This is probably the biggest fitness time I've been to buy it seems to be the oldest... While the equipment is in good working order, the free weights are old and in need of replacement. The whole place needs a makeover and better use made of the huge space available. Staff seem a lot more attentive than other gyms I have visited but the place is always packed. The fitness time management need to open more gyms in taif as 2 is not enough!

Everything is good in the club except..the number of pallets (weights) in the club is very small, and there are also no back equipment available in it, such as the horse apparatus..

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING old machines. the place smells very bad. there's sweat stains on almost all the equipment. with a very limited choice of handles (if you can find one). worst clients ever screaming and throwing weights on the ground and leaving them there.

The gym has plenty of aerobic/cardio exercises equipment... the gym has a lot of machines to work on... the only big disadvantage is that the dumbbells are always unorganized and their weight tag torn out... I usually find 70 Ib dumbbells next to 5 Ib.

There are no soaps or shampoo to wash .. also some of the equipments stuck during the the training 🤦🏻‍♂️

Dirty and filthy, no maintenance at all. It deserves less than 1 start, absolutely disgusting.

This branch is very big, offers enough equipment for the number of people. The trainers here are not very attentive, they will try to get out of responsibilities when possible.
