I’m
changing
my
review
since
I
paid
about
$800-1,000
for
a
toenail
fungus
laser
treatment,
had
three
treatments
and
six
months
later
it
looks
the
same
or
worse.
They
mentioned
they
DO
NOT
offer
any
treatment
for
free
or
discounted
even
the
treatment
does
not
work.
They
could
not
even
tell
me
if
it
takes
up
to
a
year
to
see
results.
They
mentioned
I
could
make
another
appointment
and
spend
more
money
for
other
treatments
and
appointments
lol!!
I’m
disappointment
though
because
I
only
had
a
slight
fungus
on
two
nails.
I’ve
had
dermatologist
and
other
foot
procedures
from
other
places
where
they
will
even
offer
a
free
second
treatment
to
try
again
if
it
didn’t
work
or
discount
service
if
one
didn’t
work.
I
had
a
laser
facial
treatment
at
a
dermatologist
and
it
didn’t
work
at
first
and
it
was
$500
and
he
offered
the
same
treatment
for
$500
free
and
it
worked
second
time,
my
skin
was
stubborn.
I’m
sure
this
place
will
respond
to
this
review
with
something
along
lines
“you’ll
be
able
to
make
a
follow
up
appointment
for
additional
options”
etc
however
It’s
pointless
to
keep
paying
office
fees
when
it
looks
the
same
so
I’m
going
to
wait
until
it’s
a
full
year.
It’s
expensive
when
it
is
going
through
insurance
and
my
insurance
wasn’t
covering
anything
so
that’s
why
it
was
$800-1,000
total,
laser
was
about
$600-700
which
is
still
a
lot
and
Insurance
does
not
cover
any
toenail
fungus
procedure
fyi
as
it’s
cosmetic.
Just
update:
In
response
to
their
comments
below.
I
won’t
be
responding
anymore
since
I
hate
to
argue
back
and
forth.
I
think
their
response
does
also
speak
for
itself,
it’s
the
customer
service
aspect.
There
isn’t
once
in
reply
that
offers
any
“sorry
this
treatment
didn’t
work
for
you”.
Of
course
a
podiatrist
or
any
office
will
not
just
offer
a
free
service
or
tell
you
this
ahead
of
time.
My
comments
are
based
on
my
experience
with
other
treatments
and
places.
Yes
I
could
have
come
back
in
three
months
however
nails
do
not
grow
back
in
three
months
barely
at
all
so
again
to
my
point,
why
make
an
appointment
that
soon
and
spend
lot
more
and
he
probably
would
have
done
biopsy
again
and
it’s
too
soon
so
it
would
not
make
sense.
Yes,
I
was
going
to
wait
until
six
months
or
more
but
he
did
mention
that
this
was
the
best
treatment
and
was
really
only
option
when
I
came
in
so
that’s
why
I
was
going
to
wait
a
full
year
now
before
I
am
seen
again
because
nails
take
six
months
or
longer
to
grow
so
it
makes
sense
to
pay
office
visits
etc
when
nails
are
grown
out.
Also,
important
to
note,
there
are
several
reviews
mentioning
how
their
fungus
laser
was
performed
by
an
assistant
which
was
my
case
as
well.
It’s
fine
if
it’s
done
by
an
assistant
as
in
many
other
types
of
procedures
if
they’re
well
educated
in
the
procedure.
As
in
other
reviews,
there
is
a
possibility
the
laser
wasn’t
working
completely
accurately
so
that’s
my
concern.
I
have
no
way
to
tell
but
it’s
a
possibility.
Also,
another
note,
when
I
had
my
treatment
months
ago,
I
also
had
lot
billing
issues
and
I
felt
like
every
week
after
for
weeks
they
kept
emailing
me
more
money
was
due
so
another
reason
why
I
want
to
wait
to
go
back
because
I
need
to
give
it
time.
Now
maybe
after
a
year
my
fungus
will
be
better
and
I’ll
update
my
review
however
this
review
is
on
my
recent
experience.
