months ago and I am still continuing.. A variety of exercises and sessions that suit all levels, as well as in subscription packages. Provides ample parking.. I wish you all the best and continuity.

    LOVE IT. I had classes with Fadwa & Alena. Literally the sweetest & nicest instructors ever… you’re in good hands if you plan to book a session with them. Totally worth it.

    Cozy yoga studio with the best instructors ( Ghada, Fadwa, Nora). They are energetic, positive and professional. In addition, the lovely aroma and calming yoga music. Do not miss it if you are looking for a lovely yoga experience and body toning

    Their aerial yoga instructor Fadwa is a total one hundred with her students. The class is an absolute delight, the space is neat, and the receptionists are very welcoming.
