    The best place for me where I do my workout there ... It has features and machines training better than other but they need for more to make it big and they not start music u should u bring ur headphones lol .... we just have it here in Taif !

    every things are good but there are some problems. The pool is still closed for maintenance work. other branches open 6 AM, however this branch opens late 10 AM.

    I partnered with Captain Ashraf Arafa, and I benefited greatly and lost my weight significantly. The coach has high morals, is understanding, and is a first-class athlete, God willing. 👍👍 It's a beast, I swear.

    i came to this branch and met coach marwan the only coach doing his job with a smile and told me what am doing wrong btw i was 100% wrong most of the branches have non-communitive coaches
