Been trying to call since 8.30 no ones took my order to collect. Get to the shop at 8.52 and they say there closed when there supposed to close at 9pm. Ive been a chef 8 years. They had everything switched off by 8.30 looking at the kitchen as the lad in there was mopping which is the last thing you do on a clean down. Everyone knows that in hospitality. Will be asking Google to change times to 8.30pm close as im a local guide.

Placed an order for collection. When I arrived they were running behind so had to wait 30 minutes for the burger and fries. When I got home I realised they had given me the wrong burger, so I rang them to advise. They said they would replace my order on my next visit as it was there error and I had paid for a more expensive burger. A few weeks later I rang to place another order, when I explained they checked and then tried to fob me off by saying they only honoured them for 6 weeks. I told them the date of my last order and she went and checked again but then said we have no record of that so we can't help. It wasn't even a decent burger and only went back to give them a second chance as it would have been free. Would rather have a burger king. Disappointing given the reviews I had red, was hoping for so much more.

Food was okay, had high expectations from the menu. Unfortunately the burger tasted like a cheap frozen patty and far too much BBQ sauce. Abit pricey for the quality

Was disappointed this time, food really not to the standard it has been in the past, service sloppy and the place could be cleaner, also my Son found a hair in his burger, won't be going back!

Amazing every time! Have tried lots of combinations. My fave is the sweet chesus. Always fresh & tasty when delivered. Worth the 100 calls to get through haha. Would be handy to have an online ordering option but perhaps that's part of the magic?

Nice burger but nothing special Better than a maccies though Crinkle chips were a bit weird like full of air and no potato but still eat them all

Awesome tasting burger! Fries where a bit dry but the tasty red salt made up for it. Good prices to be fair. Will definitely order again in the future.

Got takeout here, the food was not nice. Both chicken and beef burgers were big soggy piles, way too much overpowering cheese sauce and small blob of odd tasting bbq sauce. I was expecting something special since the menu is small and they are an only burger takeout. We both had iffy tummies after. £21 wasted! Not happy.

Fairly priced although fries portion was small. Burger patties were great! Brioche bun tasted vile with the "honey mustard" sauce (tasted like margarine). No salt to add in store, was just told "we only have a big one in the back" ordered a milkshake with no cream, was given cream. No cutlery given with a very messy chilli-cheese fries. Had to go back inside to ask for a fork. Could also be cleaner.

Makes the most delicious burgers EVER! Had them delivered - on time and still hot. Highly recommended!

Very average burger. Probs under average. The bun was stale AF, the patty was over cooked, there was too much sauce and there wasn't enough salad, actually one of the worst burgs I've ever jammed down me gob.

There's a good menu with a range of burgers but they are too swampy. Impossible to eat unless you want melted cheese sauce down your arms. Could be a good place if they sort that out.

I WANT to give it 5 stars, I'd been yearning for a proper burger for a while. Having been tired of bare-minimum kebab shop burgers or the sad flattened fast food chain burgers, ore the bland burgers you get at pubs which think salt is an exotic spice. So I googled for a burger joint nearby that was still open after 9PM, and this place was just what my stomach needed. This place doesn't make any of those aforementioned excuses for burgers. This place produces PROPER burgers: fresh patties that I could taste; delicious condiments, the perfect light flavoured and inoffensive melty cheese, and brioche buns to boot. Honestly, I can't stress enough how great the taste is at this place. But I've got to talk about the feel of the food here. The chilli cheese fries I ordered were certainly delicious, but strangely enough, they were lukewarm. Mind you, this was only after some 5 or so minutes after I'd been handed the food and left the shop. Additionally, I noticed a cardinal sin in burger making: untoasted buns! This also allowed the burgers to cool down much quicker than they would otherwise, but thankfully that didn't matter because I couldn't stop myself devouring them almost immediately. Still: untoasted buns and lukewarm fries are hard to ignore. Regardless, I can tell this place has something a lot of burger joints don't: soul. It seems like a place that cares about the food and I hope to see (and eat) more when I'm back in the area

Wanted this to be good. It was ok, 6/10. Patties are good with nice flavour. Cheese and onion rings also good. Bacon, however, looked to just be re-heated and barely edible. Fries also felt like they’d just been sat there for a while, were lukewarm and not particularly soft.

Highly recommended. My Freind brought me to this place to try their burgers. And I'm not lying their very good . Polite nice staff. Restaurant was cool inside. We didn't eat in but I was sad to see it not very busy on a Friday night being such a cool trendy place . Anyway highly recommended. Live in Bebington but I'll be back :)

I'm a vegetarian so to find an amazing burger doesn't happen often but tonight I found a double pate battered Halloumi burger and it was amazing. The wait was an hour 40 but the food arrived hot. Crinkle chips come with it and they were lovely. Omg a non veggie would enjoy this meal also. 4/5 because of a long wait but totally worth it and the wait only proves its worth waiting for.. screw it I'm changing the stars to a 5 !!!

Rang an order got told 1 hr 30 mins . Just over 3 hrs now still no food delivered . Fella who answers the phone pretending he can’t hear us . Distgusting service . Absolutely fumin. Kids have fell asleep waiting .will never use them ever again . Avoid avoid avoid ………🤬😡

Absolutely amazing food. I had the chicken burger. The better half and son had the double cheese burger each. Crinkle cut chips were so nice too.

So tonight was the first order. WOW! Great food, perfect timing and tasted absolutely amazing. Value for money, I don't think you could find anywhere better! I would like to apologise, we didn't have any change for the driver! Next time guys, double tip! Seriously thank you. SPOT ON!

Not bad at all! The milkshakes were the best, and we loved the fried chicken tenders. The burgers were alright...our bacon double cheeseburger proper skimped out on the bacon - we had a tiny bit of the fatty part of the rasher. Defo not as advertised. Staff seem sound. Will be back again :)

The burger is very nice. But my favourite food at this place is fried chicken with beer. Ok, you won’t catch the meaning, if you never watched the soap TV series ‘My love from the star’ with your wife or girlfriend.
