Sorry for my poor review but I’d rather ugly truth than a sweet lie comment! Just yesterday had the mango slushy. Left it for about 20 minutes took a sip and was pure water no mango taste half water and half full coconut jelly. Sure the cup and price is cool but sorry that was not a good experience knowing how it should taste and even 5 dollars for ice and jelly not an ideal investment let alone the long wait even wasn’t busy what so ever but thanks for your kind customer service its outstanding. Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star, I can adjust. The drinks and customer service was great by the workers at the cashier. Last week Wednesday I was happy to finally get my 10 of 10 purchases in order to get my free drink. I come back the next day to get my free drink, the lady prompted me to input my phone number. I put in my phone number and she say that will be $7.15 and that I only have 2 of 10 purchases. I was a bit surprised, didn't make a scene or anything, I paid for my drink and she said the Manager would call me back in 3 days. It's almost a week now and haven't received a call. (I acknowledge it's the Chinese New Year and could be off). Think the system needs to be fixed. Maybe get a msg with a confirmation code that I earned a free drink so there is no confusion? Just a thought. I hope to come back.

This location is a hit or miss with the drinks and the service. And both seem to correlate. When get the friendly staff, drinks seem to come out tasty. But if you go with disgruntled and super rude staff, like my most recent visit, the drinks came out bad. Just make sure you don’t ask that cashier lady question for the drink you want, or you might just get this nasty look. For the drink, I asked for 30% sugar but it tasted 100%. Asked for less ice, half the cup was ice. Done with this trash location. Franchisee, please train your staff to be nicer to your customers. It’s a crucial part of running a business.

The employees are very polite and they finished my drinks really fast. Very nice experience👍🏻

Service is usually pretty quick here unless there are plenty of people ordering however if you order ahead they do prioritize the mobile order which is great. Only thing at this location they started using paper straws and for bubble tea that doesn’t work very well before you even finish your drink the straw is soggy and can no longer be used. I recommend they change the straws or find better paper straws or just take two straws with you because you will need it

Very fast and effective.. The only negative experience I had one time was their machine was down so I couldn't use the app.. Other than that, I would go to this place more often if it was nearer...

I have the worst experience for this bubble tea place ever ! We ordered one large jasmine milk tea and one large taro milk tea, all with 30% sugar and less ice. At first, they gave us two taro milk tea, then they gave me two bubble tea with 70% sugar instead. It’s not even busy at the time. When I called them about this they didn’t even apologize, instead of letting me explain again multiple times. I am so disappointed about their horrible customer survive. The receptionist took the wrong order and the bubble tea barista made the wrong order. Will not be back here again. Thank you for ruining the night.

The bubble tea here is amazing, I'm happy it's one of spots that's open late worth the late night drive.

If I could give a negative star I would on the customer service. I was trying to order a drink like everyone else and the place was quite busy. The cashier asked me what toppings I would like in regular voice before I asked her to repeat it in which she loudly yelled "TOPPINGS?" at the top of her lungs causing everyone to look in my direction. Customers sitting down and lining up even heard her. This place is honestly a hit or miss when it comes to service. Take caution before you decide to tip at this location. >:(

IN ALL HONESTY - out of all the coco’s I have been to (especially around the surrounding are) this has to be the best one. Employees were welcoming, informative when I asked about recommendations and they didn’t make an excuse when I asked to use my vicinity card. Although, this place can get really busy at times, the atmosphere is pretty good. Only thing that was mediocre was how small the parking area is since it was hard to maneuver around cars that would be on standby. Overall experience was pretty great! For the drinks I got today: BUBBLE GAGA (reg sugar, less ice) - apparently this is one of the favourites. The moment I tried it, I definitely realized that it was very sweet. I would recommend getting it at half sugar if you’re looking for a more refreshing drink. I also wasn’t a fan of the seeds in the drink(I was warned, but I wanted to try it out) so I appreciate the employee I was dealing with for giving me the heads up. Other than that, I give it a 4 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ MATCHA MACCHIATO (reg sugar, less ice) - a friend had recommended me this drink so I decided to try it out. OMG! This drink was awesome! If you’re a fan of that savoury/semi-bitter matcha flavour, this is definitely the drink for you. Also comes with a sweet foam that balances the drink perfectly once it’s mixed in with the matcha. I rate this drink 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location and very friendly staff. The ladies working the late shift were very friendly and helpful and extremely hard working. The store was busy and they were handling it like pros. The owner should certainly take their hard work into account and reward them as such

One of the original CoCo locations and its open late. Nestled deep in a busy plaza with free parking. It's drinks are fairly good and it's open late (midnight). Expect it to be busy, especially at night. The service was okay and they seemed fairly quick with filling orders so that's a definite plus. CoCo doesn't have a lot of fruit flavours and though I generally like it, sometimes you want different which they don't really offer much of.

Employee refused to honor the 'Special of the Day' pricing, and made excuses that there was a price change.

I do not recommend buying bubble tea from here, or if you are going to buy it, give a tip, otherwise they will sell you a very bad product. Since I drank bubble gaga often, I can tell if the babels inside are fresh or old. I bought 1 bubble gaga from here today, I couldn't give tips, the babils in the drink were like plastic. İt was the worst bubble gaga I've ever drank.

They are just bunch of losers and frustrated employees. They don’t know how to talk to the customers. The are racist. I waited for 30 mins and people ordering after me are getting there orders first when i confronted this so called server with the cap 3 times she kept telling i haven’t made the drink yet and started yelling for no reason. She is not fit for the job amd i guess she needs to get her brain check up done.

I have been to quite a few cocos in Scarborough and DT but surprisingly this is the most watered down coco I have ever tasted. The cashier had quite a bad attitude. Why tho? Kinda borderline racist even. I realized that only after she served the customers behind me. I do understand it's a stronger community in the area. But you can't be rude. Maybe it was just my luck getting this cashier.

Coco has one of the best and most authentic bubble tea in town, especially for the price!! The tea that they use is very aromatic and fragrant! The wait time can be a little longer when it's busy, but it's well worth the wait!

The lady recommended brown sugar oolong milk tea and it was really good.Cannot wait to go there again to try another version!

This is by far the worst coco I have ever been to. Including ones in other countries. First, The cashier lady was downright racist and had the meanest communication. I observed that she was nice to only selected customers. Idk if they're overworked or whatever but the racism shined through! Second the tea itself was so bad and watered down. The milk is just not the same that I taste in other places. And after specifically asking no ice she gave me with lots of ice and said it's a default and she can't change it. I have always ordered the same drink online and in person in other cocos and they always customize it. Overall I had the worst experience possible. Considering the overcrowded parking, the mean service and the terrible drinks, I don't think I'll ever go back here.

Great location with friendly and fast service! I ordered ahead on the App and my order was ready in less than 10 min. The staff are taking great COVID19 precautions at this store. I tried the Pearl Milk Tea and it was so good! My sister ordered the Taro Milk Tea and I had the chance to try it. It was really tasty! The App experience is so great I love how easy it is to navigate and I like that I can see my past order details. I think Coco is doing a great job with their drinks and their order experience. I'll definitely be back!

The drinks were great but there was a funny incident. My friend ordered ordered Pearl milk and the lady kept repeating Taro milk. This went on for 30 seconds until another young guy stepped in and understood what the order was. Great variety of drink

Beyond horrible service, trying to order and this girl having a full conversation with her coworker making me wait. When ordering she gave attitude, how is it even possible!? Your just taking a order…. Don’t get me started on the guy that talks like master oogway. When did this place hire theses type of people.

like any other coco’s bubble tea spot. everything on their menu is available and tasty. parking is sometimes difficult due to it being in a small lot with lots of traffic.

Coco seems to be one of the few bubble tea companies that have consistency across its stores. They make great drinks! This location has friendly staff and has setup a barrier (floor to ceiling) so staff can avoid contact with customers. My only issue is the cashier has a microphone so the customer can hear them but the customer doesn't have one. If anything, its the customer that needs to be heard, not the cashier. I was literally shouting at the cashier and she still couldn't hear me. In the end, I thought she heard me but I guess not as I got the wrong drink.

I tried the brown sugar pearl milk tea. The quality was superb and there was a promotion going on so I got it at 4.99 instead of 6.8. The staff were friendly and the shop has a good ambience. Definitely 5 star 🌟

One of my favourite bubble tea stores. The Pearl Milk Tea is always consistent and tastes really good. Some of their other drinks including the Sago Mango Green Tea are great as well!

Open until very late at night and has mobile order specials all the time. Customizable ice and sugar levels. Price is very competitive and there are many choices and seasonal selections.

I got 4 drinks from here for me and my work crew. The brown sugar latte was disgusting, they made it with no care and it tasted like nothing but milk. Waste of money, not going to come back to this location.

I’ve been going to this location (1.5hrs away) ever since. I love coco but it’s hard to hear the cashier sometimes. My order was prepared not knowing that it doesn’t have ice. I’ve asked the barista kindly if it’s possible to put ice on my order. He abruptly said that “it’s already done”. Like I have no right to ask if it’s “possible”. I’m not happy on how the way he answered.

5 stars for the drinks. 1 star for the policy. Why u can not make the milk hot? Why some drinks can change the sugar level but the milk can’t?
