recently
visited
the
Cinnabon
located
in
STC
and
had
an
incredibly
disappointing
experience.
The
service,
particularly
from
the
cashier,
was
abysmal.
I
approached
the
cashier
to
purchase
five
Cinnabons,
but
instead
of
accommodating
my
request,
she
aggressively
insisted
that
I
buy
a
pack
of
six
in
the
box
prepared
from
before
.
I
inquired
about
the
freshness
of
the
prepared
box
,and
to
my
dismay,
she
admitted
that
it
wouldn't
be
fresh
and
suggested
reheating
it
later.
This
was
highly
unsatisfactory,
as
our
group
of
five
wanted
to
enjoy
the
rolls
fresh
and
right
away.
To
compound
the
issue,
the
cashier
then
informed
me
if
I
want
fresh
cinnabons
I
would
have
to
wait
for
30
minutes
to
receive
them
in
a
box.
Unable
to
wait
that
long,
I
expressed
my
frustration,
to
which
she
coldly
responded
that
I
should
pay
individually
for
each
one.
The
entire
experience
was
both
frustrating
and
needlessly
inconvenient.
In
stark
contrast
to
other
Cinnabon
locations,
where
I
have
always
encountered
friendly
and
attentive
staff
providing
exceptional
customer
service,
this
particular
location
fell
short
in
every
aspect.
I
strongly
urge
the
owner
to
address
the
problems
at
this
branch.
It
may
be
beneficial
to
implement
shorter
shifts
for
employees
to
prevent
exhaustion
and
mitigate
potential
conflicts
with
customers.
Creating
a
positive
and
welcoming
atmosphere
is
essential
for
the
success
of
any
establishment.
Based
on
this
highly
disappointing
experience,
I
unequivocally
declare
that
I
will
never
return
to
this
Cinnabon
location.
I
sincerely
hope
that
the
management
takes
these
concerns
seriously
and
takes
immediate
action
to
improve
the
quality
of
service
provided
to
customers.
