Very disorganized and very dirty, you lost your interest in shopping. This place need to be orgamize and the price of items is very misleading. This is big branch but need to be enticing for customers.

The worst experience that I faced today in this store, not the same price in price tag after we came to cashier. They’re cheering with customers and think twice before you go to this place. And the ambiance is looks like a vegetable market. Hope everyone of you feel my experience. Think thrice again

They have some really cool brands and funky designs but don't expect to find your sizes in the right place. If you're in a hurry this is not the place to come... All the sizes and in the incorrect racks and regarding female leggings .. they are mainly xs.. all the large and mediums seem to be gone. I did get some brilliant sweaters, trainers and excellent choice for kids.

I gave 5 stars for an employee called “Ali” who helped me a lot during friday rush and i came back the second day asking for exchange , employees where like sorry sir the size your asking is not available choose another item , Accidentally ive met Ali again who went looking for the size and we found out that its available MUCH APPRECIATED !!

My husband found a phone and handover to guard. We dont know what happened next because we need to leave. I hope the guard handover it to management for proper handling. About the store, shopping experience is 👎👎👎

The store is a disaster and it’s so messy to look through everything. You need to spend at least 2-3 hours here if you want to find something good. I was able to find 6 sports bras all of them 70% off.

There are alot of disconted item for most brands. But the shop needs more sorting as well

There is a suggestion for the owners of the place, why not keep the previous price Because it constitutes an incentive for the customer to know the difference between the previous price and the discounted one Finally, I thank all the employees in the place for their complete and effective preparation all the store’s customers

This branch of Sun Sport is the biggest and most complete in Riyadh probably in Saudi Arabia. Some items are very cheap.

Great variety of clothing and shoes for all budgets. All of the clothing had grat quality too. (The return policy is too strict though)

a nice outlet store to spend time in it looking for outfits that match your size. Note: you have to search for your size in this store that will take time and effort looking for it since the store lacks organization.

Great for bargains almost 50 percent off most of the items that are in the non outlet stores. Very busy sometimes and a bit of a free for all like to max in the UK be prepared to spend a couple hours here at least

i had a good experience tbh! but wish if the different sizes were sorted better it was quite hard looking through the clothes since it’s written on the hanger (L sizes) but the clothes were mixed would recommend adding more space for the clothes!

Very disorganised. No logical layout or areas for men/women/kids, and even though each rack is supposed to have clothing of one size, all sizes are mixed up so it's very difficult to find anything suitable. Plenty of staff available in the shop but very few of them are doing anything useful.

I came here during the sale, looking for Timberland winter boots. Its really chaotic with stuff all over the place. But if you know what you want to buy and have the patience to search, you'll find a good bargain.

Amazing place to buy sports equipment and clothing brands for suitable price also, it has a variety of casual clothes. Furthermore, the Staff are very friendly and helpful in way you can't imaginI I got a situation where I bought skipping rope that was the only piece I found on the shelf and I was looking for more than one to be honest 😉 the price of it was cheaper compared to other places and the quality of that skipping rope is really good. What happened is when I went to the cashier to buy the only piece I found and I was telling him I am looking for more than one skipping rope tho, I only found this one. He told he is sure that he saw another one today tho, he did not remember where exactly so, he gave me his personal number so I can contact him and asking him rather than coming to store since the store is far from my home. The attitude of the staff it really matters when it's comes to shopping. However, the only downside is they don't have fitting room and the return policy same day if you want your money back and for replacement I don't actually remember is it one day or three days what hooked me was the money back part since me and my friend went to place where they were almost closed and we bought stuff and my friend was asking about the return part and he told that for money back you only have until we closed. What I recommend is to go early to store so you can have plenty of time for return part and as I mentioned above I'm not sure about replacing part duration.
