Although
the
facilities,
and
location
are
great,
the
food
and
the
staff
service
are
below
expectations:
1-
breakfast
food
is
not
all
fresh,
salads,
juices
are
not
fresh.
If
I
can
get
a
bottled
juice
from
a
super
market
why
should
I
get
it
from
a
5
star
hotel?
2-
staff
very
slow
to
respond
to
requests,
we
had
to
call
multiple
times
3-
last
day
at
checkout
my
Uber
was
waiting
to
take
me
to
airport
and
I
am
stuck
at
the
reception
at
checkout
to
ask
them
to
print
my
invoice,
they
cannot
do
it.
They
had
to
call
an
expert.
I
almost
missed
my
flight.
4-
last
day
I
called
many
times
to
get
someone
to
come
pick
up
the
luggage
and
nobody
came,
I
had
to
carry
all
luggage
alone.
I
would
not
complain
if
this
is
a
normal
hotel,
but
for
a
five
star
hotel
charging
me
600$
per
day?
It
should
be
much
much
more
better.
