Great stay for me during a day visit to Riyadh along with my wife. The reception was very welcoming, the first impression from the parking lot, the lobby and the overall facility was just great. The room furniture is new and the amenities were nice. The breakfast at the executive lounge and the service were excellent. I recommend the hotel for people who would like to enjoy their stay outside their homes.

Love the breakfast! It was yummy. The room was fancy I loved the room. Can’t imagine in a dream 😁how the hotel feels like. Staff was friendly and kind. Tee was bitter but it was good for my lungs. Very suitable for business travelers.. also for people with families? Nice and elegant neighborhood, the amenities need to open for further late times And I would love to have cigar lounge in it!

I loved my stay here; it was a delightful getaway. The lobby is impressively spacious, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating. The receptionist is very respectful, professional, and helpful. The room was wonderfully designed, and I appreciated the Saudi touches as seen in the pictures. Although I had only one night, I can't review all aspects, but overall, my experience was amazing.

The food was excellent. Amazing Arugula salad and chicken satay. Fresh ingredients. Perfect presentation. Great portions. Ambiance was fabulous. Staff were incredibly accommodating to assure I had a great evening. The staff were anxious to please and to assure I wrote this review and added their names. I cannot name all but all were amazing.

We had a very good seafood dinner at Mazaj restaurant. Their salad selection was superb as well as their desserts. They have a good selection of different kinds of seafood: lobster, king crab legs, crabs, prawns, octopus, shrimp, lobster which you can choose from steam, grilled and cooked in various ways. Also, Azhar is very attentive to our needs and offers a lot of drinks to us. We enjoyed our dinner here.

Food and services are great, fresh baked goods and fresh food, amazing tea and coffee I always ask for an extra cup to go. there’s one man Ali he’s absolutely amazing and welcoming I wish I can tip him I see him he makes me feel like home. I stayed for a month there so I have a pretty good idea. Once again thank you Room Dining team….

Was a very special place to spend family time. Room was good and the food was good. Kids loved the pool. However, water was cold even though we were in the middle of summer Perfect location for the hotel, staff were always extremely helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean.

Booked a room 2 weeks in advance, which was confirmed. And as soon as I arrived to the hotel’s lobby coming from the airport they called to inform me that they’ve canceled my booking. WHAT!!! I had number on important meetings on the same day, I lost focus and this interrupted my schedule and plans for the next couple of days. I would have understood the situation and appreciated their call if it was couple of days before my arrival. This is not acceptable and the hotel’s management need to take action with the reservation team. I had to wait an hour in the lobby for customer services management to come and talk to me.

Great location with several great restaurants to try and an amazing outdoor pool! There is a free parking, gym, spa and you all you may need during your stay. The Moroccan guys at the 15th floor restaurant are really kind and welcoming and a big thanks is to Mr. Fernando for organizing everything meticulously and to be the best restaurant manager ever!

Fabulous hotel with some amazing facilities the executive area allowed me to work remotely and they provided complementary food and coffee. The hotel hosted a number of high profile conferences while I was there but that never felt like an inconvenience. Breakfast, which is my benchmark of a good hotel, was amazing as well!! Definitely stay there again.

An amazing hotel is Movenpick Hotel & Residences, Riyadh. As is his out look so is his location. Along with that, all the excellent outlets and quality food have given it a unique height. Although the facilities, and location are great, the food and the staff service are below expectations: 1- breakfast food is not all fresh, salads, juices are not fresh. If I can get a bottled juice from a super market why should I get it from a 5 star hotel? 2- staff very slow to respond to requests, we had to call multiple times 3- last day at checkout my Uber was waiting to take me to airport and I am stuck at the reception at checkout to ask them to print my invoice, they cannot do it. They had to call an expert. I almost missed my flight. 4- last day I called many times to get someone to come pick up the luggage and nobody came, I had to carry all luggage alone. I would not complain if this is a normal hotel, but for a five star hotel charging me 600$ per day? It should be much much more better.

A nice hotel. I became a fan because of its location. But all the other arrangements are also wonderful. I really liked its decoration. Various outlets have impressed me. But what attracted me the most were the various items in the mini bar in the room. Moreover, MD Sohag's excellent presentation on mini bars is commendable. thank you very much

Everything was served perfectly and without any delay. Jiaul made sure that our meals went smoothly and really helped to make it a memorable experience.

We dropped in for some food, before heading to the airport. We were not staying. We ate on the pool terrace. The pizza, made on the terrace before our eyes, was truly amazing! We had to have another one! Top marks for the chef! We were so glad the restaurant wasn't open, otherwise we'd have missed this pizza-supremo in action!

Lacitta steak house restaurant did not fail to serve food with immense luxury and an experience that ignites all your five senses. An outstanding hotel with probably the best buffet in town and top quality service. Delve in luxury at a great price. I just had their buffet and not only was the food outstanding, their service is remarkable. Notable mentions: Satya and Jia Ul are two very courteous persons who work at their buffet. Nicely appointed hotel with a variety of services, restaurants and amenities. I was given a one bedroom apartment and it was very nicely decorated and spacious. Perhaps the bathroom was too small but as everything is new it was working in perfect condition. My only complaint is that the air-conditioning is too cold in the restaurants and common areas. It makes it unpleasant, particularly while eating.

Fez restaurant is probably one of the best in Riyad. Amazing authentic food (too much served, but gives perfect flavor of the Moroccan cuisine) the vibe is quiet and relaxing. The interior is lovely. Very kind staff, very helpful. Definitely coming again. Highly recommended.

My stay at this hotel has been wonderful. The staff has been very kind and attentive. The nightshift supervisor Mahfuz at room dinning has been very kind and always accommodating to my dietary needs. As a vegetarian, it can be hard to find food to eat but he has always made sure to make adjustments for me and provide me with delicious food night after night. I am very grateful for his service. He and everyone here has provided excellent service and I hope to come back soon.

I went on a business trip for 1 night and stayed in their Junior Suite room, which was by far the most excellent room i have ever experience. Iftar meals were so amazing, lots of food to choose from different varieties, it was a calypso for the taste buds. The room is so spacious, welcome treats for the guest is just amazing. Would love to stay here again when i come back to Riyadh

We really enjoyed our stay here, the service was top notch, the staff are very friendly and affable, especially the Syrian gentleman, who went above and beyond to help and make the breakfast buffet an enjoyable experience. The only thing I did not appreciate is paying SAR300 for early check in and SAR554.24 for late check out, to me it’s outrageous to pay that amount of money. RA

Used this place as a meeting venue for a 4 day workshop. The venue we had was awesome with lots of natural light, and the acoustics were good. The screen provided was a smart touch screen, but the android connection was not functioning. Good WiFi, which was easy to connect to. Mr Sampath ( Banquet manager) and his team made sure we felt welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The refreshments provided were a good mix of the healthy and classic junk with a nice offering of coffee, selected teas, and even decaf = which is rare. The lunch buffet was super varied with plenty to keep even the most fussy eater happy. The only improvement would be to add more for vegetarians.

Love the place it’s Historical on trendy look , the staff was very friendly from receptionist to Restaurant staff to house keeping . Have the nice facility out door, due to construction of the new bridges road is weak to come in he hotel and exist is little bid default. Overall it’s great experience will visit again

Two weeks stay in Movenpick was very nice. Had nice stays as well as the foods. All services were above the quality. Thank you for giving me a good inspiration on Riyadh. Especially a big thank you to Laxman Dangi for always giving great service during my breakfast :) +new update I clearly requested that I would pay by card when I checkout but then told me it was already paid. (Double checked multiple times) But then during my trip to the airport I got stopped infront of ATM to withdraw money, and ATM doesn't have the exact change I need to pay to the driver neither does driver has change. This is slightly disappointing process for a 5star hotel.

Great service with the best staff ever. Shoa is the manager who was kind enough to help us with our needs, and all of their staff were cooperative and helpful. I appreciate their efforts and mindfulness, and I highly recommend and encourage everyone to choose their services.

The restaurant mazaj was my favorite part. The service was amazing. Our waiter ( Gulam Mustafa ) served me and my family very well. He made sure we were happy and got us everything we wanted. The food was very good and delicious and the vibes were very cozy. 100% recommend 5 stars

The service option deserves more than 5 stars. The breakfast buffet staff was exceptional! Naga Prathap stood out the most. I would brag with my coworkers about my friend at the breakfast buffet who over the course of my stay would learn my breakfast routine and deliver my favorite breakfast items — even going so far to toast my bread. I hope to come back soon and find Naga as a manager or some other job where he can spread his goodwill
