Farmers Arms is a lovely pub. Staff are brilliant especially ‘Li’. The food is gorgeous and was worth the wait! Got such a lovely atmosphere and it’s somewhere where I always go when going out to have some food. Recommend this place it’s lovely, I would definitely come her again❤️x

Popped in for a quick drink as we were early for a nearby appointment. Unfortunately environment was grubby and drinks tasted weird. Attempted to use the toilet but the only cubicle was covered in faeces (including the floor!). Gross! Was planning to return here after the appointment for food but lack of cleanliness and general poor atmosphere was very off-putting. Surprised this place has so many positive reviews.

Great pub, fantastic food asper value and large portions. Staff are really friendly and efficient. Definitely be back and worth a visit if you not been . The outdoor area is great and has a kids play bit which is enclosed. Winner winer. BEST YORKSHIRE PUDDINGS EVA!!! P.S I am from Yorkshire so I'm a good judge

Came for meal tonight average id say for meal quality had my 3 young children with me who 2 of them had pizza and 1 had burger the 2 who had pizza 1 pizza was fine the other when checking was freezing on the inside manager came to see us and one first things he said was it like that when it came out or due to it being sat there. If it was due to being sat there the other pizza would be the same temperature as both came out on time. Was highly disappointed with comment gave us another one which we accepted but they offered to "warm it up" you shouldnt be rewarming food up thats not cooked first time.

Lovely little place, the food and drink are very reasonably priced and I loved the way you could order on the app. The waitress was very attentive and came over a near the start and end of our food asking how it was. The only improvement I could think of is the jam and coconut sponge could have done with a little more jam as ours was a little dry. Other than that, very lovely place and I'll be coming back

Quite easily the best pub about on a Sunday afternoon, perfect for family, friends and anyone just after a fantastic Sunday lunch and a nice refreshing pint. We visited the Farmers on Sunday and as always we were greeted by Nicky and her amazing staff, big smiles, amazing service and loads of fun and laughs. We got in early as inevitably the classic Roast dinners get sold out. It was another perfect Sunday in the best pub, great food, few pints of Moretti and the football on the Tele, what more could you ask for? We’ll be back next week.

Every week on a Wednesday me and my team PutinMatipIn do the pub quiz. It is smoothly ran by a witty, charismatic, funny and all around sound host! Highly recommend and is thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Great local pub, friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent food at an excellent price and a football and sports fans heaven with a family atmosphere. Welcomed in 2023 with a great new years eve with family and friends, thank you Lyndsey and all the staff.

Friendly service , great food ...a table of 15 and not a single complaint...drinks good value with El Mazo a big hit and soft drinks well priced for kids and recovering alcoholics at the table

Food was decent and well priced. A bit of a wait but to be expected when football is on TV. Overall really nice evening with family. Play area was a great distraction for kids whilst we waited for food

We come her lots of times ideal as the welcome dogs and have a lovely play area for children, food is high quality for a great price. Staff are lovely and friendly .

Fab service, was checked on to see if we were happy with our meal, I cleared my plate, which is unusual for me, I think the rest of my party cleared theirs too.

Even though it was pre Christmas busy, there were no tables except for one reserved; they allowed us to have the table as the pre-bookers were nearly half an hour late and potential no-shows whereas my elderly parents 85 and 90 were regulars. Needless to say, we had a rip roaring evening.

Food is always spot on. Haven't been able to fault a thing. Staff are always pleasant, and with fast service!

Haven't eaten here before so can't pass judgement, service seemed abit slow at the bar and the atmosphere was night and day in each side, people just walking dogs into the pub and letting then roam round.

Service was great. Pleasant and cheerful staff. The food was great. Only thing missing was thatchers gold to make it 5 star. That's just my preference I guess.. I'd be happy to return again and again...

Previously acceptable standard of food & service, but lacking in 2 areas this time. Some items on the (cold) plate only warm, other items overheated & dried out - pie crust like concrete, Yorkshire pud like rubber, blunt knife could not cut it. Serving person did not apologise, Managers apology seemed insincere & superior, as if I was at fault. Later overheard Manager mocking me to kitchen staff, proving her insincerity & inability to correct mistakes with (as she admitted) re heating pre cooked food. Will not return to a venue that talks down to & then insults customers because of reaction to its poor food preparation.

Can not recommend this place enough. Great food and incredible customer service!!! I went in today for the forst and and i had just been stung by, what i think was a wasp. Leigh, one of the bar maids brought me over and ice pack and a antihistamine!!! I cannot thank her enough for looking after me. ❤️❤️

I've been coming to this pub for years both socially and with work and usually can't rate it enough from all areas but our visit today was quite disappointing. Food was awful I had jacket potato with cheese and beans as on a diet and there wasn't much other choice.I literally had to Try and find the cheese there was that little of it and a few dry beans.I did ask for more politely but the cheese was just sprinkled on cold over the beans and wasn't very appetising....also the gentleman I support chose a ham sandwich which cam on 2 pieces of bone dry bread with a piece of ham and a few leaves on nothing else.I love it here and hope it was just a one time thing!

The menu is unbelievably varied and cheap. 5 adult meals and 5 drinks just over £40...wow. The food is pretty decent for the price. Lasagne, mac n cheese and pies all very well received and no complaints on portion size or quality. The roast was beyond recognisable and saturated in gravy... very off putting. Also the beef wasn't amazing so the roast was barely touched... disappointing. We'll be back to try something different next time.

All of the staff are so rude and unhelpful. I paid for our drinks, I was with myself my boyfriend and my younger brother - all had a valid ID but we were told to leave (after we’d bought our drinks) because my boyfriend “still didn’t look old enough” despite us showing his driving license as proof of ID. The big blonde lady behind the bar was so rude. Started shouting across the room from behind the bar telling us we can’t drink our drinks. I said “why did you sell them too us then? Can I have a refund”. We were then told to leave. Absolute shambles of a “pub”. Disgusting inside and disgusting members of staff. The only positive was thing were the customers and people inside.

Beer garden looked lovely however no outside tables suitable for wheelchair bound people to be able to sit close to the table to be able to eat with friends and family.

Amazing once again...had delicious family meal, all day breakfast was spot on! Always feel welcome, at home and it's very much appreciated. Highly recommended by myself and all the family!! ♡
