I would say Pann Tea have the best bubble tea drinks in GTA and I hope they will have more locations soon. Quality and taste are much better than those frenchchise stores My husband always get me drinks from here when he picks me up from work. What’s the better feeling than a cup of bubble tea after stressful day? He said service is good and store is clean and nice. Barista even suggested him what to order. Well I’m currently in love with their Cream Brûlée drink! Must try!! 2023 updates: CONFIRMED! They’re still the best!! The guy is so nice and always gives extra toppings. 😊 thank you

Their signature Crème Brûlée Cake Milk Tea is very delicious and not overly sweet. You can adjust the sweetness based on your preference. The owners are always kind and patient. Great bubble tea selection!

I rarely write a review of the places we visit BUT this place deserves it. For its Service and Drink Quality. Writing this as we are drinking! The service is polite and exceptional as other have mentioned. Not sure if its the owner I was dealing with but he was very humble and patient. The drinks themselves are AMAZING. We always opt for no sugar since these are typically already sweet with tapioca pearls. We tried both the matcha and the original creme crulee cake milk teas, these are more on the dessert side of bbt drinks but the taste was unreal. Flavourful, creamy deep and rich. If you like egg based custards (Ala, chinese egg tarts or steamed egg desserts) these drinks are for you! There's something unique in the addition of the Creme Brulee which works perfectly in the flavour profile of their Match drink. Pretty sure there's cheese Milk Foam as well. Gives all their drinks a deep rich flavour, unlike others we've tried before. I would 100% recommend trying either of their two cake drinks as a first timer. 10/10, will try others in the future!

Love this place! Their royal milk tea is one of the bests I've had and comes with up to 3 toppings. The large size is quite large and a good price ($5.80). Mon-Fri they have buy one get one 20% off. The workers are always kind and courteous. This time, I also got some mango puddings for less than 2 bucks. No picture of the bubble team because they were finished on the drive home. Too good! Edit: wanted to leave another review because their bubble tea is just the best!! I actually never want to buy from anywhere again. A lot of places have bbt that tastes watered down or too milky. This one has the best taste.

Been here many times and the customer service is always excellent. Bubble tea is the perfect sweetness each time and tapioca is different then other bubble tea stores where it's very soft. Would definitely come again for their tapioca :)

This place definitely lives up to the hype and definitely tastes better than most bubble tea chains. The staff here is super helpful and friendly, and gave us suggestions based on our likes and dislikes. We ended up getting the creme brule cake milk tea and the original milk tea with tapioca. Both served in a solid plastic cup which we now reuse 😂 Definitely will be back here in the future.

Dropped in to pick up the creme brulee cake milk tea (30%sugar) and original. They were really good! The tapioca is one of the best and definitely made fresh. We will be back for sure.

I just webt here to try the famous Mango green tea with lychee and THIS DRINK IS TOO DIE FOR AND MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR IN HEAVEN. What a delightful drink I just wish i knew about thus drink A LOOOONG TIME AGO! Go try it if you haven't very friendly and fast service! Great job keep it up

One of my favourite bubbletea store! Their creme brulee cake milk tea is my favourite (Makes me crave for it ever since the first time I drank it)! Lots of varieties and they definitely put more effort in their drinks compared to other stores (big piece of brulee in the creme brulee tea) The staff was so friendly and considerate, they have the best service I’ve ever seen!! WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK AGAIN!! Highly recommend this store you guys! :)

Really great mom and pop shop if you would like to give your business to a small company. Super friendly and will accommodate you with anything you would like to modify in your drink. Always fresh ingredients and great advice on things to try out. Seating is limited and they tend to store a lot of their boxes in the back seating areas, blocking off some tables from customer access. Would recommend for take out if you are in the area and want some bubble tea!

The owner/manager was by himself during closing and made an honest mistake. He handled it very professionally and packaged the drinks very well! The amount of effort into each drink was impressive. Pann Tea offers variations of drinks I’ve never heard of so I’m really looking forward to coming back to try more.

Looking for a great refreshing drink or treat? This is the place to try. We had the mango slush and the creme brulee cake milk tea. Mango slush was very smooth with chunks of mango to chew, was not too sweet. One of their signature drinks creme brulee cake milk tea was incredible, very flavorful if you like creme brulee, this is what you to try at least once. Plenty of seats in the front and more in back, staff and owner are very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic Drinks; Top Notch Service You can’t go wrong with any of their drinks. I’m a big fan of their mango slush. They have cool cups and the prices are good for what you get. The service was really good, everyone was nice and helpful. Overall: 8.9/10

Very nice and cute place. People are welcoming. The look of the drink is oustanding. The flavor for a regular amount of sugar is very low. Not too sweet. I found the coconut jelly very tiny. Not best in flavor. The tapioca pearls were smaller compared to standard sizes. And it was very soft. Not too chewy. The look beautiful. The mini candies on the top amazing. The overall flavor is good but not best Taro smoothie.

Owner is very friendly. Patient and explain about drinks and specials promotions in store. Ordered the special of the drinks: creme Brule, it was so good. Must try.

Tried this place because of its great reviews. I opted for the avocado smoothie, large. To my dismay, there is no taste of avocado at all. I can hardly taste the avocado in it, the only avocado to it is the color. They must have used a powdered mix to make an "instant avocado smoothie". Not worth the hype. Very disappointed.

Nice quaint late night spot with friendly staff and a variety of drinks and desserts. I had the creme brule bubble tea. It was pretty good I quite enjoyed it. Would go back and try other items on the menu.

One of the best bubble tea spots in the GTA. Great customer service & fresh ingredients. They also sell other desserts like towel cake and creme brulee. My personal favorite is the Creme Brulee Cake Milk Tea, which has a piece of Creme Brulee in the milk tea!

I love bubble tea. I kept hearing about this place and decided to take my mom here. We ordered the Creme Brule and white rabbit. We also tried their soft serve mango ice cream. The ice cream is delicious with lots of flavour (they make 2 feature flavors per week from my understanding). We also liked the creme Brule. It wasn't too sweet. Wasn't too keen on the white rabbit, but we will definitely be back to try other flavours. The staff is pleasant, polite and friendly.

I ordered pearl milk tea which is a regular bubble tea I always go for, my friend ordered a mango flavoured iced tea and drinks were average. The pearls had a very funny texture, they were too soft (almost pasty) and sticking to each other in big chunks. Iced tea was very strong, it tasted more like mango juice. The service was good, but it was difficult to communicate with them. Overall, I my experience was average.

One of my favourite bubble tea shops! I always order their crème brûlée cake milk tea and it never disappoints. I’ve been coming here for years and the owner always provides amazing customer service! ☺️
