Was very busy with only 2 staff. The lid wasn't properly sealed. Mango drink is decent though.

Bad Service!!! Ordered online and they did the order wrong, paid for Tapioca and jellies for 2 large drinks. Got the 2 drinks with no Tapioca... 10mins drive away. Called customer service, lady on phone is in a hurry and dont want to talk... thanks for the 50cents x 2 that I paid... and received bad service both phone and in person.

I ordered the original milk black tea with minimal sugar and less ice. It was awful. I have had better bubble tea at other Real Fruit locations. The ladies making my drink also looked confused when they were making my drink so they may have mixed it up. I will not be going to this location again.

Smooth app pickup experience. Bad drink experience... mango diamond slush with strawberry Boba barely had mango chunks. Usually go to Chartwell location and the drink is filled with mango chunks.

Be careful, they use " non dairy milk powder in their milk bubble tea. When I asked what type of non dairy milk powder, I was given attitude and told " do you want me to read you all the ingredients?!?" Do not recommend as you don't even know what chemicals or non dairy powder garbage they put in your bubble tea. Scary!

Orange juice is fresh and refreshing! Sometimes they dont serve it and we have to tell them specifically about sugar when you order mango slush; cuz it's oversweet

Got a strawberry smoothie with lychee jelly but there was a hair inside my drink! I already came home so I couldn’t go back to get another one :(

Ordered 3 carrort juices and it was fully filled with colored water, no signs and hints of fresh juice in the glass.

This chain never disappoints, I just want a location with a larger area to sit inside and refresh.

Mango drink is awesome

Not bad overall. They claim real fruit but thats not true for all their products. They do use many syrups which is clearly not real fruit. No sugar cane juice either. Very overpriced average drink is around $7.50. Place is very clean thats why I go.

Awesome bubble tea, my most liked flavour is coconut signature tea. I really love it and will love it forever

One of the best bubble tea I had. Love the fresh fruits they use, especially the mango. The coconut smoothie with tapioca is amazing.
